A warm and happy place
I worked in senior healthcare and was frequently in this building as my company saw many patients here. It was always a good day when I got to go to StoryPoint. The community was vibrant with activities and the residents seem really happy. The staff is friendly and very helpful to their residents and visitors of the community. I even got to try their food at an event that they were hosting and it was incredible! This community really stands out from the others that I worked in.

What I like about Southwick Village
Independent living at Southwick Village is among the most truly independent but supported residences I’ve visited. Housing units are spacious, have great lay-outs, are well-equipped, accessible and located in well-tended neighborhoods. The staff are wonderful - friendly, engaging, caring, attentive & responsive to needs. Staff go out their way to create a sense of community. Tour
I toured Independence Village of Carmel with my mother, who is looking at Senior Communities with independent living apartment homes. We found this community to be very open and inviting. On the tour, we saw several places for activities or families and friends to visit. They have fire places in several areas and all were on which felt so cozy to mom. She thought the apartments we toured were nice but the best thing was seeing the folks that live there interacting and having a good time. Overall, we were very impressed and mom is taking next steps towards moving into the community.

Wonderful Community
The staff are superb! Highly recommend this community for anyone looking to receive compassionate care in a clean fun environment. The location is the best in the Columbus market, which makes the outings really wonderful

Great Customer Service
Southwick Village is a great community with excellent staff and good customer service skills. I would highly recommend living and or visiting this community. My experience when visiting this community was very pleasant. The staff was very informative .
