We are new to the Riley's Grove Community. We are very excited to be a part of this community. The leadership team has built a special place!

My mother has lived here for 5 and a half years and feels very loved by everyone. That is something that no amount of money can buy. I am very happy and well satisfied with her level of care. Staff turnover is, I'm sure a problem everywhere.

I have visited this facility for hospice services the last few years. I am always greeted with a smile. The staff are very caring.

We love this place. Staff is kind, respectful, and attentive. Food is plentiful and delicious. They even have a happy hour daily! (for those able.) Just like a real home. Plenty of activities and exercise too.

I am a physical therapist that serves the StoryPoint community. As an outside provider, I have always been treated as one of the team. Powell North has become my family over the last 2.5 years! The staff are caring, kind, and go above and beyond to make every day special for the residents. Each resident is treated with dignity and respect; individual needs are always cared for. Daily, the residents are filled with multiple activity choices that are tailored to their likings in turn provide meaning and quality of life. I highly recommend visiting StoryPoint Powell North as you won't leave disappointed!

I started my journey for my sister, one year before she became a resident. Compared other facilities and Story Point was top of the list. What made this facility different than the others we visited, is the staff. We met over the 12 months,on three different occasions and each time you were able to see the caring and professionalism of the staff from daily maintenance/nursing/food prep/middle and upper management. Once we received the call of an opening for my sister, we knew the high standard of care would help my sister to improve her current medical condition due to the personal attention. I knew that the residence are truly #1 at StoryPoint. The daily and weekly/monthly activities that they make sure the residence are involved shows the true commitment of caring and love for the residences.

Director [name removed] has assembled a first-class team that has become more than just a facility staff to me and my family. I can offer no greater compliment to [name removed] and her team than that I trust my mother to their care. They have created a true community at StoryPoint Powell North.

I just toured the facility with my mom, it was a beautiful set-up. While we were there the residents were doing Christmas activities and were having a great time. All the staff was very friendly and I look forward for my mom to move-in in the future.

My experience at StoryPoint was wonderful. I needed to understand all aspects of the facility because this is all new to me. . The Specialist I spoke to was warm, friendly and made me feel at ease. She was very informed and answered all my questions thoroughly. She offered me a tour which I really enjoyed. StoryPoint was clean, bright and very comfortable. The people we encountered weee happy and friendly. StoryPoint made a great impression on me. I would recommend to anyone.

StoryPoint Saline has always been and continues to be a true blessing to my sister and me! She is happy, active , and always treated with respect and love by every staff member! This provides me with peace of mind that she is receiving the best care! I can depend on the building being clean, that her laundry is done weekly, and that the wellness staff takes care of her medications! The complete staff of SP works as a team and always welcome me and answer any questions I may have. We consider them our extended family!! The programs are outstanding! They are creative, and so much fun due to the staff's enthusiasm in presenting them and their participation! I love that they post them on facebook ; and I can keep up with them when I am not in town! The food is nutritious, varied, and delicious with outstanding presentation! There are special events for families to join their loved ones! The whole community is truly one big family! I always highly recommend SP Saline! The BEST!

The team at StoryPoint Powell North are unmatched. The Executive Director and Wellness Director go above and beyond to care for the residents and families they serve at the community. Not to mention the Activities staff that do a fantastic job putting on events.
