The employees of Brighton Valley go above and beyond to make the residents feel right at home. Here at Brighton Valley we care very much about the residents. We all work very hard everyday to give the residents the best care and services they all deserve, after all we are all guests in their homes.

Stay at Storypoint

My dad was a resident at IW Waukee and recently passed away. The care and compassion the staff showed us was unbeleivable. I am so grateful for the staff at IV Waukee.

I love living here. The food is great. The service is so good, the staff cares about me. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. This is my family.

A great place to live; very warm and welcoming. The weekly activities are great and the people with the life wellness.

I visited this place from Walgreens to vaccinate residents and employees against Covid-19. The place is so clean and organized. Everything was organized, well prepared, on point, and on schedule. The employees were very helpful and they treat their residents very well and as a family. It was a very nice experience.

Glen Oaks has been absolutely amazing. We chose this facility because of the staff, I toured 10-12 dementia units in our area and I always kept coming back to Glen Oaks. The staff and their interaction with the residents was amazing. I also took my mom here before she moved in and she absolutely loved it. They have been doing zoom visits, so they do offer that with your family member which are absolutely wonderful. They are doing everything they can to still keep you in contact and you can call at anytime. My mom since this has never been locked in a room, sequestered away, they have not had any cases in the facility. They have a big courtyard and when it was nice out, they had family members come out and participate in activities with their loved ones. They just have TONS of activities and my mom is always busy doing something.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. My mom is very happy with the staff and they have gone above and beyond for her. The staff will check on my mom when requested. If you want your mom in a nice place, then this is the place for your loved one.

[name removed] and her team take great care of our 94.5-year-old mom! They have provided exceptional care during the pandemic when family visits were paused. It has been comforting to know that our mom is in the hands of compassionate and competent caregivers. Mom raves about the staff every day!

The staff and the facility are excellent, beginning on day one before my mom moved in everyone has been so helpful and have continue to go above and beyond every day especially during covid which has been very hard. My mother came to StoryPointe Chesterfield after spending 3 years in a very nice Fl independent living facility. She is healthy but in her 90’s. StoryPointe’s Enhanced Living is perfect for her. Someone checks on her every morning, she gets all 3 meals everyday. She gets all her laundry done and her apartment cleaned. Her extras include getting her meds and help with weekly bathing for safety. Her apartment is very adequate and the StoryPointe facility is beautiful. Food is great and employees are amazing. Bingo is her favorite activity. StoryPointe did a wonderful job dealing with COVID, keeping everyone safe and happy. We think she will have many more safe and fun years as a StoryPointe resident.

The entire experience has been amazing! None of the residents have contracted COVID. Anytime I have a question or concern about my loved one the staff calls back immediately. You get what you pay for. The staff will bend over backwards to assist my loved one. They even allow virtual visits, and they go out of their way to ensure we have contact.

I love this community. They are doing such a great job caring for my mom. They have gone above and beyond so many times I can't even count anymore!! The staff make each day a blessing and I am so thankful for them.
