I have been very happy here!

The experience has been great. We picked this community because it was friendly, clean, and they had an apartment type room instead of a hospital room look to it.

The problem we had was getting medications correctly, there has been some change in staff and this problem has been taken care of. Overall I would give each category a 5. My dad especially enjoys the dinning experience. A well maintained facility, friendly, conscientious staff. The ambassador resident program was very helpful to my dad getting acclimated to how everything worked.

My loved one was a resident at StoryPoint Libertyville and overall things were great for him at this facility. They have excellent, friendly staff and a great Chef. The move in was great and they have a good relationship with a furniture rental company. The cleanliness of the facility was great. The value for cost was good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They were very friendly and had a lot of staff engaged with the residents. They seemed personally invested in the welfare of their charges and worked hard to keep them busy. I have already recommended this community..

My brother is currently a resident at Dominion Senior Living of Johnson City. The staff at this facility are uniformly kind and nice and good-humored. They treat my brother with loving kindness. His room is clean and his laundry is done twice a week. He says he is happy there and that makes me happy. We toured 3 other facilities during our search. All of them were very good, but Dominion was head and shoulders above the rest.

The tour experience with Grand Village was great! They did not take my loved ones level of care though. They knew they would not be able to care for her even without meeting her, so it was off the table.

The staff is wonderful and the facility itself is impeccable. I’ve visited numerous times and would not second guess placing a loved one in their care. Quality of care is great, facilities and grounds are beautiful, and staff is knowledgeable and attentive

The kind of compassion that you get here is what makes it feel like family. We decided to put my Aunt here after we were looking at options for months, and we all wish we would have done it sooner! She is so happy and healthy. The moment you walk in the door, the receptionist is so sweet and friendly. The sales marketer is very helpful and nice. Later, you’ll meet the executive director and nurse director, they are both so quick to jump in and help wherever it’s needed. Never had one trouble with a caregiver or a nurse, as they are just as willing to help as management is. I’ve worked in this industry for awhile and have been to many facilities, and nothing compares to StoryPoint. Oh, and the activities are plentiful, food is great, and it is CLEAN.

Highly recommend. The staff and residents are all wonderful. Staff is caring and helpful.We're very happy with the care our mom is receiving! We would highly recommend Crestwood. We picked this community, because of the availability and we knew it was very nice.

It has been a good experience. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Although their jobs are difficult, they remain patient and caring on all shifts.

I have enjoyed living at StoryPoint. recently, my wife passed away and I received support and love from everyone. This is my home now, it is a special place.

We recently made an internal move to receive more services. This was the best decision ever. Life is so much easier. Our new apartment is perfect, we are so happy we picked StoryPoint.

I have lived here for many years, I absolutely LOVE my private apartment. Our building is clean, drumming class is so much fun and everyone is so kind.

I love calling SP my home. My wife lives in memory care and the staff is incredible. Great service, so happy.

I have lived in assisted living and independent living, and received support in both. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have made a lot of new friends at Story Point Rockford. The life enrichment girls are awesome.

Its a good place to live, the food is good, the staff is all great.

It is great here and I recommend! Its really good meals! There are lots of activities here.

Staff is responsive and very accommodating . The food is fine, but just not 5 star. They could use more variety of the in house activities provided to the residents. I would recommend Lakeview at Josey Ranch to others looking for independent living.

My experience has been excellent. Everybody is very friendly and we live very peaceful life. We have nice exercise classes every day and keep us busy with things to do.
