This community has been absolutely wonderful for our loved one. She has thrived meeting great new friends, and enjoying all the activities and amenities. The staff is phenomenal. The most caring, compassionate, attentive group, starting with the director, the front desk, housekeeping,dining room, maintenance people, all know and care so much for the residents.it is so comforting to know she is well taken care of, and happy when we leave. So grateful she is there, and we found such an awesome perfect place.

Our family had an in person tour with StoryPoint Gahanna and we knew for our loved one it was too "modern", however I would live there as it was a beautiful community with very friendly staff members.

This community is a very relaxing, clean and enjoyable place for my Mom. She enjoys the friends she has made with the residents and the staff. They try to do all that they provide with excellence.

My step-mother recently moved to StoryPoint in the spring. Since move in, she has been so happy and full of life. Her room is always spotless, she has never complained about the food (which is huge for an Italian woman!) and she loves the singers that come in every week. She is able to grocery shop for her snacks each week as the bus takes them to markets. Speaking of bus, the driver also takes her to her doctor appointments! Mom says the driver is very cautious, courteous and friendly. StoryPoint has been a saving grace for my sisters and I. We never imagined having mom live in a senior community. However, StoryPoint is way more than just a fluffed website. It's the real deal. Everything the website says is the truth.

I have two very special Aunt’s that live at Westcourt in Saginaw who I have had the experience of dinning and singing with after the meal is served. Four siblings, four cousins with one playing the baby grand piano and residents living at a Westcourt that enjoy singing. I do believe it’s a great place for any family member to live in there senior years.

I am looking for my dad who will be moving to Texas from another state. I had a delicious lunch and a tour. I felt welcomed and it felt like home. The lake was beautiful and I could smell the food from the dining room.

Lakeview has a wonderful view and the staff were great. I was looking for my mother and I loved the tour. The food was amazing and they had lots of choices. for dessert we had a chocolate covered New Your style cheese cake.

I came to visit StoryPoint while helping with an event for StoryPoint Cares Club which is was a fundraising/charity event that the residents assisted with. I was able to help the residents create and color mugs that would go to the people who donated at the event. While I was there, I was super impressed with the staff and facilities that StoryPoint has. All residents were super well taken care of and the facilities were clean and inviting. Overall, I had a great experience while visiting!

Price, inclusive care available. More home apartment like living instead of hospital like setting. The people are so caring and attentive to my dad for the short time he was there. He passed away in September. I would recommend to others.

Facility was clean, appealing and in a great location. The staff seemed kind, caring and interacted with their clients. The rooms accommodates everything that mom would need to have a happy life. The person that gave us the tour was very knowledgeable.

Everybody are very friendly and helpful. I like it here very much. I feel like a part of this facility.

I really enjoy this community. They treat my mom like a queen! They are very attentive, hold great activities and truly care about their residents.

The reason we gave the value for cost an overall 3 rating is because after 1 month they raised his cost up by [fee removed]. However, Woodlawn Meadows has a nice home like setting to it....our loved ones sees the same aids daily....very little turnover.

We toured Holiday Manor at Steeplechase during our search for a facility for my wife and I. This facility was great! It was very clean and everyone was friendly. I really liked the atmosphere of the facility.

We picked this community, because it was close to most families> Everyone has been very helpful including your company. I would recommend to others.

I Love living here. The food is great and you get choices, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The people are nice and helpful. The staff is nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone. Easy living. If I could change anything I'd have more seating (rockers)outside to socialize with others. And have dinner on holidays in the dining room with residents, instead of a cold sandwich in room. I would also like to have water, tea and lemonade available during the day at any time to drink and take out side on the front porch.

My loved one is currently a resident at StoryPoint Collierville and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. [Name removed] was absolutely on top of it and fabulous to work with. What a great face for the facility. The housekeeping has been very neat and clean; comfortable conditions. Communication with the family is solid and the move in process was good. The meals are varied, good and timely. Friendly staff. I would recommend StoryPoint Collierville to others!

The people both employees and residents are very kind. My mom likes the food. She likes it more than she than she thought. The activities are really great. There has been quite a few staff changes and I struggle to figure out the best way to communicate with staff.
