The community is very clean, the staff members and their care services are excellent. The meals are very very good, and even though our loved one doesn't really take advantage of the activities, they have a ton to offer. We can see everything on the weekly schedules. Our experience has been great. There are so many residents and the staff know everybody by name. There are always activities going on for people to participate in and they also bring in entertainment, they have a lot of variety in what they do. The food is excellent, they have a brunch every 3rd Sunday of the month and you can invite family or friends. We have been very pleased.

Lakeview terrace worth checking out
Do whatever you can to get your parents in here. This community is amazing, and I feel like they saved my fathers life. They took the extra steps and found out my father was taken off a med that was actually needed and they caught that something was wrong with my loved one.

New England Club community is just a beautiful community, and the staff members are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond their daily duties like helping serve the meals and help with house keeping since so many places are struggling with staffing. They are so friendly, professional and show genuine care. Also there are a ton of activities, we can never find our loved one when we call because she is always gone doing something!

I like the building; it is so beautiful and well decorated. I like the short hallways; it is easy to get around and signs are posted to help. The activities are fun and well led. Lots of things to do outside of your room. Aides consistently check for wellbeing and provide care in a kind, understanding, compassionate, and skilled manor.

My mother is very happy here. They have activities like cards, afternoon snacks, music, the casino, other day trips around the community and more for the residents to do. My loved one does not participate in all things but for the majority she does and she likes it.

I have lived in this community over 4 years and of three I visited with my daughter, their facility was the most pleasing to me. Décor outstanding, room light and pleasant. Like new appliances and a beautiful dining room for all residents to enjoy. Many activities, including a theater, library and beauty shop 2 days / week.
