I was a vendor and I work at a hospital near by. Heritage Hill is a beautiful place and the very best home in the area. Everyone is very nice and helpful, the residents all talk about the sweet girls who care for them. Not to mention, [name removed] who plans all the activities and does the "fun" stuff!

I volunteer here with [names removed] for events. I help set up and tear down after. I have go to know workers and residents. Everyone is always nice and kind to me and everyone else. The clients are always happy and enjoy the events. I hope to work in a place like this once I graduate.

I am so happy I moved in. I am staying for a short time, while my family is on vacation. I will go home but I will be back this summer again! These girls are the nicest people and the food is good.

This is by far the best community/assisted living facility I have ever been to! The people/staff are so friendly and welcoming, it feels like home here. It is also very clean and pretty!

I interact with the staff on occasion as I come see my grandma several times a week. The staff is always very kind and attentive to the residents.

I have recently been introduced to Grace Haven Assisted Living as a visiting nurse. From my first visit, I have been impressed with the remarkable Care provided to the residents. The staff genuinely care and go above and beyond to make sure all needs are met. Personal care and meals are provided in a timely manner and the extra touch of personalized care to each resident is unique and incredible. Every day they have activities available to the residents to keep them engaged and to form relationships with other residents and caregivers. This type of relationship based care makes this facility shine. I would trust them to care for my family members. Thank you Grace Haven caregivers!!

Lakeview at Josey Ranch is a very nice facility and the staff were great and informative on the tour. I just felt that the size was too big for dad to handle, he would have been very overwhelmed.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a fabulous experience, they have everything you could hope for, however it was just to high in price.

The staff members at Boulder Creek are super friendly and really do bend over backwards for you. We really appreciate everyone's help and patience because at times our loved one can be difficult. Our loved one says she absolutely love bingo and says the meals and dining service is very good. We would recommend them to other families, but they could work on bettering their communication with families occasionally

We had a great tour with StoryPoint Fairfield. The facility is newer and very nice. Just in the short amount of time we spent there we could tell it was a good place. They had a lot of activities going on during our tour. Unfortunately there was a mix up so we were not able to move our loved one here.

It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. My mom is very happy there. Everybody is very friendly. Glen Eagle was just a great, great fit. The apartments are beautiful. We toured several places before we made the decision and are happy with our choice. The food was a little iffy for a while, but now that they have a new chef, it's perfect. She's vey happy, and we've very happy as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

This community is a little expensive but it is worth it.

I am a traveling hospice nurse and have been in this facility several times. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and they take excellent care of the patients.

Even though our loved one was not there long, we have nothing but positive things to say about Provision Living. We are so grateful o have found them and we only wish we would of sooner. They really put our loved one first, they treated him like family and not like just another residents coming to a community. They showed genuine concern for his level of comfort and care. Their communication with our family was wonderful we give them nothing but praises.

I cannot express what a wonderful experience Storypoint, Waterville was to my Grandmother. She was not happy about transitioning into a Senior Care Facility but within weeks she was having a blast and making new friends. She was often too busy to even take my phone calls because she was off to play cards or listen to music. She was well cared for and presented with endless options of activities, events and entertainment. The staff truly connected with her and she looked forward to seeing them every day! In a short time, it truly became a home for her not because of the building or the amenities but because she was truly cared for.

My dad has been treated so very well there. I couldn't ask for him to be treated any better. The nurses and aides are very good to him, and they are always very receptive to any issues we might be having, changes we might need made, or if he's having any sort of problem. They're always open about making changes. The building is always very nice. It feels very homey and is decorated nicely for the holidays. There's a little dog that comes in, and the patients love that. I think it's a very nice place.

River Ridge is a friendly community, they try to please our loved one and they work with him. he's made friends right away and that's partly the residents, but also the caregiver/aide that runs his hallway, she's wonderful. we're very happy and so is he. everything is all one floor and memory care is in the same building, but located in a different wing. where he came from, housekeeping and laundry was done a set day during the week, but from what he says about River Ridge, it is a bit different. it seems like they are constantly cleaning up and washing clothes for him, and if they notice something amiss they will not hesitate to take care of it immediately. if he needs additional laundry services, he does need to ask and we think that's good, we agree with that. I don't think there's a set day for laundry, it's kind of done on an as needed basis. the community provided him with a wearable emergency call button, but thankfully he's never had to use it, so we're unsure of the response time but we assume it'd be very good based off of how helpful they've been with him. communication is on an needed basis where they give us a call, but we are there frequently and we cross paths with staff who will help us with problems in person. we take our loved one out for lunch a couple times a week and often times he's ready to go back to the community before dinner. he feels at home and I would highly recommend them to others.

My parent recently returned to StoryPoint after giving another community a try in order to be close to a relative. Once settled into the other community, she realized how much she missed the StoryPoint Prospect family; the staff is warm and welcoming and they do not miss an opportunity to provide service with a smile. She feels at home again and appreciates even more all of the offerings of this conveniently located community.

We cannot not say enough Good about the Story Point in Prospect Kentucky The Administration and the Staff are excellent. The Facility is a perfect size, not too large and not too small. It is large enough to offer a variety of services and social events yet small enough that you have an attachment to the Staff and those living there at Story Point. Thanks to everyone who has made our experience so good
