I couldn’t have found a better place for my mom. She is happy there, and has been able to keep her dog, which has been so important to her. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Cascade Trails made some of the difficult changes much easier. I highly recommend Cascade Trails.

The activities assistant, [name removed], is very helpful and friendly. [name removed], who is in charge of the dining room is an excellent host. My experience here has been very positive.

I can't say enough good things about Cascade Trails. Both the independent living and assisted living facilities are beautiful, with an exercise room and some community rooms available to reserve. The staff give attentive care that is full of patience and compassion. There are many activities to take part in. When my in-laws were in an independent living apartment, we especially enjoyed Sunday brunches in the dining room. It gives us peace of mind to know that there is a nurse practitioner who can serve as their primary care provider in assisted living - on site about weekly.

The staff in the main building have been extremely supportive. The facilities are in excellent condition. Even though my parents live in a villa, they often go up to have lunch or dinner in the main facility. They have made a lot of friends! I have heard nothing but wonderful comments from my parents. I highly recommend this community.

I recently toured Jackson Meadow while looking for a place for my Mom; the community is welcoming, bright and cheery, clean, and the staff is caring and friendly. Our experience from the first phone call to the lease signing has been amazing! We ate lunch with a resident ambassador when we came for our tour - the food was good and the ambassador was extremely friendly and openly answered our questions about the community. Mom is so happy at Jackson Meadow! She loves the activities, the staff and her apartment. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move her into Jackson Meadow.

After touring multiple facilities in Richland, Ashland, Knox and Franklin counties and being less than thrilled with the offerings, I was ecstatic to discover Danbury of Mount Vernon. Working with A Place for Mom, and [name removed] Danbury I found exactly what I was looking for. A secure, caring, home-like environment with the privacy and services your loved one deserves. Not only did they help to quickly offer respite care at a sister facility, but they also facilitated the move to our permanent home more quickly than anticipated. Please come tour Danbury of Mount Vernon. You will not be disappointed. The staff is top notch from the chef who prepares healthy, appetizing meals to the servers who know and truly care for your loved one. The facility utilizes evidenced based practices from the decor, to the room designs all the way to the activities that are offered daily. The nursing staff is well educated and very communicative. This is home!

They are truly present and attentive to the needs of the residents, and it shows in the day-to-day care and atmosphere. Their staff is so full of love for the residents. They find a perfect balance of being attentive, sensitive, professional and approachable. We can't imagine them doing any more than they do everyday! It is nothing short of amazing!

The staff here has good hires, they are very good. They are cordial and go out of their way to be helpful. We have the luxury to pick and choose what events we want to attend. I like my bingo and poker. Happy hour is always a good time. Outings are different every month and well coordinated.

I have been here for 3 and 1/2 years and very much enjoy it. The staff is great and [name removed] is a good manager.

Danbury is a lovely facility. There are many fun activities planned for the residents. The staff is friendly and helpful. From my perspective it is the nicest facility of its kind in our city, and I have recommended it to several friends.

There attention to the care and science, chef [names removed]they seemed to care, I would recommend to others.

The facility is large and cheerful. There are large gathering rooms for entertainment, with large libraries that have TVs if residents want to watch a movie or ballgame together. These promote socialization. The staff is very friendly. I hear the StoryPoint in Bolingbrook is as good or better, but maybe more expensive. You should take a tour!

The friendliness and courtesy of staff to residents and family members/ cleanliness of facility/ the good tasting food and the bright and airy rooms with large windows that let in lots of light. We would recommend Independent Villages levels of living from Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Care to any of our family, friends, and neighbors!

I highly recommended Danbury as an assisted living facility. My mother loves being there and is very grateful for the care she receives. The staff is well trained, very polite, and always responsive to the needs of my mother and to our family. Their facility is new, very colorful, well maintained, and a pleasure to visit.

I visit residents here frequently and have dinner and do activities with them. The food is always good and a great variety. They always try to vary what they are serving. They plan group activities and residents plan activities on their own. You can be involved as much as you want to be. I really like how friendly the residents and staff are with each other. I would recommend this place to anyone.

So much thought has gone into here. They truly care about everyone that comes through the door. From the love they put into the food to the thought they put into the amazing activities and field trips. This is hands down a wonderful place that has been their heart and soul into each and every resident.

Friendly and genuinely caring staff! Residents enjoy constant activities and receive lots of kind and personal attention. I drop by at all hours and always feel welcome and always find a well kept environment with smiling residents who seem to really enjoy each other. My mom loves the food. My expectations have been exceeded and I feel like this residence is a hidden gem! Truly exceptional staff. Every one of them. My mom is in the best place!
