We think Ponder Creek is a great community and the meals and dining service is improvement which we appreciate. The cleanliness is good, and the staff members are very friendly. The activities are outstanding, the director is wonderful. She does a great job getting the residents involved and there is plenty of things for the residents to participate in.

Very kind. Spent time showing the complex, the different apartments and common areas. Answered all questions and received a follow up call to see if we thought of any additional questions.

Storypoint Middletown is filled with lovely people. Even though it is my aunt who's living here, like her I've come to personally know and trust many folks among the caregivers, administrators, kitchen staff, and activities coordinators around Storypoint. I can see that most of the folks living here feel safe, comfortable, and respected. I've thought more than a few times that I'd like to live here myself. A hearty recommendation from me.

This community is an excellent assisted living community where caregivers make you feel like family.

The value for everything you get here is excellent. At 86, my loved has never been happier. He's also more active than he's ever been. They have all sorts of activities, including bingo with adult beverages, where they serve wine or beer as they play. They also take the residents out on trips to places in the city like Shelby Farms and the historic district. They keep them busy all the time, nonstop. They have movies, cards, puzzles, and they even stopped by his room with margaritas on Cinco de Mayo, and had a big 4th of July party. Also, the food is excellent. There's a huge variety, and they will prepare for you whatever you want.

I toured 7 facilities looking for a place for my dad. When I first walked in the door the positive energy and level of activity really stood out. The staff is cheerful and very helpful. The number and variety of activities is much more than I saw anywhere else. Dad loves art and especially watercolor. I mentioned to the activities director that dad would really enjoy a regular art club session where residents can get together and paint. They now have that Saturday afternoons. Dad always compliments the food, which is not what I heard about several other facilities I looked at.

I absolutely love Story Point. Staff are wonderful. They all work as a team and are so kind and helpful. The building is beautiful. The residents are all great. I feel blessed to be here. There is not one negative thing I can say about being here.

Could NOT be better! Enjoying it - did NOT want to come, came because of wife health - wish I had come sooner! Doing a good job with this virus prevention - do NOT like it, see no alternative!

We chose Glen Eagle because of the convenient location to my work and to my house. The apartment sizes at the facility are pretty good. I have eaten the food once and it was good. The facility itself is pretty and has nice landscaping. I would recommend to others looking.

I love it here, the people are friendly and warm. I came from an assisted living community and when i came here I just felt more at home with the sense of freedom. I have a first floor apartment that faces the courtyard, it is a very clean and comfortable place. My apartment has a nice floor porch, we can plate flowers here. They are very receptive to do things we like, I love picking flowers and I am able to do that here. The grounds are very well taken care of, and the manager her the lady in charge is terrific. She digs right in, serving meals to the residents and always helping residents out. She is really hands on. Also the guy underneath her is great also, super hands on. Also the dining room is very nice with a beautiful chandelier. I feel very blessed to be here.
