very clean - staff is exceptional - they treat our mom with dignity and respect - the food is good. care is good

The reason I gave food the very low score is because meals are not served timely. Sometimes mother has waited 45 minutes past mealtime for her meal.

Dad is Doing really well at Provision Living and seems to like it. The staff is very friendly. They always call the residents by name and are very personable. It's a beautiful, brand new facility. I wish admin gave more updates on billing and updates on how he's dong. They've had some staff changeover, but I know they're doing their best to get the right team on board.

We chose StoryPoint Naperville over many others that I looked at because my mother had to go into memory care and I wanted my parents to be together. My father is in independent living and so he is able to go see her everyday so that is great. I go there at least 3-4 times a week and everyone is very friendly and cordial. We have not had any complaints as of so far.

Everyone that works there are wonderful and helpful. If I needed to I would live there. Everything is wonderful except the food. The cook that was there was great but he resigned. Corporate's cook was great. The cook that is there now is bad the quality of the food: horrible, food cold, not what you order, items you order does not come with your order. I know these issues have been addressed but no change!

Gaslight has been great. My mom is still there and has the added care from hospice. Every employee really seems to know my mom. Whether I call or visit in person, whomever I talked to before seeing her, they know exactly what she has been doing. The custodian there is the nicest gentleman ever. [name removed] is kind and caring and always asks what he can do to help.

They have not been cleaning the apartment, but the overall community is clean. My loved one is pretty happy with the food. We picked this community because, it looked like the food was going to be better, the people were very friendly which was important, and the proximity. They could improve on the care services, and the responsivness from the person in charge of the care.

Our experience with this facility has been really good so far. The staff is great and very friendly. Housekeeping and Laundry is often and done just fine. Communication with the family is good, normally they call when needed with questions or concerns. They offer transportation and have outings for the residents. All health related care is done in house. The food is mediocre. It's not terrible, but I kind of expect a little more considering the monthly cost here. My only complaint would be the billing. I wish I was receiving a statement every month and really wish it would be itemized so that I know exactly what we're being charged and why. Otherwise, things are good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

This facility is wonderfully maintained and safe. It's small enough so you can get to know them all. The staff is friendly and caring. Food is good, and the kitchen staff will prepare another plate if the resident doesn't care for what is being served. My husband has been here for 4 months and is happy and content. As an RN, I once worked in LTC as a charge nurse, and I'm impressed with how the caregivers handle unexpected situations. The caregivers work both sides. This has its pros and cons. But the "seasoned" workers do a good job in orienting the new ones to working with dementia residents. Activities are provided for them daily. They can also attend music programs, parties and other events within the facility. Staff and management open to suggestions, and resolve issues in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to have my loved one in this unit. I'm grateful for this facility, for I know my husband is getting the best of care.

The staff members at StoryPoint Gahanna have been so friendly, especially the individual we met with in the very beginning that helped us get settled with all the information - they were wonderful. It is expensive but for the peace of mind for our family the value is worth it. Based on our experience so far we would recommend StoryPoint Gahanna community to other families.

The community is well kept, and all of the residents we've met have been friendly and seem happy. They seem to enjoy all of the fun parties and activities that are offered. We had some struggles in regards to communication, but staff members have worked with us to resolve most of the issues.

Our family had an in-person tour and from everything we saw and the staff members we spoke with we thought it was a really good experience.

This facility was pretty short staffed when we first moved my loved one in. Staffing and other things have improved in the last month or so, so that's been a good thing. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

I feel the staff are excellent and want to be working there and are happy and kind. I love that they have fun activities, good food, with lots of choices. They have a reason to celebrate and have a good time and the staff are very respectful and easy to talk with. It's a clean and fun environment.

The meals have gone down a lot since we have been here in Sept. We run out of so many things and the truck is always supposed to be bringing them. Things listed in the menu are out many times.

The food is very tasty.

The facility always appears clean. The activities have been advertised and posted on social media during major holidays seem fun and engaging. Staff are friendly, but like most places understaffed. Getting into the facility is more easy than exiting. Sometimes have to wait for staff member to you to leave even after pressing notification button. Can’t speak for the meals except during large events that appeared well made and were good. Like most facilities pay for what you get but would still be curious to see how much overhead profit is left after expenses paid cuz not on cheap side to reside.

The staff here are very helpful and trying to make it best they can. My loved one really likes the food and she is picky so that says a lot. I would recommend Independence Village of Grand Ledge to others.

We would recommend Danbury Brunswick community to other families based on the experience we have had so far
