I like the small neighborhoods. They are more homey. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

My mom moved into Impendence Village in [date removed], and from the very beginning, she's felt truly at home. " The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Always going the extra mile to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for. She's also been enjoying the food! It's really comforting to know she's in a place where she feels safe. supported and happy.

My Mother has been at StoryPoint for 11 months. I can't say enough about this facility. We needed a place ASAP and we were so blessed they had one room open. Since she has been there I don't have to worry about her. She is getting great care and she loves the staff there. They really go above and beyond everyday!

Apartments are lovely as is the entire building. Activities seem more "adult" than previous place when my dad needed AL. (happy hour, chair yoga, themed parties, cards and poker) Expensive I guess. Only dinner, but that seems to work for my mom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to most medical offices and hospital.

The staff is pleasant. Mom is safe and has plenty of things to do and have two meals a. All with keeping her independent and autonomy.

When I reached the point of looking for an assisted living place, I shopped around and checked out a number of places. None of the others held a candle to Story Point Chesterfield. The level of activities and services provided were far better than any other location I toured. The incredibly friendly and enthusiastic staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. I’m so impressed with the quality of opportunities afforded me here! I have all the freedom I want as well as many distractions, outings and events available to suit everyone. I have a hard time keeping up with all the various offerings of ways to spend my time! It’s no wonder that they have won so many awards for excellence and even national recognition. I have made so many friends here and keep myself so busy that my kids don’t worry about me anymore, especially since our families get invited to many of our parties and events. I’m so grateful that I found Story Point Chesterfield for my home!

I like that it's comfortable when the weather changes. The food is good. The activities do a good job of being just the right amount for what we can do for a day but it's never boring. The caregivers are good and knowledgeable for what should be expected!

The activities director is above and beyond great! The head chef tries hard to keep in mind the nutritional needs of seniors. The financial lady is very good but the sales lady makes promises that do not come true ie: she promised me that when I got into my actual apartment instead of the temporary one, they would move my stuff...all of it but I had to beg to get my bed, dresser and desk. The rest had to be done by friends not them. I have more examples of promises made but did not come true. The facility director finally stepped in and got my dresser and desk! However, she asked if I wanted to meet with her and I said "yes", but never heard from her since.

I would rate all a 5. Been very pleased with the facility and, most importantly my Sister, as resident, is comfortable and happy. Yes, we would recommend StoryPoint Gahanna Central to other families based on the experience so far.

Everyone on every level of staff was extremely helpful, supportive, kind, and welcoming. I felt at home there as did my boss who was trying to accept his new "normal". The facility was clean...CLEAN! No smells or overpowering cover up of smells, I was very impressed with the entrance and comfort of the place as a whole. The residents were out and about walking around and actually doing the activities, which were catered towards all ages and stages of adulthood.

I would rate all categories 5. The care the staff gave and how helpful they were family. Yes, we would recommend Danbury Westerville-Parkside Village to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would rate them all at 5 (or 6) Except for the food. Mom & other residents did not seem pleased with the food. Mom had a lot of BLT's. All else was wonderful

StoryPoint Rockford is home to many. Senior Living can be a difficult step in life but the staff go out of their way to provide great care with lots of love. We especially love when the therapy dogs come to visit- so many smiles! If you love music, outings and fun, this is a great place to live. Everyone is family.

My mom loves it. She has made many new friends and enjoys all the activities and excursions. She is very happy. Highly recommend. Good meals and lots of activities to keep her active. Encourage residents to make friends and stay active. Perfect for my mother.

The facility is great. High ceilings and a lot of natural light. The staff is warm and friendly and even staff in other parts of the building greet you by name. The director is not near as friendly and her predecessor set a high bar which she has not been able to replicate. All other team leadership is great and the Memory Care Team is excellent and responds to any concerns positively.

I cannot speak highly enough about StoryPoint assisted living. Every interaction has exceeded expectations. The care staff is wonderful - their dedication and compassion shine through. Executive director [name removed] has been incredibly kind and helpful. The wellness director, supervisor, and caregivers treat residents like family. This is a calling for them and it shows! The transitional care nurse made move-in smooth and comfortable. Activities director [name removed] is sweet as apple pie creating engaging programs. The chef makes amazing food and treats, cleaning crew maintains pristine grounds, and waitstaff provide five-star service. Trusting someone with our Dad’s care was difficult, but StoryPoint has proven our trust well-placed. Residents receive love, respect, and dignity. We are grateful every day we chose StoryPoint.

ALL of the people there are very kind, caring and sympathetic to my mom's needs... from the front desk greeting, to the kitchen staff, to activities, nurses and most of all aides...as challenging as it may be for my mom, they do their best to keep her comfortable there while keeping their patience.

Mom has been in the Memory Care unit at Ludington Woods for about a month now and we could not be happier with our choice. The staff was very responsive and helpful thru the decision process. While we were very nervous about the move, the staff knew exactly what to expect and made the transition as smooth as possible. Her care has been top notch and she has been involved in many of the activities that they provide for the residents. Love seeing the pictures and updates on Facebook and have even had some pictures of mom that were sent directly to me. Gives me peace of mind to know that mom is safe and being taken care of every day.

Springvale has been my home for over a year now. I have made new friends, have a nice apartment with a sliding door to walk outside, and I have my favorite things from home. I enjoy the entertainment, bingo and attend the Church services they have here. The food is good, staff is very friendly, and I have met some new friends.
