Grace Haven Assisted Living is truly remarkable. When we moved my mom into the memory care apartment, we were very skeptical about the new living arrangements, but the staff and community made the transition, peaceful and reassuring. I do not think that we could have moved mom into a better community. I now get to see a side of my mom that I have not seen in years, as she is happy, and truly proud to be a resident at Grace Haven. The management team at Grace Haven truly supports their residents and staff. This doesn't go without saying that we haven't had our fair share of hiccups along the way, but they have always been handled with grace and in a timely manner. Mom has now been at Grace Haven for nearly 6 months, and I truly think that it has bettered her quality of life more so than what we could have provided to her at home. Thank you to the Grace Haven staff, for always making sure that my mom is always cared for to the best of your abilities!

This is a women-run operation. Everyone is very caring, working hard to meet the needs of each person in Memory Care the best they can. I can rest assured that my husband is treated with kindness and respect and is given excellent medical care.

Boulder Creek Assisted Living has been wonderful for my mom. She had a stroke at 64 years old and we needed a place for her upon discharge from Mary Free Bed. The staff has been instrumental in her recovery and has helped us navigate life post stroke. We are grateful she is safe and comfortable for as long as she may be there.

The process to get into Storypoint was nice and relatively smooth. The location was good. The amenities are in line with what we were looking for. The adjustment period is going well overall. It is the only property that met our criteria for an age in place facility.

Storypoint is clean and updated. The girls who cared for my stepmom were kind and concerned. She was there for 6 years and the facility stayed consistent. Directors, [names removed] were excellent in listening and communicating.

As hard as it was to put my dad in assisted living [name removed] and the group as forest Glen made it much easier to deal with. They were always there when you needed them dad was always taken care of. They were very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help with a family member.

This was a great venue for a craft show. Absolutely beautiful inside and easy to get to. Everyone working was friendly and hospitable. And the atmosphere of the event was upbeat and lively. I would come back in a heartbeat.

It was a very nice home. [name removed] liked to go out to the patio. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Staff goes out of their way to help you. They know every person's name and make you feel at home. When I came back from the hospital, they told me they missed me and what could they do to help. They checked on me every day.

The Danbury Mt Vernon team has been outstanding. Their team, led by [name removed] and [name removed] from Danbury were great in follow up with our family when Mom was not ready to move out of her home, but then were even more outstanding in coordinating her moving in and assisting our Mom and family in doing everything we needed to get her into her room at Danbury after injuries sustained in a fall at home. Mom now loves it at Danbury and all the great care provided by the Danbury team.

Comprehensive support services and a demonstrable commitment to the patients' inclusion with the staff. I do recommend this facility for patients with out home based options.

The staff is very responsive to your needs. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility is lovely and well-maintained. The staff and residents are kind and considerate. The food is excellent! As the daughter of a resident, I was kept in the loop with my dad's care. I really have nothing negative to say about StoryPoint.

Caring staff and very clean. Lots of extra activities. They work with you on what your family members needs are. Toured several facilities and this was my favorite. Smaller community and all on one floor.

My mom has been living at this senior living apartment complex, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The community truly feels like family. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Her housekeeper, [name removed], is an absolute gem—always so sweet and thoughtful, and she keeps everything spotless. The maintenance team is also wonderful—always prompt, friendly, and dependable whenever anything needs attention. The manager, [name removed], goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly kind, approachable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. It’s such a gift to have a place that not only takes care of the day-to-day but also makes everyone feel at home. We’re so grateful for this community!

We really like Storypoint for my mom. The building is fairly new, so the rooms are well laid out and modern. The building is well kept up and recently updated. Her walk-in shower is better than any shower in my house! The food is constantly changing with continual input from residents. There are frequent parties, holidays, and celebrations which offer different and elevated food options & fun. The fellow residents here have all been kind and welcoming. There are enough different activities each day to choose from to keep anyone interested. What really makes this place great is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you and introduces themselves. From the gentleman who cleans her room, to the extremely welcoming front desk, to the office staff, and to every medical professional on staff. Everyone I talk to likes their job. All will offer to help you directly with whatever you need or find the person who can. Were so glad that we made the choice move here.

The staff keeps the facility clean...the staff is always friendly...really enjoy all the activities especially bingo...meals and snacks are always good

Our family was in crises and needed a place for our stepdad pretty quickly due to our Mom's fall and fractured hip. I spoke with [name removed] who was wonderful to talk with, communicated so clearly and compassionately and helped us get him placed quickly! We loved our interaction with [name removed], Executive Director and we can see by her leadership of caring interaction her staff all follows her lead! Our stepdad acclimated nicely to his surroundings, the dining room and all of the care staff. They were very responsive to us as a family with calls and texts and we felt there was genuine care and concern for him. This is the exact thing we needed as a family. We loved our time at IVP!
