The staff at StoryPoint goes above and beyond to create a safe, active, loving, and positive environment. My grandma especially loved the activities. Every day she was kept busy with activities ranging from Bingo, to exercise, to cards, and a variety of crafts. She never became bored, because the staff always found ways to keep things new and fresh. As a result of the activities she was able to quickly create new friendships with residents and with staff. When my grandma needed extra care, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, making things easier for not just my grandma, but our entire family. The bond my grandma had with the team of people who make StoryPoint run was very special. She was loved by them and loved them in return. They became a second family to all of us, and we are forever grateful to them for my Grandma's time at StoryPoint so filled with love and fun.

Lincoln Square 's staff have been helpful and friendly Shannon the manager was very easy to work with, my dad's. The one who eats the meals I think there have been some things he hasn't liked, but for the most part, he seems content. he does complain that the dining room is too cold, and he always has to wear a coat, I believe Lincoln Square gives a lot of value for the older adults that are there they give them choices in their meals, give them light housekeeping, give them activities that they can participate in. My dad tells me he's made friends. This is what I'm most happiest about because he was living by himself, and I think he was lonely.

Woodlawn Meadows has kind, loving, supportive, understanding staff!! I have dropped in MANY times since Mom's been there. ALL different times of day and as late as 8:30pm. I have never seen a mess or an odd smell. Extremely caring, with a family feeling. It feels as if the caregivers want to be there caring for the residents. Even when there's been a snafu, the people in charge have worked tirelessly to get it solved as quickly as possible. They have also taken responsibility when something has fallen through the cracks. Trust is important and I have it for Woodlawn. They JUST got in a new chef; which is good!!! But my rating is based on the past food experience. I have zero experience w/this new chef. So I don't feel this could be a fair representation of current food options. The staff is always encouraging residents to participate. There's consistent activity options. I can not over state the relief of knowing my mom is safe and well cared for. Even when she's difficult she is treated w/kindness and empathy. I have also seen other residence needing extra attention and it is always given in a reasonable response time.

My loved one is currently a resident at Maple Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care. This facility is truly a caring place for your loved one. The staff is great, but the night cook needs customer service training. I would rate her at a 1. The food is good, but I hear a lot that well you can't have that because we have run out or I didn't have time to make that. The cleanliness, friendliness and activities are great. The value for cost is good. I would recommend Maple Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care to family and friends.

The aides, housekeeping, and nursing staff at StoryPoint Fort Wayne West are all very caring and friendly. They quickly learned my loved one's name and are nice to my loved one. There is a definite lack of communication between the nursing staff and the therapist. The meals on the Assisted Living side are ordered, plated, and served. On the Memory Care side, the staff comes around with trays of what appears to be the leftovers from the Assisted Living side. They offer it to the residents in a very confusing order, and there isn't enough of each item for everyone. Quite often, they run out of something before they get to my loved one. My loved one is then left with no choices. My loved one also tends to have one (at most) two items on her plate at a time. Never does she have a dinner plate with a meal on it. It's bits and pieces and scraps of food at a time. Compared to many that we toured, I would recommend Storypoint Fort Wayne West. However, the Assisted Living side functions far better than the Memory Care side.

What we like the most about the Independence Village of Zionsville West is the fact that everyone is so friendly to our loved one, and we like the different activity offerings. They have different things like movies, games, group socialization, outings, shopping trips and church services. We would recommend Independence Village to other families looking for a place for their loved one.

My experience is one of caring staff, well rounded activities to meet residents needs. Food id fresh and meeting residents needs and wants. Cleanliness is good. Home like surroundings.

People here ask my opinion and try to make my stay here enjoyable and personal. Most always call me by my name ( not hey, or hey you)

Both of my parents reside in the Memory Care wing at Glen Abbey. The care staff is attentive, patient and kind. The Director is very approachable and always makes time to answer any questions we may have.

My loved one is currently a resident at StoryPoint Fairfield and overall her experience at this facility has been great, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. The facility is pricey, so I rated that a little bit lower. This facility is great! I would recommend StoryPoint Fairfield to family and friends.

Mount Vernon Danbury is a wonderful place if you no longer can be in your home safely as in my case. The community is clean, they prepare great food, the staff is caring and helpful. The price is comparable to others in Mt Vernon. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

From the day my brother entered River Ridge, he (and I) were treated like family. The staff gave 110% to make sure I was informed and kept up to date on his care. They also worked to manage his day to day health and well being along with customizing solutions to keep him thriving. And yes, they aren't perfect, but let me tell you, it isn't often when you see a management team that rolls up their sleeves to do what is in the best interest of the patient and family. I have found everyone there to be positive and always open to ideas to improve the partnership between family and staff. I would highly recommend River Ridge to anyone seeking care for a loved one.

I just turned 102 and am grateful. I've been able to call Meadow Lane my home. My girls treat me good and I love the food.

I feel safe and I can always get help when I need it. Everyday is nice.

Our family had an in person tour with HarborChase of Cordova and it was a great tour experience but too expensive. Like a facility with independent living people their too. They are good advocates for the needs of all in any facility.

The staff members at Maple Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care are Caring, Knowledgeable, and personable. Of course I would recommend this facility to others looking.

My mom went into Ludington woods and died shortly afterwards. She didn't participate in any dining or activities. She had Covid so even if the food was good she could not taste and only complained. Probably her and not the food. Based on the experience we had with this community we would recommend them to other families.

Our Executive Director is a great addition to our community. I love it here. This is my second family.

I found this place to be very pleasant. The staff were very kind, helpful and supportive. I met a lot of very nice residents.
