I enjoy the socialness with the other residents. I enjoy all the resident and staff here. It's another family to me. Physical therapy is a plus and a gym avaliable to residents any time. food is great.

I visited my family member before ( I live out of state) Everything was out dated. HOWEVER, when I came for a visit a few weeks ago everything has been painted, all the furniture is new and very nice. Everything is bright, open and airy. It really makes it feel welcoming. Staff is always greeting with a smile or a wave no matter which staff member it is. My family member told me that the food is better as well!

It was excellent! I would recommend to others.

I believe the staff took good care of my husband (who was sometimes difficult to handle). The staff was always pleasant and welcoming when I was there. Many of them expressed to me that they enjoyed working with my husband. I was there during lunch a couple of times and all the residents seemed to enjoy their lunches including my husband. The apartment was a nice size and had a nice view. I know they had activities but I was never there when they were having them. I had a key to his room and could visit anytime.

Mom lived in StoryPoint for a short while rehabbing. Her care was exceptional as was the staff. Dad transitioned from their condo to independent living so that mom could join him there and they could be together again. Our family can't say enough wonderful things about all of the staff at IV. They are compassionate, loving and skilled in all departments. They truly work hard to make it feel like home for all residents. Highly recommend!

l would highly recommend Story Point South. My sister is very happy there. Her space is perfect for her and the windows and balcony is great. My neighbor moved in Story Point about 2 years ago and l had visited with her. So when my sister needed a place, l told her daughters that this would be the perfect place for her. So, they brought her to see the place and she fell in love with the living space. She also commented on how nice and friendly everyone was to her. My sister is very pleased with all the services that she received. The people sitting on both side of the outside entrance creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each time l have come to visit my sister they all speak and that make a great feeling of comfort and joy. Story Point South is a great second home and I would recommend it to all.

Everything is going very well at Storypoint. She loves it there. There are so many activities to keep her busy. I would recommend to others. The staff is exceptional working with the residents. [name removed] the activity director is all in with the community well bein

What we like the most about the community is that It felt comfortable and the residents were encouraged to come into the community areas and make friends.

I was bullied by the director, the lady that took over [name removed] position for 2 weeks and [name removed] the lady that you meet with when looking at the facility. I was given the option to either send uncle to memory care or pay [removed] a day to have someone stay with him 24×7. The caregivers told me he did not need that service. When I told them no to both they kicked him out.

Clean and well maintained facilities. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

5 for all thanks and have a great day!! The community is clean and just has a homey feel to it , my mom loves sitting in the area outside her apartment. I am so happy she is living again!! The food is delicious and the staff and caregivers are all top notch and very friendly and helpful.

We really liked Creekside at Shallowford. [name removed] was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable taking time to explain the facility accommodations and availabilities. Unfortunately, there is no assistance available at this time to assist with costs associated with the monthly fees. We are checking into options available.

Ever since I discovered Story Point Senior Independent Community four years ago, I knew it where I want to live in the future. This community is affordable, beautifully, maintain and supported by an exceptional staff. Special thanks to [name removed], the Sales Director for her warm welcome and to [name removed] the Director for her outstanding leadership. The maintenance and housekeeping teams keep the community in excellent condition creating a comfortable environment. [name removed] , the Chef prepares exceptional meals, and desserts that make dining a pleasure. I enjoy the coffee hour in the morning, and happy hour with live music. With the invitation of my friends that live there I am grateful to be part of such a caring and well manage community.

Staff are absolutely wonderful. They worked really hard to make sure that all my dad's needs were met. His apartment is wonderful and the food is fantastic. Dad really likes it here.

It’s a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a warm, safe environment where loved ones can thrive.

Staff was generally very good - my Mom needed a lot care. They were very caring and we also found the managers easy to work with.

All the staff in memory care are so friendly and have been there for awhile. The last place we rarely saw the same staff twice so there's no way they got to know my mother-in-law. They are able to get her to participate in activities, especially if music, magnetic darts or a party are involved!

My aunt moved to Danbury 2 months ago. The staff has been helpful and friendly. She has enjoyed the variety of programs and outings. The facility, inside and out, is clean, warm, and inviting. The food is also very good.

They are wonderful there. You feel the difference between them and other Senior assisted living places as soon as you walk in the door. The staff, from the Director down to the food servers, are so friendly and vibrant. That makes all the difference when one must be away from their home for awhile. My husband was there for Respite care after a surgery. I credit his happiness with his surroundings as being key to his, faster than expected, recovery. Can't say enough good things about The Massillon Danbury.
