I can do anything I want too especially walking outside. I enjoyed being able to take part in activities. Enjoyed going out to ear at various plans. If I want to go on trop it is available to me if not interest don't have to go something all day to and after dinner can work on puzzles.

It is a comfort to our family to know that our mother who is in her 90s has a safe place to be able to enjoy her Golden years. And to have the friendly staff be able to take care of any of her needs. And to have the beautiful facility that she is very comfortable in.

All of the staff has been very helpful and accommodating for all requests. That really is a strong suit for the facility. For all the places that were looked at, it was average for the larger units. A two bedroom was chosen for a bit more room. Hot water is warm at best, making showers very quick

I would rate each of these at a 5. We are very pleased with all aspects of Hathaway Hills! It's really clean and dad's apartment is very comfortable with a nice view and yard right out his sliding glass door. The staff is very thoughtful and patient, and has been very supportive of dad and our family. We appreciate the HH teams effort to get to know the resident and their family. Love that we're in a first name basis with many of them.

Our mother is so happy here and continues to flourish. We have entrusted her care to your fabulous staff. [removed name] and [removed name] are exemplary nurses that oversee all medication and provide tender loving attention, always! [removed name] keeps Mom’s apartment extremely clean. Maintenance is very attentive! The food is delicious and nutritious. The variety offered is a true find. Love the hot cocoa machine! [removed name]answers all questions we have as she oversees sign in and out at the reception desk. [removed name] communicates effectively, which is key to this process. [removed name] is calming and reassuring, as she was from our initial call, face to face meeting, the move in and beyond. [removed name] continues to be readily accessible to Mom and to our family. Mom has found new friends and with the wonderful [removed name], fully enjoys all the extra curricular activities planned. Her favorite is Bingo! We appreciate family inclusion and seasonal events. Storypoint provides a clean, safe, quiet and warm homelike environment. Thank you!
