Everyone has a big smile, staff and all. We picked this community, because of the level of care, staff, cleanliness and everyday they are doing things with everyone. They invite family for Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas, had us all got Fathers Day and we had steak on the grill with grilled veggies and salad dessert was strawberry shortcake. They give a pool party in summer. Little blue kiddie pools and they had their feet in the water. Sipping on margaritas (juices). Beach balls. Grilled lunch. Invited all the families. We had a blast and a smile on everyone's face. You need to pay a visit.

This community is brand new and absolutely AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There doesnt seem to be the same horrible staffing problems that most facilitles have. We had lunch and it was so good, resturant quality for sure! Everyone needs to tour their loved ones and move them in! We have been so happy here!

This community has really improved with the new management team in place. Residents have a garden in the court yard, they have monthly outings in the community, food is delicious, and residents are very happy.

Our family has had a great experience with assisted living at Clarendale of Schereville, and I would recommend it to others. The staff have been very flexible and caring.

Our family had an in person tour with HarborChase of Cordova and we loved the community it was our initial first choice for our loved one.

I was visiting a friend and noticed how dry his arms were. I asked one of the girls if they had lotion he could use. She immediately got some and applied it to his hands and arms herself while smiling and chatting away to him. They treat the residents like family there, not a paycheck. Something special is always going on for enrichment and fun as well like themed days or shopping trips. The meals are cooked from scratch and to the dietary needs of the residents. This is as close to home as you’re going to find when your loved ones can’t actually be at home.

They put a lot of effort in providing the best care for the residents. I love all the different events they have for entertainment! They also give them plenty of field trips out and about. My favorite was when they went to the movies!

HarborChase is a new very active community in Shaker Heights. They have delicious meals, fun activities and amazing staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. We toured several places in the area before deciding on HarborChase. Once we walked in the door, I had my mind made up. Everyone we came in contact with, said hello and smiled. It was so genuine. Do yourself a favor and tour this lovely community, you won’t regret it!

Tour was very informative and we are preparing to move mom soon. The Sales Lady Touring us was so pleasant and is an asset to the staff. Extremely bubbly. We love that we have an option to use a company there or bring in anyone we want to help with mom's needs. I think she is looking forward to making a move soon. Thank you

I think Anthology of Novi is a wonderful community, and we've had a great experience there. It's just a very caring place with happy residents.

We moved our father in to Glen Abbey back in [date removed]. My mother passed away suddenly and she had been my father's primary caregiver, so we needed to act quickly to get dad the continued care he needed. The team at Glen Abbey worked with us to get dad in ASAP and it has been a smooth transition since. My interactions with staff of all levels have all been very positive and I feel very confident that dad is in good hands with Glen Abbey. The facility is nice and clean. Staff interactions with dad have all been very good. We highly recommend Glen Abbey as a place for your loved one.

My stay at Assisted Living at Independence Village was a godsend as it allowed me to continue with physical therapy without the hassle of dealing with winter conditions. The staff was very helpful.

The food is outstanding. The staff tries very hard to meet the needs of the resident.

Everything is so clean and bright.

Everyone at StoryPoint Libertyville is SO friendly. I love that they have resident ambassadors. They certainly helped in the beginning. The atmosphere is energetic too!!

My father has been a resident for a few years and we have been really happy with our experience. The staff are all friendly and caring and really care about the residents. They have been very accommodating with food requests as my dads Heath and needs have changed. He loves the activities and events that they hold for the residents.
