Staff is very personable and they have events such as Bingo, 3 different church services per week and other entertainment

Staff is really friendly, the food is really good, amenities are great for my parents and the hair salon my mom loves. Dad really likes the veterans rooms.

We are very pleased with Story Point Grand Rapids East. The food is a huge plus from where he used to live. He loves having choices that are healthy and filling. I love the daily check in that they do just to keep tabs on the residents. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly. The overall upkeep of the facility is very clean and welcoming.

Devonshire is great, I'm guaranteed my father gets one good meal a day and he has a chance to socialize at lunch when he goes. [name removed] has been a delight and so very helpful and a friendly face every time I see her. My dad isn't much of a joiner for activities but from what I have seen lots of others are, the activities seen very well attended!

About a week ago we attended the Family Chili Night at Danbury with some of my family. A few more showed up than I expected, but it was a great showing for my Mom. She really enjoyed seeing some that had not been to Danbury to visit her before. Hopefully now that they know how nice Danbury is and how friendly all the staff and residents were they will want to come back. I know I try to make it to Danbury at least every week to have a meal with Mom and I really enjoy it. They cater to my every need as I'm sure they do for my Mom. Glad we put my Mom at Danbury. Nothing but the Best!!

Staff has been wonderful and caring especially since we've had a few setbacks. There are so many activities to keep them engaged and social and they have had a great dining experience. Totally recommend based on location, environment, activities, conveniences such as medical staff on premises as well as PT/OT, transportation to area stores & dining.

It was a wonderful place for the short time my father was there. Everyone was so caring and kind and made us feel at home right from the start!

My husband was diagnosed with dementia in [date removed]. In [date removed] I became ill & we had to place him in a Memory Care facility. He was there 30 days. We transferred him to a skilled nursing care facility. From there he was transferred to a Geriatric Behavior Hospital. Due to a fall resulting in a brain bleed he was transferred the Critical Care ICU in a major hospital. I share his history with you to let you know what he went thru before arriving at StoryPoint. Prior to arriving at StoryPoint he was confrontational, argumentative& hitting people. Family was his enemy because we would not take him back to his home. Since arriving at StoryPoint he has settled in very well. Everyday he is more agreeable, offers to help staff with clean-up, is no longer confrontational. He participates in activities. He is happy to interact with staff & residents. I see the kindness concern & respect the staff gives all of the residents. We have felt welcomed from the first moment we walked thru the door. Their compassion, professionalism & efficiency in which a concern is addressed is impressive. Before we decided on StoryPoint our family visited over 20 skilled nursing or memory care facilities. We give Storypoint our highest recommendation.

We are still new there, but overall so far we have had a positive experience there! Would recommend. The food is great! Storypoint has a heart for their residents. There is a happy vibe with staff and those who live there. We made a good choice!

My personal experience at Bayfield has been nothing short of fantastic: their facilities are secure and rooms beautiful, their cinnamon rolls are the best I've ever had, and my interactions with their friendly and helpful staff have been absolutely joyful

Story Point is à wonderful place to live. The staff and the residents are wonderful. The staff are respect full and accommodating.

I have had an all around great experience with StoryPoint. The staff is very kind and considerate. They were also very accommodating with helping me to get everything in order for my mom's move-in date.

I have not spent a great deal of time at the community to be able to answer re improvement, but what I found most helpful was the marketing person, then the receptionist and administrative staff

The staff are all very professional, kind and engaging to residents and family. I have had a pleasant experience. The facility is very clean. The staff have given great care to my sister. They have consistent activities and entertainment to engage the residents. The food is good and dining is a family atmosphere. Residents are given a choice and asked if they want additional servings.

My mother lived at Danbury Memory Care for a few weeks before she died. Her care was very good. It was also individualized to her specific needs. All the staff were very caring. I have absolutely no complaints.

Great care! Since the changes from Provision to Story Point, the care and staff have remained consistent. I am very happy with her care!

We recently moved in and have been so blessed to feel welcomed by every staff we have interacted with or observed caring for facility residents. As we live in a Villa we are independent, and can come and go as we please, cook our own meals or eat in a welcoming dining room with nutritious food served. We would recommend Danbury Mt. Vernon to anyone who seeks a special place for themselves or their loved ones!

It was much better than the place she was at. The available music classes art classes field trips the amenities more than just a place to stay. Even the nurses were of a higher caliper and it really feels like a home.
