I was isolated due to mobility issues, now I am able to do all my activities. I can go to the casino, book club, visit with my friends, play cards. The staff and people who live here are so nice and great. I want to thank the the ED for keeping everything running smoothly. I moved into Independence Village of Waterford six weeks ago, and my family and I are very happy with the decision. The staff have been warm, friendly, approachable and helpful from the start, creating a caring and welcoming environment. I love my studio apartment and settled in quickly. I also appreciate the daily wellness check from reception and having a life call pendant for emergencies, which gives my family peace of mind. The food can be hit or miss, but when it's good, it's very good. The dining room is welcoming, and residents are always kind and happy to invite me to their table. Overall, I give Independence Village of Waterford 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.

We moved into StoryPoint in 2019. We were independent until just recently & now we are receiving services. The care + attention the team provides is amazing-they genuinely care. We love to see the culinary kids at night. They are a lot of fun & keep us young. I have some diet challenges but the food is great.
