My Mom and I have not interacted with a single person at the Windermere who have not been sincerely helpful, courteous and kind. We are very happy we chose this establishment for my Mom to hopefully spend the remainder of her life.

Independence Village in Oxford is only 13 years old and has been kept up very well. It is one of the more expensive developments in the area, but you get a first rate facility for the money. Meals are very good and we've noticed that odors are kept to an absolute minimum, which is great. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Overall an excellent 4 1/2 star facility, with only a tiny mark down for the higher monthly price of staying there.

It's wonderful, it's lovely. The people are so friendly. They have really embraced me, or at least I feel they have. The activities are great, and I have really started getting involved. The first week the food was wonderful, but when we had the ice storm, a lot of the staff couldn't get in, and the service lacked, we had to wait up to an hour, but all in all the food has been good. The cleanliness of the whole place is superb. I liked that I didn't have to buy in, and their prices were comparable to others in the area.

It is a nice place and the staff seem nice. They do offer a nursing staff there, which is nice. I think it's great but my mother-in-law is still adjusting, but I think she'll come around.

My grandfather is in exceptional hands in this facility. The activities they have, and the time they spend with their residents makes all the difference compared to other homes that I've toured with my mother.

Very pleased with everything at The Heart at Windermere in Fisher, Indiana. The good is excellent. The staff is wonderful, friendly, caring and professional. The ground is beautiful. The food is excellent and and very pleased with everything. Thank you.

This was one of our top two. We really liked this community when we toured. We liked that the atmosphere was different here, it was more cheery than the others. We felt that they had the activity pace that she would enjoy, as well as the freedom they had here. There was some debate in our family if this was going to provide the right level of care that we needed and ultimately we did not choose this place. It was however very high on our list and worth mentioning.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We liked this one a lot, based on what we saw during the tour! This was our second choice. It was a nice looking place, and everyone seemed friendly. The price was a little higher than the other community we were considering, and it was a bit bigger than what we think she would have been comfortable with, but overall a very nice place!

We absolutely have fallen in love with my mother (Joyce) new home. The staff and guests are very friendly and always reach out to include us as well as a warm embrace to Joyce. The amenities are above and beyond our expectations and were exactly the reason Joyce needed to move from our home so she could have interactions with women and men her age, eat nutritious meals and be able to enjoy outings to various venues. We will be recommending Creekside at Shallowford to anyone we encounter that needs a new home away from home.

We've had a great experience with Wescourt overall! It's a clean, well kept community, and it just has a really great atmosphere overall. Both the staff and the other residents are friendly and outgoing, and made my loved one feel welcome from day one. Really the only issue we've had is that sometimes non-emergency maintenance requests (like picture hanging, etc) can take quite a while to be fulfilled.

What a wonderful place. I feel so blessed to have found it for my mother. It is clean, and well cared for. The staff is very welcoming. They have a varied choice of room sizes. People were making my mom feel welcome on her first day. They were so accommodating . I feel comfortable placing my mom there. We toured several places. While they all had their positives, I feel The Danbury's positives out weighed them all. AND the food is fantastic!

My father moved in to Independence Village of Waterstone a week ago. He is still not participating in activities and doesn't always go to the dining room but the staff is great and very patient. Everyone is willing to work with him and let's me know what is going on. I really appreciate that.

Both of my parents are at the Legacy. Dad was in skilled nursing for 6 months and has now been living in assisted for over 2 years now. My Mother has been in memory care also for 2 years. I have seen staff change numerous times, which is my only negative. All staff have been wonderful, informative and on top of my parents health issues. It is a beautiful facility, great food and very clean. Also in the 2 year time span, many more activities have been added. Most important, is when there has been issues with either of my parents, I have always received a call right away. The Legacy is a wonderful place and I recommend it highly.

I love my new digs. There are so many nice people and they include my live-in managers, Bonnie and Jim Nutt. They are so wonderful - caring and helpful. We have so many activities I can't find time to do my laundry, but that's great. We go on shopping trips and can get to Rite Aid or they deliver our drugs from just up the street. All the services are great and for the most part our meals are pretty good. We have had some suggestions added in and hope to add some more in the near future. They are always open to our suggestions. Love the entertainment they have for us and we have the freedom of entertaining ourselves with many activities. All in all, a wonderful place to live and participate in life.

My mother lives in an Assisted Living apartment at Independence Village of Plymouth. We were very surprised and not pleased that, while the food is well prepared and plentiful, there are no provisions for heart-healthy or lower sodium options; nor is calorie and ingredient information available. My mother retains fluids and must carefully watch her salt and processed foods intake. It is hard for her to make wise dietary choices with no direction from the kitchen staff. Cafeterias and restaurants throughout the country operate with established menus and recipes, therefore one would think that this useful information would be provided by Independence Village. In some states publication of this data is mandatory.

Everything has been going really good, they were helpful and accommodating. The staff is real friendly. It's a very clean community, they have someone that comes once a week and cleans, and it's all included. They include transportation within a ten mile radius. The food is pretty good. They have a really nice facility, we have been really impressed.

Overall they do a good job at this community. It's a nice looking facility, and the staff all seem very friendly and professional. The services they provide are good, and they always seem to have plenty of activities going on. I've had the chance to try the food a few times, and overall it's been good. They could use a bit more variety, they serve quite a lot of chicken dishes. I've been impressed with how accommodating they are with the families and guests of the resident, they really go out of their way to make working with them a pleasant experience.

Independence Village of Waterstone is by far the best place for your family member looking to move into a fun retirement community. The staff is all professionally managed and know all of their residents by name. They have an atmosphere that is family style where you get the feeling you belong the moment you walk in the door. I would highly recommend this community for a worry free environment where you know 100% that the care is met in everyway. Activities are going on several times a day for the residents to attend. The fine dining with chef prepared meals will leave you satisfied and wanting more. The building is beautiful, clean and bright. Please take my word I know several of the residents who will testify that this community is set apart from all others because of the companies standards of creating the best experience in every interaction with every person, every minute of every day!

We didn't have alot of time to decide on a place for mom to live. Sometimes that can be a blessing, to not have to agonize over options that are available. We were fixed on a budget mom could afford and a move in date that would accommodate everyone. Aurora Pond met both at the sametime. We just happen to tour Aurora Pond the day a studio apartment opened up. The next day we signed the contract. The staff was very helpful in making our desicion. They made mom feel right at home. Aurora Pond is very clean and organized. The food is excellent and the wait staff is very attentive. Everyone we have come in contact with has been great, we couldn't be happier.
