A very good assisted living facility. The staff are most caring and attentive. The director is involved in daily activities with the residents. It is a newer facility and always very clean. Food is restaurant quality. The apartments are of good size and the bathroom with walk-in shower is easily accessible.

My mom is in assisted living. All staff is very nice to my mom. They assist her with anything she needs. The front desk personnel are also very new and helpful. My family feels very good about our mother being here. There is one thing I am concerned about. My mom doesn't always wake up in time for lunch. When this happens, she cannot get a meal. Sometimes they are able to make her a sandwich, but not always. It would be beneficial for the kitchen to be flexible when meds are provided since you have to feed the residents, you need to provide food outside of normal dining hours.

We chose Springvale because when I started looking I accidentally stumbled across them and after reading about them it impressed me and it was also very close to home. As soon as we went for a visit, we walked through the front door and immediately it felt like home. I have nothing negative at all to say about them, I would recommend them to anybody. My mom loves it here which makes us very happy. All of the staff have been amazing and they know the names of everyone as well as their cats. She has made so many friends and there is always something going on for the residents to do. Anyone who has gone to visit my mom has been impressed as well. We could not be happier.

An outstanding place for your loved one.
In memory care, my wife always has a nurse on duty. There are always aides available. And they are all most willing and seem genuinely concerned about my wife and express love for her. The one area I feel they could improve, especially for memory care, is they don't do enough when it comes to activities. But after speaking with them about it, they let me know that their intention is to improve on that at the start of this year.
