My mother has lived at Spring Meadows for 8 yrs. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. My mother has had several changes in her medical needs over the years and the nursing staff have always handled these changes with professionalism, understanding and care. [Name removed] who is in charge of the nursing staff is phenomenal. She will always listen to my concerns and questions and is proactive with a solution. The staff care about the residents and look at them as family. The caregivers work with the residents needs and family requests. The facility is very clean and well kept up. I would highly recommend Spring Meadows to anyone who is looking for a high quality senior living facility.

Story Point is the perfect place for my sister. The staff is friendly, always a smile and a Hi. The list of activities is long and varied. It is small enough so everyone knows everyone else and big enough to have many activities and amenities. The meals are wonderful and varied. Her room is lightly cleaned everyday. The buildings are bright, airy and very clean. The staff reacts quickly to her needs and evaluates what will make her happy and successful in this new situation. I really appreciate that people can have their pets with them.

We have been blessed in finding the Enclave at Fishers. The staff is so nice, welcoming, and helpful. I would highly recommend the Enclave to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Provision Living at Forest Hills was the most positive experience of my senior years. I had never felt more appreciated by so many people my entire lifetime. [Name removed] and the entire staff displayed a genuine interest in my degree of comfort, satisfaction and happiness. I no longer fear the possibility of a future placement in an assisted living facility for I have found the perfect alternative home and family

My parents have been at Storypoint since they opened in June 2019. (They were at a different community before). The apartments are beautiful, the food is 5 star but it's the staff that really makes Storypoint shine. From the director to housekeeping, each person is genuinely caring and go out their way to help. The health care staff is outstanding. Whatever they are getting paid is not enough for what they do. After 6 months of being here my mom went into hospice. I can't put into words the care this group gives. I recommend Storypoint to everyone. My parents have made so many friends and love every aspect of living here.

Story Point is a lovely community. The residents always have a smile. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is great with large portions. We love our Story Point family!

The facility is very clean & welcoming. This is a place that feels like home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home in their later years.

Our mother is an Assisted Living resident at Spring Meadows in Naperville. She has the best of care: the nursing staff is dedicated to making sure each resident is taken care of in a compassionate manner, the CNAs are attentive to the frequent calls by the residents, the dining room staff makes sure residents get what they need to ensure that they are eating properly, and the management always greets the residents by name, knows their families, and is always looking for ways to make the environment welcoming. We feel very blessed to have found such a caring home for our mother. We trust them with her care every single day.

My mom is a resident at Oxford Waterstone for about 4 years now and on October 20th, 2019 the facility had a Halloween party that was visited by approximately 500 kids. I would like to thank Susan Taylor, Lydia Shanks, Laura Ashley and the rest of the staff for a job well done. It was a win for the residents, the kids and the parents of the kids. I would like to see this practice continue in the future.

Provision senior living is a beautiful place. The facility is remarkably clean and staff are very helpful and pleasant. Staff person([name removed]) is so wonderful she was so helpful and showed so much compassion for my family. She took the time to explain any and all details about the facility. My family felt so relieved to know that our family member was in the best care ever. Thank you to the entire team at Provisions living....

The staff is dynamite! The food is wonderful! The serving staff always bends over backwards for you! I absolutely love helping the other residents by playing cards and walking dogs. I love the concerts and socials.

The care givers are great! Very thoughtful and friendly. The dining room department needs some improvement, due to the long wait times after ordering meals. They need more help and/or a new system for meal times.

Everyone is so helpful with the transition of my Mother in law moving in. She was quite nervous about it but is doing good now.

Story Point of Rockford has a very friendly and competent staff. The staff also has outstanding experience. There are a wide variety of activities available. And, the kitchen is excellent!

My parents have been fully satisfied with Independence Village of Brighton Valley since we moved them there two months ago. More specifically: • Sit-down dinners have been very good, although they are in between chefs at the moment. • Staff is friendly and patience and makes an effort to know everyone’s name despite 150+ units at this location. • No extra fee surprises. On the contrary, I’m surprised at the frequent “freebies” offered: monthly omelets, monthly birthday lunches, happy hours with beverages. • Lots of activities for seniors – see the monthly calendar posted in the elevators if you visit. • They do a fine job of maintaining the facility. Often one can see cleaning and maintenance staff doing tasks that are NOT in response to a specific resident request but just part of what they believe is needed. • Very accommodating when my parents first moved in with only three days’ advance notice and then later when they switched to a larger unit. One criticism is that the wifi network coverage is pretty bad anywhere beyond the main lobby. Even receiving making cell phone calls from a smart phone is difficult from my parents’ unit.

