Lovely community with an attentive staff. The grounds are immaculate. We visited for Mother's Day and enjoyed the delicious meal and other festivities. HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful Mothers Day brunch!

My mother and I took a tour of Carmel Senior Living. We are trying to be proactive in touring senior living communities before she needs one instead of being reactive after she has a medical event. [name removed] was our host for the tour and she did a wonderful job of explaining their activities, room choices, meals, staff, etc. I would say that of the five communities we have toured, Carmel Senior Living would be our top choice for my mothers future needs. The facility was clean and bright. The staff acknowledged us with smiles and greetings. The residents seemed well cared for and happy.

Liz was very friendly, easy to talk to, and informative. She was eager to show us as much as we wanted to see on our tour including showing us an empty version of the model so we could visualize how it might look. It was great to see a washer dryer in the unit. The entire facility is very well appointed with lovely furnishings and accents. The numerous fireplaces and the warm common areas were inviting. The outdoor areas are also very nice. The menus looked tempting and it was nice to see the meals could be served 7am to 7pm. A wonderful benefit and unusual to find.

My wife and I were very pleased with our visit. We greatly appreciated the time and all inclusive tour by the representative ( [name removed] ), as well as, the applicable information. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to take advantage. We will keep in mind for the future. Many Thanks !!

I love getting to know the residents and they do become like family. The residents are usually busy doing activities that our Life Enrichment Director has planned.

I visited here and the people are very helpful. The place had a welcoming atmosphere and was very clean. The staff members are knowledgeable and answered all my questions with honesty and sincerely.

Both our parents live at IV (Brighton). We are very pleased with their choice to move here. The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean. They (and we) are very content living here.

I am settling in here all the people and the staff are so friendly. The food is mediocre and you have alternate to choose from. It is very clean here. And they will clean my apartment every other week. They aim to satisfy me. They have a calendar of activities with at least 10 activities on any given day. They have various entertainment rooms and A nice courtyard area. We will go on dinner outings. I would recommend this community.

[Removed] was very gracious to spend all the time that I needed to look around and get a "feel" for the facility. I found the independent rooms to be spacious and very comfortable. I was very impressed with the assisted living section as you could not tell the difference between it and the independent area. Even the memory care area was bright and cheery. Looking at 5 other facilities in our area I can say that I could not find anything that I did not like.

I just began my search for a facility for my Uncle. Carmel Sr. Living was my 2nd visit of 3 facilities. [Removed]was AWESOME ! I didn't know what to really expect but I felt initially welcomed and then educated of the process again [Removed]was GREAT !!!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. If someone can’t answer my question, they will find someone who can. I am impressed with all the activities this facility has to offer (though unfortunately, my mom doesn’t participate). I’m also impressed with the cleanliness of Independence village!! Housekeeping, can you please empty my mom’s trash cans when you come to clean? Thank you!

This community is lovely!! The staff is so friendly and they all take impeccable care of their residents. Very warm and welcoming!!

Was beautiful and very nice and lovely.

It was a good move for our loved one and for us at The Hearth at Prestwick. It was becoming very difficult to provide the care she needed at home. We feel very good that they can provide the care that she needs. It is a clean and well-kept community. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's care needs. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns regarding our loved one's needs. We have eaten there with her and the meals are great. They offer the main meal and if you don't like what is served you can order off a menu for a different selection. Her room is very nice. We helped her decorate her room with her own furniture so that it looks very homey and helps her to be more comfortable. Outside they a nice courtyard in the back and chairs in the front for the residents to get some exercise or relax and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this community to others.

What a beautiful building. I work next door at meijer and have watched the building from the ground up. May be a place for my Grandma in the future.

Communication with caregivers has been a rewarding experience 95% of the time over the past year! I would give 4.5 star rating base on attitudes, personality and acceptance of information!

Great Supportive Staff. Modern decor and building that is great. Food Service is wonderful! Also they have GREAT activities/Outings for all residents!
