It is like any other community and u have kind people and u have annoying people. The management is very pleasant and helpful. They try to help their residents adjust to there surroundings and living arrangements in a very slow way.

Everyone at the facility is very nice. Especially the day staff I do get to meet. We just have a problem with night staff doing regular checks every 2-3 hours. Some days they do great but many days/nights they never check on mom.

In my opinion the staff at Story Point North were I have resided since mid [date removed] are definitely the heart of this place. In all areas they have helped me adjust to my new home way above and beyond anything expected.

Most of the staff are AMAZING. The food is good and the chef does a great job, but they have a lot of staffing issues. The community is great, but there are a few interesting characters. Mom is happy overall, and if they could just address a few of their labor issues, I think it would be 5/5.
