Independence Village is a wonderful community to live in. I am in my own apartment with a good support system. We have a very kind, friendly staff and an Executive Director who is willing to listen and address issues.

Love the front desk personnel, so friendly and accommodating. Certain caregivers really care about my mom. They take such good care of her.

I can't begin to tell you how much my life has changed since moving to StoryPoint. I now feel safe in this amazing community. It is clean, the people are friendly and there is so much to do. I also love the library where I spend a lot of time. StoryPoint is the best and I call it home.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at StoryPoint. I've made amazing friendships. My old place was not clean like StoryPoint. Here, it is amazing. The staff are so helpful and kind, they are like family. Five stars to StoryPoint.

My first visit to see my father's new, and likely his last home, I was greeted with the same enthusiasm, humor and respect as every staff member shows to the residents. The residents and staff are the kindest ever. Living 400 miles away, it gives me peace of mind that my father is so welcomed and well taken care of at StoryPoint Collierville. I am not leaving for home today with anything but a feeling that my father will thrive here, physically and mentally. And I wish I could thank each and everyone personally.

I love Lincoln Square. They treated my Mom and I like family. They always took extra time to talk to us and to check on my Mom and make sure she was doing well. My Mom loved the food, the activities and the community! We will both miss it, my Mom has had to transition to a memory care facility otherwise we would still be there.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness, organization, friendly/knowledgeable staff and the overall happiness of the residents. We are on their waitlist…very excited to join Independence Village!

This was a hard decision - made easier through the kind attention of the staff at Everlan. My Mother was living alone in her home and the time had come for us to choose a place for her to be safe, happy and available to enjoy her days. Everlan is that place. After touring numerous facilities, and a lot of due diligence - the decision was not only clear - but we all were looking forward to her move-in day! The staff at Everlan have been outstanding in every detail as well as understanding, kind and ever so helpful with each step of the transition. We are so happy to have found Mom's new home.

The facilities and staff are excellent. Any problems that did arise in our situation were dealt with in a timely manner. Our family member was treated with respect. The activities were geared to the resident's ability.

Mom lived independently in Florida for 20 years until her eyesight failed, and a fall required hospitalization. Coming back to live in Grove City around family seemed to be the best choice. At StoryPoint, she lived independently, made great friends and was close to family- a perfect situation given her age and abilities. The staff at StoryPoint was the reason this choice worked so well for my mom! They are fantastic! From the directors and coordinators to the aides, therapists, custodians, housekeepers and volunteers…everyone goes above and beyond what they need to do! The StoryPoint staff is extremely creative and love to promote resident interaction with outings, parties, costumes, fun-filled activities, great food and desserts! Mom always looked forward to the weekly Bingo events along with all the card games and creative art classes! Thanks to StoryPoint in Grove City, Mom was able to enjoy all of her last years actively, happily and safely!!!

Bayfield stands out above the other Assisted Livings I toured. They are clean, the staff is so friendly and attentive, and the environment is very inviting. Caregivers had genuine connections with the residents, there were fun activities going on, and the kitchen was cooking what smelled like an amazing dinner! I can’t wait until it is time to move my loved ones in.
