[name removed] and I have been here since November. We are very happy here…our apartment is spacious, the gals that clean are so friendly. everyone here is very friendly and helpful.. I enjoy water exercise… we both enjoy Bingo, LRC, euchre. Dinners are mostly delicious, but once in awhile left something to be desired .we are recommending Story Point to our friends.

We moved my mom into memory care a few months and have noticed an improvement in her overall health and well being. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They never leave her in her room and encourage residents to participate in activities. Danbury is clean and well maintained. The move in process was simple

Right from the time I first visited to now over two months later, Devonshire has exceeded my expectations. From the office staff to the caregivers, the friendliness and caring has been terrific. [name removed] , the Executive Director, takes the time to listen to my concerns about my mom and her experience there. I don’t know how long my mom will be there, but I can’t imagine any place I would want her to be.

Bayfield fit the needs of my family perfectly - currently my father is able to live more independently but if/when that changes he can stay in place and receive the appropriate level of care. My father is able to enjoy his retirement without stressing about cooking, cleaning, doing his laundry - all of those things he didn’t have to do until my mother was no longer able. The staff is top notch - all of them caring professionals. I could not be more confident and relieved that my father has a supportive and comfortable place to live.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facility always, also no bad smells.

Staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. Food choices are good. Good activities for residents. Apartments are open and good sizes and they do light cleaning weekly.

I am new resident as of [date removed]. So far I am pleased with overall experience. Most of all I am so glad I could bring my fur baby Daisy to live with here. She and I both are making new friends. Storypoint experience so far is all I prayed it would be.

The friendly staff here is available to help with my needs. The maintenance crew takes care of problems in a timely time. At my initial visit. I found everything I needed here and know this was where I wanted to live. When temperatures dropped to 1 degree I did not have to worry about frozen popes - further proof that I belong here!

Story Point is my home. It is a great place to live. I have lived here seventeen months. I feel the greatest thing about being here is this genuine love. Everyone from our executive director, down to the last employee genuinely cause. The staff is like family. I feel special here.

One of the best Retirement homes I have been in. The people are very friendly. It is always very clean all the time. Dining is great.

I am blown away every single time I have contact with any employee at Storeybrook! They have made every accommodation to help my mom any time my family has asked. They show genuine concern for her wellbeing. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

or Candlestone, I rate all seven categories as 5s. We have been extremely happy having my aunt at Candlestone. I feel that her care is excellent for the price that we are paying. I would recommend to others

This place is amazing, very caring staff, management is present and helpful, very large apartments, beautiful courtyards. They have a raised garden in the back and everyone loves it! The food is good and the dessert are yummy! Your even allowed to bring your animals. Highly recommend this place.

5 on all of them! The place is great and takes care of my dad above and beyond. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Fun, vibrant, safe and clean. The staff treat your parent/family member with respect and kindness. Not a cold sterile old folks home. A place they can still be adults and not just another number.

The team at Storypoint is terrific, from the minute we met them they made our loved ones feel at home and part of the family. The staff is caring and focused on making sure residents are cares for and their needs are met. The daily activities, food and overall atmosphere is uplifting and supportive. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

We were thrilled with the attention and care our loved one received at SP. the staff and administrators were kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Everyone knew the residents names and had a personal connection with the residents. We hope to never need these services for other family members but if we did StoryPoint would be our first choice.

I love the food, workers are friendly. The building is not square, I don't feel institutionalized. I love the birds.
