The staff have been great and friendly. It's really important to check out the community, and I'm really happy with our choice. The community has a menu each week for meal options. They have lots of activities for the residents to choose from, as well. I like that the staff will go and get the residents when it is time for activities or for meals.

Our family was quickly impressed with Independence Village. My grandmother lived there. She was accustomed to a busy lifestyle and fairly luxurious surroundings. The staff made her feel welcome, her home became comfortable and the dining room was one of her favorite places. We even celebrated family gatherings there. I would recommend and would choose it for our family again.

This has been a top notch experience for our loved one, she has given us no negative feedback about the place. The cleanliness of the community is exceptional and the staff members are all wonderful. She loves the meals there, and if there is something she does not like they will either modify it or give her something else, so she speaks favorably about the meals. The activities are pretty much opened back up these days, they have their bus trips and different things going on during the day. So safe to say the activities are back to life,

I was late to the appointment and they were able to get me in anyway. The sales representative answered all my questions and we were able to tour the independent facility and 2 apartments. The facility was clean and staff was very friendly.

Our family had an in person tour and StoryPoint is a beautiful facility, it was very very nice. However logistically and financially was just not going to work for our family.

Choosing StoryPoint was a great decision for us! When it became time to make the change to a Senior Community, we carefully visited numerous options, one of which we hoped would meet our needs and criteria. We chose StoryPoint because we believed it to be right for us - and it was! We were one of the first to choose StoryPoint and have come to know what a great decision it was - comfortable apartments geared to our needs, fine cuisine, and best of all, a caring, competent staff. It delightfully has become home to us.

Several family members visited and toured other assisted living facilities, and after visiting StoryPoint, all agreed they would best offer care for my particular needs. StoryPoint is a safe environment, and the staff is caring, kind, and available.

This community has a good variety of services and activities. Very creative in menu and activities.

Independence Village of Grand Ledge is so welcoming and friendly. The staff and residents are always smiling and happy. The facility has fun and meaningful activities for the residents, and the building's flowers look awesome!

IVGL is the type of environment where one would love to live - they have fun and varied activities and entertainment as well as special events. The environment is maintained very well and the food appears to be exceptional. The staff and residents all appear to be friendly and happy.

The staff at StoryPoint Waterville have gone over and above to care for my stepfather. Top notch, beautiful facility. Many thanks for all that you do!!!

I've been a resident for 2 1/2 years. Whatever services I've needed have been available at several levels. I enjoy the residents, staff, delicious meals, exercise classes, cards, etc.
