The community would have been a good choice. The final decision hinged on the fact that my loved one had lived their whole life in the Millersburg area, and that is where there wanted to stay.

Quiet rural environment, very cooperative and helpful staff.

This community is more active. The others had a much quieter library like feel like residents weren't to be seen other than mealtimes. Also only pace to have an "Enhanced living" niche between independent and Assisted Living. Best match for what we thought my dad's needs were. I would recommend. It's certainly worth looking at. Was the only one we looked at that had independent, EL, AL, and memory care accessible in same building.

We have had a great experience at StoryPoint Powell South. Very friendly people - easy to work with - and quick and thorough when answering questions.

CedarStone is a great place for a loved one. The staff are very caring. They make my family and friends feel very welcomed. And the food is great too!

The staff at Sunrise of Gahanna is fantastic! Even the management participates in the activities and they are always available for help and assistance. The policy of having a resident dog and cat is great and it makes the residents feel like they are living at home. The arrangements of the rooms and lounges also makes one feel like a home instead of a hospital or hotel. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and well maintained facility . The food is sometimes served Luke warm or even cold/ undercooked. Portions could be bigger. More choices would be nice. Serving a hot dog for dinner is not the best nutritional choice,

StoryPoint is the best place to spend your golden years. They have great staff. Very clean, you have housekeeping, a chef that prepares tasty meals, beautiful decor, you don't even have to hang a picture, or go to the doctor in bad weather. Drug Mart is close by and StoryPoint provides transportation. They come to you. Plenty of entertainment! You have everything you would want to enjoy your golden years at StoryPoint. A satisfied tennent.

My mother is currently a resident at Everlan of Johnson City. Everything has been great for her at this facility! The staff is great. The food is good. The cleanliness and friendliness are great, as well as the care services. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My sister and I took today off work to tour a couple senior places for our mom when her time comes. We had 4 visits scheduled with other facilities in the area and we didn’t feel they would ever be up to our mother’s standards. She is a Spanish woman who is very spunky, talkative and active. On our way home we noticed StoryPoint and decided to pop in. We were greeted with a smile by the reception gal who quickly had a sales professional ready to speak with us. As we began walking through the building we noticed a group of about 15 residents completely engaged in a game. They were laughing and reminiscing on the topics. We continued on with our tour and we’re extremely impressed by the cleanliness and modern feel. You could smell dinner cooking too!. One of our fears of mom going into a senior facility was with her being so active, we couldn’t have her to somewhere where she couldn’t interact with others. This place isn’t the case. It’s the hardest decision to make…picking a place for parents to go when they can no longer stay at home. I sure hit the jackpot with Maple Lake!! The staff are great! They care for and love both of my parents and I know they are very well taken care of! Both of my parents are thriving there! The place is beautiful also…inside and out and they have lots of activities! I highly recommend Maple Lake Assisted Living for your loved ones!

We toured with StoryPoint Chesterfield and it was a really nice tour experience, everyone we met with was friendly. The facility itself was just too large for my loved one and there was a lot going on. The tour was organized so well though and A Place for Mom made the whole process so easy on us!

We are very pleased with Crestwood Village. Mom seems to be enjoying the great care by the kind and attentive staff there as well as the activities and field trips. Communication from everyone is very prompt and thorough, and needs are met as they arise. It is a comfort to know that she is in a positive environment with caring people.

The staff is awesome at Maple Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care! Small town employees with a 'nothing is too much to ask' attitude. The house keeping is outstanding. Communication with the family is wonderful. My Dad is a very picky eater. Breakfast is awesome. The rest is acceptable I toured 8 facilities and this one is far far above the rest in every way!! I would recommend this facility to others.

This place is awesome!! My dad loves it here, and I don't know what we would do without them. Dad is very happy with the food and loves the variety they offer. They also offer tons of opportunities for activities. He has been involved in Bible studies, exercise classes, and art projects, but there are several other options in addition to that!! They are always having fun holiday parties and celebrations as shown in the images of my dad I have shared. This past year, my dad was in the hospital over his birthday. One of the super awesome staff at Lincoln Square reached out to me to ask if they could send him well wishes somehow. The very next morning they had collected more than 40 birthday cards with notes and well wishes from all the residents and staff for me to bring to Dad in the hospital on his birthday. They made him feel so incredibly loved, and he has made some amazing friendships at Lincoln Square!!! The staff and other residents have become an extension of our family.

My husband’s career transferred us to Columbus, Ohio in July 2017. I am an only child and was just getting to a stressful season with my widowed 80 year old Mom. She began to called us often for tasks and concerns about her house and property. When I found Story Point(then Sycamore Retreat) I knew this would be our answer with our transition to Ohio. Mom is so much more happier, mentally healthier and has so much fun. She has her independence but, she also has security. I really believe placing her at SP actually extended her health and life. I am so thankful for the amazing staff and all of Mom’s new friends who are family!!
