My dad was at StoryPoint in Saline for the last 5 years due to Parkinson's Disease. [name removed] took over 3 years ago and the care became top notch! Perhaps even better when she hired [name removed] as her assistant. If either of them had left to go somewhere else, while my dad was there, I would have moved him to wherever they went! [names removed] were both available anytime of the day or night. I am not just saying this, they really would respond to a message at 3 am & did whatever was needed. It is a vocation for them, not a job! I tear up just thinking how lucky my dad & I were to have them and the wonderful group of caregivers they hired. It also takes a huge amount of insight & critical thinking to hire the best caregivers ever! [name removed] had this gift, and I believe [name removed] did too! StoryPoint Saline always has always had great activities as well, which kept my dad happy! [name removed], the director, is also intelligent, caring and insightful which is what every retirement home needs

I’m extremely pleased with the excellent care my Mom is receiving from Storypoint Saint Joseph. The entire staff is attentive, effective, timely, compassionate, and efficient in every aspect. The communication from staff to resident and family is transparent and honest. I have not noticed any judgment or bias. The building is kept very clean, and weekly deep cleaning of my Mom’s room as well as laundry could not be any better! This facility is wonderful and worth every penny spent. I've been a resident here for 4 years. My wife recently passed in [date removed] after a 13 year battle with Parkinson's disease. We cannot express enough appreciation for the wonderful support and friendship that was provided.

This is a large, well appointed community with a mixed population ranging from independent to assisted to memory care. Those who are able, or choose to, have many opportunities to engage in daily enrichment. I made this choice for my wife after a detailed search and facility visits within a certain traveling radius. I am happy with my choice.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and answered questions promptly. Facility is clean, bright and comfortable. Several choices of living styles and unit sizes. My mom is trying a temporary stay this winter. She has visited multiple times and feels safe and welcome. Fingers crossed it is a good fit.

From our first inquiry to our loved one being admitted-the process was smooth and the staff very attentive and caring! The follow up post admission has been wonderful also. I would highly recommend Danbury Senior Living - Outstanding facility!

Danbury is very clean and the staff is super responsive. The residents also seem quite satisfied with living here. The location in the rolling hills of Ohio Amish country is quite nice. Would recommend.

My experience with StoryPoint Pickerington has been outstanding. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making residents feel valued and cared for. They treat my mom with compassion, respect, and sincerity every single day, and that gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Their recent Thanksgiving event was especially meaningful—beautifully organized, welcoming, and full of warmth. It reflected the heart of the community they’ve built. I’m grateful for the excellent care, the friendly staff, and the supportive environment they provide.

StoryPoint Pickerington is such a wonderful facility. The Staff is so kind and caring. Residents make you feel comfortable and included. The facility is well-maintained. They supply help with giving residents medications as well as ordering them. Special events at the facility are enjoyed by all. You can trust them with your loved ones. Everyone is so friendly. Administrator, Receptionist, CNA’s, Maintenance Staff. Cafeteria Staff, Housekeeping, etc.

We've had a wonderful experience so far at Storypoint. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the residents and staff create a warm, friendly atmosphere. They know and greet mom by name. [name removed] is an outstanding manager who genuinely cares and [name removed] with New Residents, was instrumental from day one. She helped make our transition smooth and provided emotional support along the way. I love the apartment-style living spaces with personal balconies, which extend mom’s apartment outdoors. There are so many activities for her on and off the property-always something fun to do.

The staff at Story Point is very helpful, nice and caring. The apartment is perfect for a single elderly man. It's so nice to not have to worry about Dad falling or not fixing himself food. Having all dads needs met in Story Point is a relief for my brother and I.

My dad was there for two years. It was a great experience everyone was so nice care was great. I like that they did not separate people because your mind is better with communication. I highly recommend. I myself fell in love with some people there.

It all started with a phone conversation that led to an invite to tour the facility. The moment I pulled up, I knew that this would be the perfect place for my mom. I was greeted as if I was not only just a visitor, but family, even a celebrity. There was warmth, and the staff and residents were full of life. I was given full attention, detailed, full answers to my questions. The feeling I experienced was genuine. My mother has been a thriving resident who has made friends and found her independence again. The staff is always helpful. There is nothing they wouldn't do for their residents. Storypoint saved my mother's life in more ways than they know. And I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place where I can rest assured my mother is in good hands.

5 for all. They were awesome, friendly and attentive. Family style dinner, she got a choice. Co-mingling between memory care and regular residents for activities. 24 hour access to facility. Facility was clean and bright.

I love being here because I get waited on. They take care of me and look after me. The food is good, it suits me! It is always clean and really decent! The maintenance guy does a good job! I have no complaints!

I love living here! It's not real big, just the right size. I like how they make my bed and it's just perfect for me! My favorite activity is watching television and I like that I can watch television as a group between activities. Some people like some things and some people like others and we always find a middle ground.

StoryPoint is becoming my home. I feel secure and taken care of. Staffing condition are improving. There seems to be constantly changing.

Lots of activities--optional to partake in them. Not enough closet space or storage space for clothing. Many residents in good health who enjoy the activities. We would meet more people if we changed tables for dinner occasionally. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they will give us a ride to the grocery store and doctor. I also like that we can keep our car if we want to. I like their Holiday buffets and happy hours.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Room sizes are good with room for full size bed, two nightstands, big dresser, two stuffed chairs, and TV on stand. Most personal items are provided except depends and wipes. There are planned activities five days per week.

They were AWESOME. I would recommend to others.
