The rooms are nice size. There is friendly staff. Lots of things to do to stay busy and engaged. Staff is friendly and willing to take care of our needs.

We chose this facility because of the location, it was convenient. Also the building was brand new and we loved it, it was beautiful. My parents are in a 2 bedroom and it is good sized. I would recommend Anthology of Northville.

Right now community living is not ideal. Because of the Covid situation the fact is this Independent Community is lumped in with nursing homes and the law. Negate our independence by limiting communication with family and friends. Maintenance, upkeep, cleanliness along with the activities and their overall friendliness and enthusiasm are superior. A feeling of security and safety is a big plus offered by our wellness people ever present.

[Name removed] has been a great help to me. I like the way they take care of people here. I love the koi pond it it very peaceful. It is difficult during the pandemic to see friends and family. The food is hit or miss but I've never eaten in the dining room because I moved in during pandemic.

Can't say enough good things about IV and the care/quality of life my mom has had there. Management and associates go above and beyond to make sure residents are cared for and actively engaged, which has been such a challenge during these Covid months. Would highly recommend IV and very much appreciate all that they do.

We had occasion to consider senior living communities in Carmel, Indiana, for my brother, 66, with Parkinson's disease. He currently lives alone in south Florida but needs increased care in assisted living (AL) and moving to central Indiana where we have a large family seemed best. Over a period of several months as may brother came to grips with his needs, we considered several communities offering AL including Carmel Senior Living (CSL). We found [name removed] of CSL extremely helpful, responsive to multiple requests, always focused on my brother's needs and never with a hint of pressure. [name removed]'s patience with us and our situation was truly admirable. CSL's offering was extremely attractive but in the end we chose another community due to its closer proximity to our home so that my brother could be within walking distance and we could be able to drop in frequently. Thanks to [name removed] and CSL for a cordial and welcoming attitude,.

All of our parents live here in Independent, Assisted & Memory Care. Our experience with Independence Village in Avon Lake started in 2013. We like the large, well-appointed apartments, caring staff, variety of activities and even the additional storage areas. Most recently [name removed] & the staff at Independence Village in Avon Lake outdid themselves to help our parents watch a live stream of their grandson's wedding in St. Louis. They found a way for them all three of them to watch together, provided flowers, sparkling grape juice & even a small wedding cake to help them feel a part of the day. They were thrilled! And so were we. During these difficult and stressful times, the staff has gone above and beyond to help our parents stay connected. This was such a special occasion for our family and everyone was so delighted that they could be a part of it.

We have been pleased with the care my parents have received at Independence Village. We researched many care facilities and chose this one because they allowed pets, had roomy units and could handle some advanced medical needs we had. We have found the staff to be caring, especially after the loss of my father when their aids shed tears along with us. We also believe the facility is continually updated including beautiful new landscaping. They offer a good selection of activities which my parents have enjoyed. They have handled the Covid shut-down as well as can be expected, as demonstrated by the absence of the spread of the disease. We now enjoy weekly outdoor visits with my mother and my sibling who lives out of state visits her virtually every week.

This was absolutely the best choice we could have made for our mother. Above all the high ratings for cleanliness, friendliness, etc., the highest rating would be given to the incredible staff. They constantly go beyond what is expected, and have handled these pandemic times with caring and kindness. That is so much appreciated.

The Pond has an awesome staff of dedicated people that make you feel right at home and give undivided attention to residence. I especially want to call out [names removed] who always make my visits to my mom fun!!

I cannot sing praises high enough for your incredible [name removed] team at the manor ![names removed] go above & beyond normal expectations for service , as they deeply care for each resident , as well as take the time to know each family member . I personally have received calls From them ( even on their few days off ) to check on my mom , and offer to help with anything we may need , that goes beyond service & into priceless care! I visited several communities before we chose the Manor , and I always make a point to recommend it to anyone who is looking for a very special place where their loved ones will always be made to feel they are loved & they matter

My Mother has been a resident of Wescourt for a year now. The staff and caregivers are super. Our family always is greeted with a smile. Keep up the good work!

Everything here is first class...staff...facilities...dining...all way above expectations...its was well worth the visit and tour...we have been here about six weeks and everyday it gets better. The management has designed and built a truly first class facility and hired a top quality staff...take the tour!!!

We moved Mom to The Enclave early December 2019. Since she moved in from out of state, so she knew no one. Everyone has been kind and welcoming. Little did we know the COVID-19 would hit shortly after she moved in. Since then the staff have bent over backward to keep everyone as safe as possible and worked very hard to keep the residents as engaged and entertained as possible. We know all this has been a challenge and our family is thankful she is in a safe place.

The Enclave at Saxony is a great place for my Mom. She is a resident in the Memory Care wing. She is treated with love and respect by all the staff and caregivers. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the care that she receives.

They are receptive to questions and concerns. They are responsive. The staff is helpful. Make sure the chef is aware of you dietary restrictions. The room layout and sizes are good. They have outdoor space for the residents to use.

Oxmoor Lodge is very cost-effective. They seem to be always hiring staff. The food is okay. I really like the unit we have which is two bedrooms and two baths and a garage. We have a front and back patio.

A wonderful facility for my mom. Thank you for all the personal care, even during this trying time with coronavirus.
