The life enrichment team is great. They provide so many activities to keep us busy. I really enjoy living here.

The staff is very friendly & attentive. They made my Mom feel welcome & at home as soon as she moved in. A physical problem my Mom had was handled calmly & compassionately. We will be moving my Mom from Assisted to Memory Care and the whole process is being handled very well with acclimating her to her new surroundings slowly. The Activities director works hard to find good things for seniors to do. The facility itself is lovely.

The facility is very well taken care of. Everything is really clean. The staf workers is super nice. Everyone is welcoming. Best community I have visited.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the quality of care that the staff provides. I cannot be there to care for my loved one constantly, but I know that the care will be the same or better than I could provide. The Glenn Abbey staff have become like family to us.

My mom is a current resident in Memory Care at Glen Abbey. Glen Abbey has been great. The Staff and Management are friendly, caring and helpful. I highly recommend Glen Abbey for senior care.

Our family had a virtual tour with this community and even though it was virtual they were very good about communicating over zoom. We really appreciated how accommodating they were and how flexible they were with our schedule to allow us to have a virtual tour

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice experience. We were able to speak with some of the residents there and they seemed to be super happy. It was our top choice, but it just turned out to be much larger then what we wanted and it was not the easiest to get to will all the traffic.

Let me be totally honest. I have never worked in an assisted living facility, so didn’t know what to expect from the staff. The Director, her staff, the memory care girls..omg!! They are all simply amazing x10!! You would seriously have to be present, to understand what true caring, customer service, politeness, nice, sweet, and understanding looks like! They care for your elderly love ones as if they are their own. I mean from painting grandmothers fingernails to showing them leg exercises to being there when they call. If you are looking for a caring assisted living and memory care facility then 1440 Glen Abbey of Canton, Michigan is who I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I find Boulder Creek to be a very kind and loving place. The caregivers are very accepting of family members. If you have a question, comment, or request, they're very accommodating. They are very open to suggestions and willing to work with families. I feel a great sense of security having my loved one there. I appreciate all their efforts in this weird time when it's hard to find help and good service. I just wish they had better activities.

We've been really happy with Holiday Pearl Crossing! The staff are very nice, approachable, and kind. If we have any concerns, they always get back to us.. The food is GREAT. My mom raves about it. They get 3 chef-cooked meals a day. Servers take your order, and there are several options at each meal, often more upscale dishes. I think they're a little understaffed - everyone is right now - but they're really working hard. The supervisors will be serving if they need to - they pitch right in. There are a lot of activities. On site they have a salon, a chapel, a little area to work out, a library, and an area where people can sit and watch TV together. They leave little snacks out at night if you get hungry - things like fruit, and there's a little refrigerator with desserts in it. They have a range of apartment options to choose from. Mom has a 1-bedroom with a little kitchenette, which has been nice. Someone comes in and cleans her apartment and changes her sheets, which she finds really helpful.

They are very open and caring for your loved one. Clean and beautiful to walk in and see. Good at understanding and helping figure out what your loved ones needs. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed].

Wonderful place to visit and a great place to have your loved one live. My father, [name removed], lives there and he's so happy with the staff, the food, is an overall great place to live. They have so much fun!

My wonderful wife lives 9 minutes away. We left apartments in Newton Valley 2 years & 7 months.

I've lived here all my life. There is no place like home and that's what I feel like here.
