It’s a quality facility with incredibly caring staff. You can always find a staff member when you’re in need. Staff is always willing to divert their paths to assist any resident. All around a loving family between the staff and residents!

I toured StoryPoint Chesterton and it was a great facility! The atmosphere of the place was nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were great, also. However, the facility was too expensive.

I absolutely adore the kindness of the managers and staff at Cascade Trails. Their warm greetings and genuine concern never fail to make me feel welcomed. I have never met a resident that isn't smiling or happy!

I toured this facility and I LOVED it! When I arrived, there was a sign that said "Welcome Family of [name removed]. A nice personal touch! The receptionist even sat with me and discussed how difficult the decision must be. I had a hard time not choosing them, but took into consideration the rest of the family and the convenience of visiting. I'm serious when I say I LOVED this facility!

We toured Crestwood Village and it was a very nice facility! Everything was great. However, we ended up choosing a different facility because we were looking for a facility that had nurses on staff.

They are friendly, helpful staff. If anything needs fixing in the apartment, it gets looked at right pretty quick. Most of the residents are friendly and are happy there. It's a nice location. I would recommend to other families.

StoryPoint is a wonderful place. Everyone, Staff and residents are the best. I'm just really happy that [name removed] is here. Everything about it is wonderful. They are absolutely, taking good care of my loved one.

[name removed] invited me to have lunch with her one Tuesday. It was a very good noon meal with pleasant people and surroundings. She then showed me some of the places where they have special activities. We also toured a few of the residents apartments which was very interesting, especially since I knew some of the residents. [name removed] was a very gracious hostess and she explained things well. I understand why I hear so many good comments about her and about Independence Village. Thanks for inviting me.

They kept the community up nice, and the staff is nice but most of the residents seem to stay in there rooms. Story Point did not have anyone evaluate my loved one.

The staff members are well-trained and experienced in providing high-quality care and support to seniors. They are available around the clock to ensure that residents receive the attention and assistance they need, whenever they need it. Their compassionate and patient approach helps create a warm and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging and security for all residents.

Briarwood was a lot better. Mom looked better than she had in years while at Briarwood .They really did a nice job keeping the room clean. Mom was hit with Dementia very hard the last 6-8 weeks of her life and she was miserable. They did what they could to help her. I think all assisted living facilities are way over priced.

Independence Village of South Fishers has become family! They take wonderful care of our sister who is a Memory Care resident. They treat her like family! I can't say enough good things about this facility!

We moved our loved one into StoryPoint Fairfield and it has been a great experience. They have great staff, with a beautiful environment The staff take great care of my mom! For example - when she asked for a glass of wine, they now get her a glass of wine with dinner. The reason we gave the value for cost a 1 star is because it is terrible expensive. However we obviously are willing to pay for it, but don't know if we can afford it after a year or two. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend StoryPoint Fairfield to other families.

It's a wonderful place! The care is great. Activities aren't as many as I'd hoped and the food is average. Nothing negative. They have a nice living area and dining area. There is a hair salon. They offer; Bingo 2 times a week and happy hour at 4:00 everyday. Occasional buffet dinners, and holiday celebrations. I would recommend to others, and we have already.

This was a very good tour and an acceptable tour. We found StoryPoint was more expensive, perhaps worth the money for someone in good physical and fiscal health, but more that my mom needed. Overall, it was not right for our needs.

The Manor is such a peaceful home. . . The beautiful landscaping and five acres of a sublime, shade filled yard is a dream come true! Lovely environs, and enjoyable companionship.

Storypoint Chesterfield is an amazing place. We were looking for place for my mom and we wanted to be home for her with the needs that she needs. Ashley made our experience so amazing. My mom was treated so wonderful! Ashley helped us with anything that we need. [name removed] and her team worked effectively to make my moms stay an amazing time.

My father lived here for a little over a year until his circumstances changed! He loved it and so did I !! The staff was so friendly and genuine, the remodeled facility is beautiful and warm. The food, excellent all meals. And the best part for us....the competitive all inclusive pricing! Highly recommend!!

Independence Village is a wonderful place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. It fabulous to see all the activities they have for all the residents. Seeing the smiles on all their faces and have so much fun with everything they do. Such a great environment! Could not ask for a better staff!

They have very helpful staff, the facility is always very clean and they do an excellent job if you need extra help. When comparing other facilities, against this one I still give a 5 out of 5. In my opinion the cost seems to be a little high but isn't everything these days.
