The staff seemed to know everybody's name and the residence seem very happy. They are also very nice and they did everything possible to make the transition. I would definitely recommend this community to others. The communication also seems to be good.

I have been employed with StoryPoint since last April. The community is filled with amazing residents and outstanding staff. It has been a privilege to be essential during Covid and there is no place I would rather be.

I like the friendliness of everyone. Staff has good attitude towards themselves and others. I worked as a nurse for many years and know how important it is to be caring and kind. And you all do that!

It is as close to living as a castle as I have ever been! The people who take care of us here are very kind and caring. They keep us happy and busy. Which we like too! The food is great. I feel like I can call for anything any time!

I should be the spokesperson outside trying to get people in! I love this place. The activities are the best! We are always having fun. I don't have any family nearby. The staff here are my family! I love all of them! My driver is the best ever. I have picked them all as my family!

It's the ideal place to live! Love the staff. Great activities to choose from. It's a beautiful community! [name removed] helped me come take a tour to see the amazing facility. Here everyone is so friendly and I am treated well. The size of my apartment is perfect for me and the color scheme is great!

I came with my spouse over 4 years ago. We felt right at home here. I chose to stay, just in a s smaller apt when he passed as they do so much to keep us healthy and happy. We have felt so safe and loved here during these trying times. They love us and we love them. A full 5*****

My dad has lived at Independence Village for a year and a half. He started out in an independent apartment, but needed more care and moved to an enhanced apartment after 4 months. The staff has been extraordinarily helpful, kind, and competent. I am grateful for all of the care Dad has received, including assistance from the director Holly. During the lock-down, the staff has gone out of their way to help us stay connected with our loved ones. And they have worked hard to maintain resident social activities, all within the CDC guidelines. We are grateful for the excellent care given at Independence Village.

We could not be happier with StoryPoint Fairfield! My father has lived there for a year now and loves it! The staff is so caring; they check in on him frequently and are truly compassionate! The place is clean and the food is excellent. Activities are plentiful and are things seniors enjoy. My father feels safe and secure. He had so many new friends! This is a place where seniors thrive, whether active and out-and-about or content to read/watch TV/nap in the privacy of their own apartment! Living here is adding to the quality of Dad’s life!

Independence Village of Grand Ledge is such a great community! The employees treat each resident like their own family- you can see it in the amount of care that goes into every interaction. Another bonus is the amount of activities that are provided! There's always something fun for residents to participate in to keep them happy and active. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Independence Village of Grand Ledge to anyone looking for a senior living community.

Our loved one seems to be enjoying the meals and dining services. We also love the court at the community, it is very updated and nice.

The community is great! Love the life enrichment program! Lots of fun crafts and activities.

Even during covid they have management to stick with some activities to help keep the residents engaged. They do hallway activities, they dress up in costumes and pass out treats. They activities really are terrific. The food is having to be delivered to the rooms so sometimes it is not as warm as it should be, but from our understanding they are making improvements with the food.

At one point they were not able to eat in the dining room due to covid, and the food was being delivered to their rooms. Sometimes it was not as warm as it should of been. However, they are now back to eating in the dining room and our loved one says the food is getting better. They are still offering a few activities like card games in small groups, and they have only had a few covid cases since this all started.

I feel at home here. The staff is friendly and efficient. The whole place is well cared for!

My dad picked out the facility. I went to 6 different places and interviewed each one of them, I walked out and knew yes or no and when I walked in here I knew that this was going to be the place. Everything was amazing, the people are fantastic and they bend over backwards for you. Even during covid the staff were just incredible and did a phenomenal job with the restrictions. I just cannot say enough good things about this facility.

The staff members are just awesome there, the meals and dining service was really good. Even when they had to start delivering the meals to their rooms it was still pretty good. The activities are great, there is constantly something going on all the time. They take really good care of their property, they just remodeled the place, it is always really pretty.

We chose Dominion senior living because of the friendliness of the staff, the facility was also very beautiful. It just felt like it would be a really good fit. The room sizes here are small, but pretty appropriate for memory care. They have a new director and she is a nurse, I feel like since she has come here, their medical program has improved significantly. Everything as far as medical care and assistance with medicine has been very stable. I would absolutely recommend the community.

My parents love it here it has been a godsend for our family. I would tell others that is it very beautiful facility. especially for people who are having to downsize from their homes. We know that they are safe and it gives us peace of mind. I would highly recommend.

We chose Independence Village because of the location and we just really liked the time they took to meet with us. They also really tried to work with us with the pricing. She is in a studio which is more than enough room for her. I do think that they need to remodel to make the bathrooms more handicap accessible, but they are good sized. The nursing services here have been amazing with my mother in law and they have gone out of their way to try and make her happy. They also have only had 1 resident with covid so they are doing a great job at keeping residents safe.
