We have been very well satisfied (husband & I) with the living so far, so good!

My husband and I toured this facility for my mother. We will be moving her in, in May. Thankful for this facility and the management.

I live out of state so it's critical to have my mother in a facility were I know the staff is professional and care about their residents. I visited my mother at Glen Abbey recently and was extremely pleased with the facility, the attention the staff paid to my mother and the other residents and the various activities they provide for the residents. Keep up the good work.

I never actually got to tour the facility, but the gal that I was speaking with over the phone was amazing. She was super bubbly and sweet and answered any questions that I had and gave a lot of great information over the phone. Unfortunately the location was about an hour away from me and I just did not feel comfortable being that far in case there were to be an emergency,

Our family had an in person tour and everything was great, all the people we met with were very friendly and the community was very clean but the location was just to far from us

The community is so clean! The laundry and food are excellent! There is always someone available to help you, the staff are superior. Can't say enough good things about the staff! They are better than you can dream of!

I want to HIGHLY recommend Storypoint Troy senior living community. There are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the independent living portion of this facility. Employees from the Director down are very friendly, caring, helpful, loving to all residents. Food is chef prepared to order and is very delicious from appetizers to dessert and residents get their choice of items on the menu and can even get anything else if the kitchen has it they will prepare it. Activities and menus are ALL resident driven. Activities director prepares some really fun activities, games like bingo and pokeno, crazy sock day, pj day, and so much more. Residents are ALL very loving, caring, friendly and makes a point to get to know new residents. Many new residents arrive and within 2-3 weeks they are participating in activities, bus trips, and more. Residents can get caregiving services as well as meals delivered to their room, laundry services, nursing services, etc.

We were handled well from the beginning. Everything was explained to us. The business department took care of the long term care, and we were able to focus on Mom being in a safe, comfortable situation. I thought it was a fair value for the cost.

This has been a wonderful experience for my loved one. My loved one is very satisfied here and wishes they would have moved here sooner. The staff communication with the family has been great, and they are receptive to the family's questions and concerns. They have a new chef for the community and the community provides three meals a day to the residents.

Management and staff continue to prove their value through all avenues of support.

Being by myself and facing major surgery, I moved into StoryPoint. Their services, personal care, and going above and beyond was one of the keys to my therapy, recovery, and "getting my life back". They took care of every aspect of my rehab, appointments, getting groceries, medicine, and personal care. I am leaving soon to return to my life of coaching and a healthy lifestyle. They took care of me at a most crucial time of need. My sincere and heartfelt appreciation goes out to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] - she cared about me, and left nothing undone. These people did all one could ask and much more. I am forever grateful and thankful to them and will always reflect back on my time at StoryPoint because of them. Glen Abbey is a 5 star community who is apparent in their intentions to not only partner with vendors but also their families to help complete the needs & wants of their residents. Senior living has evolved in many ways over the last several decades, but we all should strive to have open doors like Glen Abbey, great staffing who feel appreciated, and great food. The grounds are always impeccable, the rooms are spacious for all stages of life for their residents who do not have to trasition into other places at end of life. Bravo!

The medical staff loves my parents like family. The Director is always willing to listen and help me with I need guidance. I’m so grateful for SpringVale!

I toured HarborChase of Cordova and it was absolutely beautiful. It reminded me of a resort hotel; they had happy hour with a bar in the lobby. It all boiled down to price for our family. We ultimately chose another community because HarborChase was further away and cost a bit more.

It's a wonderful place to live in! Couldn't get any better.
