This great place to live!! 5 on all. We have some fun times. Are very comfortable and well cared for. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Assistant Living (AL)" means exactly that. The Resident must be able to do some things for themselves. Mom was rated by 4 Communities as AL. But she was, and we thought that was clear, that some things she would be unable to do. Such as put her own clothing away, straighten up her room, put items in trash can, put items where they belong, etc. Everyone knew she didn't walk. Quality of Care is a main basis of these communities. She has since been moved to Memory Care. Therefore, we are hoping, and have been assured that as of today, her first day back from hospital in Memory Care, she will get the closes eyes on care that she needs.

They were very accommodating to my mom. They worked effortlessly to accommodate her needs, wants, and comfort. They listened to her concerns (and mine). The facility is clean. Staff is great. Food is amazing.

Everyone I encountered was compassionate and professional. Great place to have your love one.

The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. My brother is taken care of so much better than his previous place.

We are completely satisfied with our choice of Independence Village! From the initial interviews, to the continuous welcome and caring. All the staff are very friendly and helpful! Mom was so happy for the effort to include her in the Bridge games. The meals are healthy and filling, no complaints on the menu. Mom and her table mates are becoming great friends. Mom said last week—thank you for bringing me here!

The staff was very kind and meals looked very good. Not too many activities in memory care.

It's clean, and most of the workers seem genuinely concerned for the residents it's beautifully decorated

[name removed] is the director and she has gone above and beyond to assist our family. The dining room is excellent. Dad is still adjusting, which is to be expected but overall we are THRILLED!

The director, sales administrator, kitchen staff, aids, nurses, activity staff and rehab staff are all great. The only person we ever had problems was the property administrator with some billing. Mostly just getting her to reply in a timely manner. My mother really liked it there and the staff.

My sister & I helped our mother choose the facility. We are very pleased with it. I live in VT so I don't get out there often but between my mother & my sister who lives nearby we know that we picked the right place for her. The residents seem kind. The front desk staff is always so attentive, friendly & helpful. My mom loves the food & likes having options. She goes to exercise classes & participates in activities. I can honestly say she has not been this happy in years! She has community, friendships & a purpose. Thank you Story Point!

From the first that I entered the building until moving my mom in, everyone has been so nice and comforting to me and my mom. Mom was a little nervous when she first got there, but everyone including the residents help her to get comfortable and in the routine.

After looking at quite a few places, when I walked in here I knew this was the place for my mom. The decor, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, cost efficiency, staff is remarkable. No complaints!!!!!

It's a very small close knit community, very clean. Lots of weekly activities. Good food. The nursing staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place for people in need of independent and assisted living.

My mom has been in independent living for about a year now. We decided that she needed to live closer to my brother so I reached out to aplaceformom.com who got us an appointment with Jackson Meadows. We moved my mom in last week and she absolutely loves it. She loves her room. She loves the food. She loves the activities. She loves the people. This is not a place where people come until they die; it is a place where they come to live!! Thank you Jackson Meadows.

The staff is very friendly. The place is beautiful. When you walk in the door you almost feel like you are entering a resort. Wide open spaces. Bright! My mother was living alone in her home and had lost her husband 6 months prior. She loves being around people and was missing all the interaction and she did not want to live with us. She wanted her independence. This gives her a sense of community. She has her private apartment, but only needs to step out of her room to enjoy conversation. She enjoys several of the amenities they offer, bingo, card games, puzzles, trivia, community dining along with several other activities. I’ve watched her flourish mentally over the last 6 weeks. I talk to her daily. I see her weekly. She is embracing this season and enjoying her everyday life.

Thankfully we did not have to put my father in law in assisted living, but after speaking with [name removed], several times, I was very comfortable if things would have turned out differently. [name removed] was knowledgeable, caring, and very professional. She has reached out to me several times, just to check in to see if I needed anything or if my situation has changed. She is truly a kind heart. I wasn't able to tour the facility, but I have friends that have their loved ones there and they are thrilled with the accommodations.

Love Story Point! We like the community feel at Story Point, staff, residents and residents family members make a point of getting to know each other. Very caring staff and very willing to make my uncle comfortable from the caregivers to office personnel to the housekeeping staff. Very well run.
