I cannot say enough wonderful things about StoryPoint Gahanna North. We found this incredible facility through A Place for Mom, and from the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. Their team helped us identify the perfect place for my dad, and StoryPoint exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. [name removed] was a true standout during the intake process—his knowledge, patience, and follow-through were remarkable. He made a difficult transition feel manageable and reassuring. The facility itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The activities are diverse and engaging, offering something for everyone, and the residents are warm and welcoming—it truly felt like a community from day one. Special thanks to [name removed] at the front desk, who was always kind, helpful, and supportive. And I must recognize the amazing nurses. My father can be a bit stubborn at times, but they consistently showed him compassion, patience, and genuine care. Their dedication gave our entire family peace of mind. Although the cost is on the higher side, it is absolutely worth it. The level of care, attention, and community at StoryPoint is unmatched. Even after my father received a terminal diagnosis and we brought him home for round-the-clock care, we all felt deeply grateful for the time he spent at StoryPoint. He was safe, respected, and truly cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend StoryPoint Gahanna North to anyone looking for a loving, supportive environment for their loved one. It’s more than a facility—it’s a family.

The apartment for my mother-in-law is exactly what she needed. They have more daily activities than she expected. We now have to schedule time with her.

All good. My Mom is doing well with all positive experiences. I'm happy. I have and would recommend but the only down side is the expense but it is what it is.

BayField has been beyond my expectations. The staff have been amazing, starting with the Executive Director [name removed] , her fellow leaders, all the way down to the care staff and housekeepers. Continuous concern for our happiness and wellbeing has been wonderful. I was concerned at first to come here, more for my wife than I, but all of my concerns have been unfounded. Do not spend anymore time looking for another place for yourself or your loved one. Choose the right place, choose BayField. The activities are numerous, the food is amazing, and the place is beautiful. You deserve the best, so stay at the best!

I was welcomed a great deal by all of the residents. Being accepted as newbie quickly. Exchanging backgrounds information was great. I feel like I can walk into the dining room knowing that I can sit with many people. I was secluded in my Old apartment rarely meeting anyone that wasn't medical professionals or people who worked in stores. I am so happy here and can join in on any activity throughout the week. I love it here!

I have found StoryPoint to be a very friendly, welcoming community. Staff is outstanding, food is great and the facility is bright, roomy and safe. It has been a good fit for me.

Moving mom initially to "Independent-Assisted Living" was easier than the move from there to memory care. Where lots move was promised than was delivered.

Staff from administrative down one very helping and supportive when you need assistance in need questions answered. Care is excellent are freely given. I gave no complaint except I seem to he getting allow.

My mom has been a resident at StoryPoint Canton for nearly two years and it is a great for her. The staff is friendly, attentive, informative and accessible. She enjoys friendships with other residents, fun group activities and games, a variety of food (three meals a day) and, most importantly, the peace of mind in knowing someone is always there for her assisted living needs. The environment is clean, open, and modern and provides many amenities including a hair salon, movie room, spa, and convenient access to physical therapy. They have an activities calendar and opportunities to enjoy shows and entertainment, bible studies, craft vendors, emotional support therapy and an occasional day out. We're close so we can visit mom regularly and know she is receiving excellent care. If we have any questions or need help, the staff is always very responsive. Their hearts are in it! Thank you, StoryPoint Canton, for all you do in supporting mom during this very special chapter of her life.

Our 98 year old mother has lived alone for many years following the death of our father. We finally got her into Assisted Living by insisting that she can no longer live alone. At first, she was very reluctant to move into Boulder Creek but we're very happy that her transition to has been a blessing for her and her sons. The staff at Boulder Creek have been instrumental to her successful transition.

IV was recommended by my daughter, who is a volunteer here. I found it to be all she said it was- friendly staff, very clean, good food and enjoyable activities. It made the transition from my home seem to be the but decision. I could have mode. There is an atmosphere of "joy" of living. That feeds the soul, as well as the good food that feeds the body.
