I came to visit my grandma and we had lunch together. The food was delicious and the staff was very kind. The overall environment was very welcoming and friendly.

I went to visit my mother in law and it was Bingo Day. I was able to join in on the fun. It was a great time and I look forward to doing it again. The residents were having so much fun and the winners get to pick out prizes.

Staff, facilities, food services, and activities are all excellent! There are always plenty of activities for the residents. The dining room, staff, and food are impeccable. They have plenty of offsite events for the residents to enjoy. They have great activities in the outdoor courtyard. They also have a nice paved path in the back to enjoy.

So much to choose to do and it keeps me from being isolated and feeling lonley. Being busy is healthy!

They made my Dads transition a painless process. The staff was outstanding from the director to the Wait staff. Everyone has a pleasant personality and is willing to go above and beyond. They basically welcomed him and I with open arms as if we were there for years and we're coming back from a vacation. I believe he is experiencing outstanding care. The facilities is clean and kept the grounds are kept, and he is enjoying the food as there are many meal options for each sitting breakfast lunch and dinner which I have generally seen not to be the case in other facilities that we visited he is adjusting well and I'm happy that he's happy where he is.

Atmosphere feels light and happy and the staff is so very pleasant

Great atmosphere, and smiling faces! Beautiful outside patios open for anyone to sit at. Would 100% recommend for your loved one.

I was impressed with the staff, the warm, inviting environment, and the effort that they put into meeting individual needs of those they serve. If this facility actually creates such an amazing place as they have proposed, which I believe they have, then this will be a delightful place for seniors to call home.

I was a resident for 3 weeks on a "respite" basis. I was very impressed by how friendly the other residents and the staff were. I gave the food a 3+ because I know they are going through a transition with a new chef and I know how hard it must be to feed so many to their complete satisfaction. The new chef came to my apartment just before I was scheduled to leave asking about my likes and dislikes. I explained I was leaving soon but he still was interested in my reply. I told him my favorite food was pizza. He then gave me a bag with some cookie samples and also a danish. The cook were great but the danish was the very best thing I've ever eaten!! The next day I stopped him in the dining room and told him I wanted to change my "favorite" food to his danish! He then promptly went back to the kitchen and brought me another! I was most impressed!! One thing that stood out as a negative about mealtime - while the waiter staff are very friendly and polite, the method of taking and delivering orders is very time consuming and frustrating.

Although it’s a bit pricey, I’m very happy with the experience overall. The communication is excellent—staff answer questions quickly and are very responsive. I really appreciate the thoughtful details, like the resident’s story and photo placed right inside the door so all staff can immediately get to know her. The color-coded door system is also a nice touch that helps with organization and care. It’s reassuring to know there are security cameras in the rooms for monitoring, which adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. Overall, the quality of care and communication make it worth the cost.

The tour was great. [name removed] was great. My dad put down a deposit. [name removed] the nurse came to assess my mom. [name removed] was awesome. We are looking forward to getting my mom moved into Edencrest soon. We are very pleased. So far Edencrest has been a wonderful experience.

It has been a terrific experience over all. The care, cleanliness, level of activity and available resources, my mil is so happy there. Their food service is also great!

The community looks so wonderful with new carpet and paint and new furniture. Residents seem to enjoy the new look. Staff was very friendly when I came to visit. My cousin had wonderful care in the assisted living side.

The activities are fantastic! They keep my Mom pretty busy, which is great [name removed] and [name removed] were great, it's clean, everyone was so nice and it's close.

My mother has been at Danbury for about 4 years. She was more than hesitant to leave her home to move into assisted living. But what she has found is a new home where the staff shows genuine care and love. She says that Danbury is her home and where she wants to live the rest of her life.

Their have been several breakdowns but they are trying to do repairs. Just some inconvenience. Staff is kind and as helpful as they can be.

Overall, my experience touring Sunrise was very positive. Staff was caring and engaged. Facilities are clean, neat, and well appointed. The residents I chanced to meet were very happy with their situation. Definitely high on my list of choices for my family members. Thanks
