[name removed] is the director and she has gone above and beyond to assist our family. The dining room is excellent. Dad is still adjusting, which is to be expected but overall we are THRILLED!

The director, sales administrator, kitchen staff, aids, nurses, activity staff and rehab staff are all great. The only person we ever had problems was the property administrator with some billing. Mostly just getting her to reply in a timely manner. My mother really liked it there and the staff.

My sister & I helped our mother choose the facility. We are very pleased with it. I live in VT so I don't get out there often but between my mother & my sister who lives nearby we know that we picked the right place for her. The residents seem kind. The front desk staff is always so attentive, friendly & helpful. My mom loves the food & likes having options. She goes to exercise classes & participates in activities. I can honestly say she has not been this happy in years! She has community, friendships & a purpose. Thank you Story Point!

From the first that I entered the building until moving my mom in, everyone has been so nice and comforting to me and my mom. Mom was a little nervous when she first got there, but everyone including the residents help her to get comfortable and in the routine.

After looking at quite a few places, when I walked in here I knew this was the place for my mom. The decor, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, cost efficiency, staff is remarkable. No complaints!!!!!

It's a very small close knit community, very clean. Lots of weekly activities. Good food. The nursing staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place for people in need of independent and assisted living.

My mom has been in independent living for about a year now. We decided that she needed to live closer to my brother so I reached out to aplaceformom.com who got us an appointment with Jackson Meadows. We moved my mom in last week and she absolutely loves it. She loves her room. She loves the food. She loves the activities. She loves the people. This is not a place where people come until they die; it is a place where they come to live!! The staff is very friendly. The place is beautiful. When you walk in the door you almost feel like you are entering a resort. Wide open spaces. Bright! My mother was living alone in her home and had lost her husband 6 months prior. She loves being around people and was missing all the interaction and she did not want to live with us. She wanted her independence. This gives her a sense of community. She has her private apartment, but only needs to step out of her room to enjoy conversation. She enjoys several of the amenities they offer, bingo, card games, puzzles, trivia, community dining along with several other activities. I’ve watched her flourish mentally over the last 6 weeks. I talk to her daily. I see her weekly. She is embracing this season and enjoying her everyday life.

Thankfully we did not have to put my father in law in assisted living, but after speaking with [name removed], several times, I was very comfortable if things would have turned out differently. [name removed] was knowledgeable, caring, and very professional. She has reached out to me several times, just to check in to see if I needed anything or if my situation has changed. She is truly a kind heart. I wasn't able to tour the facility, but I have friends that have their loved ones there and they are thrilled with the accommodations.

Love Story Point! We like the community feel at Story Point, staff, residents and residents family members make a point of getting to know each other. Very caring staff and very willing to make my uncle comfortable from the caregivers to office personnel to the housekeeping staff. Very well run.

Friendly atmosphere, very clean, good food, nice outside grounds, convenient location, huge schedule of events for all of the tenants. They also have a great shuttle service that is included in the monthly fee. Also, In-house Salon, Church, Dr. Office. Weekly laundry service and bi-weekly room cleaning included.

We like they there is on-site PT and OT The food is good The staff is friendly - especially the front desk staff.

Out of all the places I’ve been at this is the best. The director is the best never passes you with saying hello and knowing your name. The food is delicious and everyone is so nice. I am so happy to be here.

Social activities are very good. I would recommend to others.

I like that there are no problems at all! I love the activities like bingo and exercise. I also love getting my nails painted however I want! It's always clean and always smells good! I would say it's all great! The food is good but you can't please everyone always.

They were very friendly and helpful with the process and welcoming to my uncle into the community as well as flexible and helpful with moving things into the apartment.

The facilities are very nice. The staff is friendly and caring. The onsite physical therapy is great. The staff works hard to provide a variety of activities, outings, and social events.

The facility is clean, the staff seem very friendly, they seem to offer a lot of activities and they have a nice dining room. I think my mom really likes it. She just moved to a bigger apartment. My mom is happy there, especially since she now has a one bed apartment overlooking the lake and walking trail.

I have been a resident for 3 1/2 years. I appreciate the care that I receive, but sometimes when I push my call button no one shows up. I understand that can because they are always short of help. The caregivers and staff here are friendly, helpful but they need more.
