My mother has been at The Hearth At Windermere in assisted living for four years. She is now 91 years old. I have been especially pleased with the help she has received. The nursing staff is exceptional and everyone gives her whatever she needs in the way of help and attendance. In short I am very pleased and would not consider moving her, she thinks of The Hearth as home. Bill

My Father is happy as a clam at New England Club, the staff are wonderful and are giving him a welcome party where he can invite 15 people to attend. I had the opportunity to stay in a guest room when he first moved in and it was wonderful to be able to stay there and have meals with him which were amazing. The staff is great at keeping the family updated with my Father's care and I know we have chosen the best place for him. I also wanted to thank A Place for Mom for all the help and information I received during this process.

Mom has been there for just under a month. She said everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is easy to sign up for trips to the store. The on-site Doctor (once a week) is very convenient. Her only "complaint" is where her seat is at dinner. ;-) I'm glad we found this place for her.

Both my Mother and Grandmother currently reside at Hearth. I could not be happier with their care. Since I live out of state it is extremely important that the care be excellent and it is. They keep me updated on everything and never hesitate to call and consult me about anything. At Christmas, because my mother cannot leave they set up a very nice table for us to have dinner. It was very special. I would highly recommend them!

Overall our experience with Pearl Crossing has been a good one! Our loved one has had a bit of trouble settling in, but the staff here is friendly and welcoming, and they're really going out of their way to introduce her to the community and help her feel comfortable. The facility itself has a lot to provide for the residents, and I think they do a pretty decent job with the food as well!

We chose Spring Meadows because it seemed to be the best value for the cost to care for my loved one. Within the first day of him living there, we received extremely valuable feedback from the Director of Nursing regarding side effects of a medication he was taking that could be tied to health challenges he had been experiencing since taking it. We are hopeful that a medication adjustment will help him restore his health. We are so thankful for the insight the Director of Nursing gave us. The staff is patient, and caring, and welcomes family involvement. And, the other residents have been friendly and welcoming as well. The facility is clean, and has a brightness to it. It is lively, with various activities going on that the residents appear to enjoy. In short, it feels like home! We are thankful for the care Spring Meadows is providing our loved one.

The people who live here are so friendly. I have had several people come by and introduce themselves in the week and a half I have lived here. The food good and the service is great.

My wife and I decided that she'd move into Spring Meadows to get the proper care and she loves it there! She is completely comfortable and made quite a few friends since moving in. I went to spend Valentine's day with her and the prime rib was quite good. The staff is very caring and always polite and in a great mood. My wife play bingo and bunko and learning other card games. They have been on a trip to Target which she loved and also been to eat Italian food as well. I would definitely recommend the place!

The apartments are spacious with lots of amenities. The staff here is great. They are really considerate and they care about the well being of the residents. The facility is always spotless. There are plenty of activities and the residents all seem to get along great.

Very clean, friendly, light. Not like a room that your loved one has to stay in.

We had two family members living at the Hearth for a total of 5 1/2 years. We loved so many things--the wonderful meals, the family atmosphere, the dog, the fireplaces, the beautiful enclosed courtyards, the kindness showed towards family members, the staff are the strongest asset from the nurses, to the housekeeper and maintenance and dietary workers to those behind the desk. The activity staff are outstanding and everyone there knows your name. They will all always be special in our hearts. Thank you to the Hearth for five fine years of care.

Staff is very helpful and understanding to the needs of the seniors that live there, but on the other hand there is only one staff member who should not work with the elderly because she has no patience or kindness in dealing with a large environment of that kind. Everyone else is such a blessing and a joy to be around its hard not to like this place. It has every opportunity to continue life as before you move there. Many things to do and many interesting conversations to have. Love the staff except for one but you will always run into someone that seems to have a bad day all the time...over all a great place.

I am pleased with Senior Star at Weber Place. I don't know anything that is perfect. He has found the staff to be very friendly. The value is better than a couple of other places that I saw. It is one he can afford on what he makes. The staff come in and clean for him. He needed to integrate himself back into the real world, he had been a lone for a while. Even today I had trouble reaching him because he was out on a bus trip. I mention that to say he is doing really well there. He seems to be satisfied with this facility.

My husband and I spent this Spring looking at different Independent/Assisted Living Facilities in the Carmel/Westfield area. We narrowed it down to 3 -4 places that we thought would suit my parents needs as my parents were relocating from Arizona. By being able to be on the ground floor and close proximity to both where my husband and I live and the overall atmosphere of Carmel Senior Living, we showed them CSL. They also loved the décor as do I and the friendliness of everyone. I especially want to give a compliment to Debra Guzman who attentively listens to every comment or question and follows up promptly! That does not happen very often in todays busy world and is greatly appreciated by my husband and I. Also, Sharon was instrumental in giving my husband and I great information when we were looking for a place. Thank you Sharon. Please keep Trammiel (sp?) as he is a wonderful cook and a very nice guy and my parents love eating in the dining room due to Trammiel.Thanks again CSL!

A 5 1/2 year resident at Spring Meadows, my father always received excellent, professional, thoughtful care. He and our family were always treated with kindness, respect and dignity. We were comforted to know that Dad was in such capable, loving hands.

We could not be happier with our choice of moving our Mom into StoryPoint. Our family looked at many options and StoryPoint was the clear best choice. We loved the building and the staff is so dedicated. We were blown away by the level of care and compassion we have been shown. It gives our family great peace of mind. Seems like most of these places are priced about the same. We made our decision based on food and care. On both accounts we have been very very pleased.

They've done a great job at Creekside at Shallowford, we are completely satisfied with the service they've provided! It is a clean, nice looking place, and I really like all of the personal attention that is given to my loved one.

Clean, safe, living environment. Healthy food options, in-home health care services available as a separate, additional, but reasonable cost. On-site laundry facility, free to residents. An array of social activities.

I am bias. I have family there and they are happy with the New England Club.