I've toured this community many times and found a consistent vibe here. Staff, Management and Residents are all very friendly and welcoming. What a great place to call home and...... community!

I have enjoyed living at the Enclave in Fishers. It is clean and all is efficient. The service has been wonderful and the staff is so helpful. Many activities are planned for our enjoyment. The people here have been friends with each other---and are content with the help and activities that we all can enjoy together.

Went to the barbecue that Story Point in Chesterton Indiana hosted on Friday, 6-21-19 and were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food provided. It was an extremely pleasant experience and the staff could not have been more attentive and nice. Upon arrival at the front desk for sign in, the ladies there were very helpful, and we also were met by the CEO who was gracious in welcoming us to the event. As mentioned, the food was excellent and there was a wide variety to choose from. Both the outside dining area, as well as, the inside dining room were very well set up for the visitors. Would highly recommend Story Point for living and for the events they provide to the public. Five Stars!!

Story Point was the only place my parents visited when the time came for them to move. My husband and I had toured many places and gave them the information. They had planned to visit three. They didn't need to. They chose a two bedroom, two bath apartment because of the in home laundry facilities. A one bedroom has a public laundry room that is very nice and well kept and a short walk from their apartment. The halls are short and in a T configuration. There are elevators in the center and on each end. The wings are like their own little neighborhoods. They get to know the people who live near them because many congregate at the top of T for social time. Other social activities, which was important to my parents, includes physical activity classes on yoga and balance; going to special events in the area; movie night; playing pool; playing candy bar bingo; listening to musical guests; card making group; Veteran's luncheons; Women's luncheon; church services and more. There is a library and computer room, an all purpose room with game tables, pool table, and kitchenette, a movie theater room with popcorn! and more. Eating options are cook in your own apartment as a full kitchen with appliances are in each apartment. Acoffee shop, Bistro, and Dining room complete the options. I have eaten at the Bistro and the Dining Room. The Bistro menu includes appetizers, great salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza, burger and more. I enjoy the 1/2 sandwich and soup option. My mom enjoys the hamburger and their salads. The staff is friendly and efficient. The dining room menu has changed over the two years my parents have been there. I think they have had some growing pains in the food department. I can't imagine trying to please every resident. There were nights I couldn't please my family of four! Options have lessened from when my parents first moved in. Dinner menu includes appetizer, soup, or salad, main course, and dessert. Main courses can be anything from fettucine Alfredo to fish and chips, to a roast beef dinner. Dessert option includes ice cream every night, dish of fruit, or chosen dessert for the night. Their is an advisory group, created from residents, to help with food suggestions. The staff is wonderful from the front desk, to the dining help, to housekeeping. Everyone is warm, caring, and helpful. Being a daughter of a resident, I appreciate knowing that my mother's needs are being met and that someone is available if she needs anything. My father died recently and Story Point options allowed him and my mother to stay in their apartment with extra care from onsite Laurus home health care. Hospice was needed and Story Point went above and beyond to make sure my parent's had what they needed and to let them know if they could help in any way. All in all it is a great place to age in place.

Our father was diagnosed with dementia and we knew he needed more stimulation than he was getting living alone and as his disease progresses we'd need more help. We did a lot of research; visits; phone calls, reviews, etc. We toured 5 communities with dad and he picked Danbury! It was our choice as well but it had to be his. After 50 plus years in his home we worried the transition would be difficult but the staff at Danbury is very attentive to new residents. Dad made friends immediately, he participates in the daily activities (loves chair volleyball, who knew?) and engages others as well to join in the fun. As he often says, "I keep looking and I can't find anything wrong with this place". We can't say enough about the caring staff. Our only regret as we've heard often, is why we didn't encourage this sooner.
