Looking for a place for my/our mother. Hard to do with 8 siblings. But not the story after visiting Story Point In Portage, MI. We couldn’t even make up anything negative. Clean, professional, and all smiles! The lunch was so good, and the rooms we saw were perfect.

We really appreciate that the director is very accessible, if you have any questions or concerns you can bring them to her attention and she will always listen and comes up with solutions in a timely manner. We do really like the staff, no place is perfect but the experience we have had so far is so far so good. We would recommend StoryPoint Romeoville to other families

As a VNA partner, we have developed a great collaboration in care for the residents of Southwick Village. We have established continuity, communication and great teamwork to get residents to their highest functional level of independence, reducing falls and injury. The team at Southwick Village is knowledgeable about the needs of their residents, compassionate, caring and attentive. Highly recommend this community!

Friendly, outstanding staff. Picturesque New England setting, close to lots of services and shopping. The cottages offer a wonderful way to maintain your independence and privacy, while you still get the benefits of being part of an active adult community.

Above and beyond ! Called me last night because Mom has a stye in her left eye and they’re treating it….”thought you’d want to know” was the comment. Not sure you could come up with enough superlatives to describe the staff and the care given. Staff will call my cell when Depends, clothing or ANYTHING is needed. Staff has called when they suspected that Mom was headed toward a urinary tract infection…btw they were correct. When she was sick, they called so quickly I beat the ambulance to the hospital ! Coordinated several times with Care Tenders when physical therapy was needed. Can you say invaluable !?!? None of these examples are unusual, this is the level of care & piece of mind you & your loved one will experience @ Southwick Village ! If you don’t believe me stop in, spend some time there, eat a meal, meet the staff & walk the grounds. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the grounds are spectacular !

From the moment my mom and I entered, we were greeted with staff members with such professionalism and compassion. We both are very impressed with the cleanliness and ease of maneuverability throughout my mom's new home. She honestly feels like she is on a vacation (without the palm ??) Her smile and comfort gives me the peace of mind that allows me to sleep at night knowing that she is in great hands. Thank you Southwick villages for caring

My MIL, age 99 is a resident, she receives personalized, attentive care every day, from a staff that truly cares about her health and well being. The staff at Southwick Village goes above and beyond keeping our family informed of her health and needs. They are a truly a dedicated staff!

My loved one seems to like the food. The whole overall experience has been good. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I have observed happy and pleasant residents, who reflect contentment and are happy to call this place their home. Staffing is consistently kind, considerate, and have a caring way in all they do, in excellence.

I really enjoy the art, trivia, and book club activities. Housekeeping is really good, as well.

I moved to the community 12 1/2 years ago. It has been home to me and I have enjoyed living here.

My experience has been really positive. Any person that lives here will be at peace.

My sisters and I were trying to figure out the best place for our mom. She’s a fall risk and unable to live alone. We were so overwhelmed by this news and didn’t know where/how to start the assisted living process. A was so informative and friendly we felt at ease immediately! She made sure to answer all of our questions and was super sweet. Chef A prepared us some delicious cookies too. Very impressed with Parkside and mom will be moving there soon. Thanks

Both our parents are residents at Riley’s Grove. The staff is very compassionate and caring, they treat our parents like their own family. Management and staff go over and beyond in their care of their residents. Staff keeps line of communication open with all family members regarding care of our parents. We truly appreciate all they do at Riley’s Grove for their residents and we are grateful for its employees

My grandparents loved Parkside Court. They loved the environment and the many amenities. The staff there, including but not limited to, [name removed] and [name removed], are very welcoming and do such a wonderful job making residents feel comfortable . While I miss my grandparents, I’m so happy they spent many of their last days within the Parkside Court community.

My loved ones have lived here since [date removed]. It's not an easy decision, but it was the best decision. The staff is the best and it's quite the peace of mind for me and my family.

I am well pleased with my families selection of this residence. The services are above expectation. The community is well planned and convenient.

I've enjoyed living at Riley's Grove, because of this community being a very God fearing place. [Named removed] is the greatest and they have the best Christian leaders we could have!

Excellent meals, but could count down the amount of food on each plate. Busy. Busy. Many options. Exercise, bingo, various activities each day. Bus trips offered monthly. Laundry service two times a week. Very satisfied. Husband passed unexpected - lots of support during grieving.
