I liked StoryPoint Granger. It was just a little bit farther away from where I live than I wanted my loved one to be.

This was a beautiful community. The location wasn't where my loved one wanted to be.

Per all of my above ratings, I would suggest Stonegate to other families. I've had no problem with it, and I knew other people who had their parents there and had a positive experience as well. It's a nice facility and clean. They're cooperative and do everything they can do for your loved one. Quite a few of the workers are Christian people, and to me that's an advantage and adds value. It's just a nice place. And my mother is happy there. It's her second go at assisted living, simply because she only need assistance for a short time previously. But her being happy at Stonegate is a very positive thing.

I think they have done a wonderful job with my step father. The staff are really good with communication and always keep me well informed. They have a lot of activities provided for the residents. The facility has always been very clean whenever I have gone to visit. I would recommend StoryPoint Waterville to others looking.

I would recommend this community it is really nice. The staff are great and no problems at all.

The number one thing have appreciated about StoryPoint is when our loved one first moved in they had put him into memory care because he does have dementia, however they found that he was not at the level as everyone else they moved him into still a secured room but on the assisted living side which was ultimately much cheaper. We really appreciated that because it showed they have genuine care for the residents and are very attentive. Another thing that is huge is that if our loved one ever needs to go to the VA they will take him there themselves. They also take the residents out on different outings which is great. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Clean and uplifting atmosphere, many and varied activities available. I like it here! All staff are supportive and friendly. I will be recommending Independence Village!

StoryPoint Granger feels very family orientated and not like a typical nursing home. The memory care unit here is the nicest out of all the memory care units we saw in the surrounding area. We like our loved ones apartment - it is smaller but its a private room and it fits her needs. The activities seem to be fine. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

After all of my research and tracking this is absolutely the best place. Many other places that I looked into and the cost and what was offered they are independent but as soon as you need help you immediately become assisted living. Here at this community if you just need one thing they can price it for you a la cart instead of having to pay so much more for the one thing that you need. This makes a big difference for my loved one, the a la cart medical and physical assistance is excellent. The grounds are also amazing because many places are high rises and this community has walk paths and gardens, and the residents can go for a walk in a beautiful courtyard instead of just having a window to look out at a high rise. They planned the lay out very well of this community.

StoryPoint of Waterville provided a wonderful home atmosphere and excellent professional care to my uncle during his time there. I highly recommend StoryPoint if assisted living services are required for your loved one.

I have visited a few of the residents who resided at HH. I have also attended several events put on by HH. The LOVE AND DEDICATION for each and every resident is remarkably shown and sincere. Through my eyes one can clearly see THEY ARE A TIGHT CARING FAMILY. The activities the staff put on to entertain and involve the residents is clearly thoughtout and planned to keep all the residents happy. One can walk in the door and feel the love for all. The facility is very warm and welcoming.

When we had to consider our mom leaving her house, we had a pretty long list of requirements for her next home. We were prepared to look at several options, but StoryPoint hit every mark on the first visit. The facility is beautiful and well cared for, the food is fine dining, the care options are plentiful, the apartments are spacious and well equipped, the activities are well planned and executed, and most important of all, every person that works there is professional, kind, capable, and fun! A smiling staff goes a long way in helping older people make such a monumental life change, and they work hard to help with the transition by keeping her engaged and busy. Our mom has made a lot of cognitive and physical gains since being in such an active environment surrounded by positive people, while getting a little assistance to help her maintain some independence. From a family member perspective, the Story Point team could not have made it any easier for us as well! We are so grateful to have such a wonderful senior living option for our mom.

My children like it - like facetiming with family. We have lots of activities to get out of our rooms.

I toured the facility with my parents. The grounds crew was working on the lawn, and it looked great. The landscaping is professional, and the tulips were blooming. My folks loved the bright lighting in the facility. It makes the building cheery and not dreary. Westcourt did a great job of assessing my parent's needs and must-haves. The apartments shown were of ample size, and the views were scenic. We met very friendly residents and staff on our tour. Thank you, Westcourt, for helping my parents navigate the start of their next chapter.

Storypoint Pickerington is a wonderful place for your loved ones. They offer a homey atmosphere with an abundance of things to do. There is nothing more satisfying to see my loved one having fun and involved in activities.

Caregivers are very helpful and friendly. The environment is clean and bright. Residents are often engaged in activities.
