Great care, great food, great activities but most of all GREAT staff. My mom had an ER visit and when she was rolled back in to Candlestone, she yelled, I'M HOME!! Candlestone provides our family with peace of mind knowing Mom is very well taken care of.

We were concerned, of course, with bringing my Mom to a new senior care facility but were blown away how nice and engaging the staff was. Also, the facilities are basically brand new and much superior to other places we visited. The overall experience was fantastic!

Every staff member helps other staff members, regardless of assigned job. They have enough room size options to fit most budgets.

I think that the staff is awesome here and very sincere. If there is a place for some improvement it would be in the menu, what I've heard from some residents is it could use more variety. Most miss the actual kitchen and going to commercial food. I understand cost and waste etc. but maybe a resident choice paper would help. You have a great facility keep up the good work.

I do not know what my family would without Danbury. I don’t have to worry how my mom is doing because o k ow she is being cared for. The staff are very attentive to my mom’s needs. They routinely assess her and are helpful in determining the level of care she needs. Several room layouts and sizes are available to choose from for assisted living. The facility is beautiful. My mom has been there for almost 2 years. She started in an assisted living apartment but as her dementia increased we recently moved her to Memory Care. Memory care staff are amazing! The planned activities are so helpful and enjoyable to mom plus it helps to keep her active even with her dementia. The staff helped us to obtain therapy when needed and hospice care. They all work together very well. The Mount Vernon executive director, DON, and director of sales truly care about the residents as do their staff. Thank you to everyone.

My 84 year old mother and 97 year old step-father have been living in Independence Village of Zionsville West since [date removed]. They started in Independent Living but then my mother had a medical issue and now they are in assisted living. We have been very happy with both sides of the building (independent living and assisted living). I feel like everyone from the Front Desk staff to the servers in the dining room care about their jobs. The Wellness Director makes a point of knowing a lot about the individuals under her care. The Executive Director is very open to talking to us - both to say Hi and to check to make sure everything is going well. The CNAs do a good job. The food in the dining room is generally very good. No place is perfect 100% of the time but I feel like any concerns we have are addressed in a timely manner.

The staff is wonderful and amazing! I completely trust with my aunt’s care. The food is amazing and it’s always clean. Would highly recommend anyone putting their loved one here!

We looked at a few different facilities. When we visited Independence Village we were comfortable right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered throughly and we were shown around the whole facility. We were very impressed with their memory care. Make sure you check out this facility.

Springvale is a wonderful place, they have kind, caring staff, wonderful food, and fun activities. We enjoy the big Courtyards for our loved one to walk in, and they have boxed gardens for summer vegetables.

I love it here. Everyone is so kind. The food is good. The activities are fun. There is a nice courtyard to sit and enjoy the weather. We have movie nights and people come and play live music for us.

I have lived here at Story Point and unassisted living for seven months. The food is great the personnel pride themselves and knowing you by your first name, they get to know you because they spend a lot of time with you. It’s just like being on a cruise ship without any water around it. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for your mother or father to check us out

They are always very kind and helpful. Having independent and assisted living available in the same building as needed and many services included in rent like transportation, stuck out over other places.

My mom has had a great experience to date, and I am truly happy that she is at a wonderful place. There are activities that she can get involved in to help her meet new people through this next stage of life.

It has been a great place to move our parent. There are several activities a day, the food is good, and the staff is very friendly! The physical therapy team has been very helpful for our parent to regain some strength & mobility. They are thriving there!

Storypoint’s staff an facilities are exemplary. Staff are professional and caring. The facilities are maintained to a very high standard. The staff care for the residents on a daily basis from morning till night. No need is left undone from answering the phone to greeting visitors to preparing meals providing entertainment.

StoryPoint Union is an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, residents are welcoming, and the food is delicious and includes a nice variety of choices. Our apartment has plenty of room, a good view and the facility is quiet in the living areas.

I have met some really great people here. recently I got hurt and one of residence offered to take me to the doctor. I could go on about meaningful relationships. The management team really cares about the residents and go out of there way to make our stay a meaningful one whether it be 1 year or 15

I would highly recommend. They are nice, friendly. They offer a lot of activities for the residents as well as for the family.

Don't even know where to begin to share my feelings about Woodlawn Meadows Memory care. First off, the facility and rooms are exceptionally maintained which was of a high priority for me to place my mother in. I have been to other facilities and I give this area a 5-star rating! But after 9 months of my mother being there, the care, love, understanding, and patience the staff exhibits toward their residents is way beyond exceptional. I visit my mother weekly or more and I have observed time and time again how positively the staff interacts with my mother and the other residents residing there. And it not just the day-to-day staff, it's the Director [name removed], [name removed]the wellness director, the chef, housekeeping, and the activity director. The teamwork I observe amongst the staff is what I feel makes this facility an exceptional place to consider for loved ones, you will not find anything better, I promise! Thank you for all you do each and every day to comfort our loved ones!
