It is a great place to live. I would recommend to others. We picked this community because, my loved one lived in Whitehall since 1966 and has friends and family there. I would recommend to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at StoryPoint Libertyville and overall things at this facility were great for her. She was happy with everything except for the food, which was just average. However, alternative choices were offered. She is on a gluten free diet, so there were not as many choices for her. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The move in process was very easy. I would recommend StoryPoint Libertyville to others although I would recommend trying the food before making a decision.

My loved one is currently a resident at Atria at River Trail and this facility has been great for her so far! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and activities are also great. The food and value for cost are good. The only surprise we had was the initial processing fee, which was equal to a month's rent. Otherwise, it's been great! I would recommend Atria at River Trail to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Jackson Meadow and most everything has been great for her so far at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. [Name removed] was very helpful and worked well with us. The staff at this facility learn their residents and they allow them to adjust to their Independent Living quarters. I love their relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend Holiday Jackson Meadow to others.

My mom is currently a resident at Independence Village of Ankeny. The staff is very friendly and helpful and my mom is not the easiest person to deal with but she really likes everyone. They clean her apartment, take out her trash and do her laundry if she doesn't feel like doing it herself. It's very clean in the whole facility and they always contact me if anything out of the ordinary happens. They are cognizant of her needs and talked to both of us when they noticed that she needed some physical/occupational/speech therapy. The move in process was quick and easy. I started looking for a place for her at the end of May and we were able to move her in at the beginning of July. It was a lot of change for her and she's 89, but she asked me the other day if she would be able to stay there because she really likes it. She gets 3 meals a day and quite likes the food. They have a lot of activities and that has been so good for her. It's also good for me to know that she is safe and healthy. I couldn't have hoped for more.

My mom was previously a resident at Devonshire Retirement Village and everything was good for her at this facility. The staff was okay and was always comfortable to talk to. I think the day shift was better than the evening or nightshift. Mom had a couple that she liked the best. The move in process was great. The facility was always kept clean. The activities were good, but mom was chair bound so it was hard for her to participate. I would recommend Devonshire Retirement Village to others. I think we were lucky when we called and there was a vacancy. We also had another relative that was previously a resident at this facility. She and her family were also happy with the care and the staff at Devonshire.

My mother was a resident of over 10 years until her death in 2021. She lived independently and was extremely happy. She liked and enjoyed the staff and participated in many activities; very welcoming community. Currently, my mother-in law has been a resident for over 10 years - very comfortable, satisfied with everything.

Out of 6 places we visited in the Danbury Westerville area, Danbury was the only place where you saw staff openly engaged with the residents. Food is great. And the meal staff knows what they like and don't like. They've addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. We've had a great experience with the Danbury.

I would recommend to others, it was a good recommendation. Best choice we made.My loved one is very happy and looks so much better.

my following comments will be based on my observation's, short time living here and having deal with older residents in a condo. complex (board member) overall 5 - the short time we have lived here we are amazed how everything is so organized and smooth running meals/dining 4-5 - generally good, state ingredient's not always included, mex food should be served in a recordniceable manner. Soups are GOOD value for cost - n/a - we are here because of recommendations from many people, our friend and experience in [community name removed] in general - you do a remarkable job dealing with the listed issues considering the number of residence with varing issues/problems and budget restraints (im sure)

We moved both our parents into Riley's Grove in [date removed]. RG made the room ready and thoroughly walked us through all aspects of the transition, since it was all new to us. [name removed], the Director, and [name removed], the Care Manager were readily available whenever needed. Mom and Dad adjusted to the change over the next few months and we watched as the staff drew them into relationships and helped settle them comfortably into their new life routine. Even with the staff shortages characteristic of the industry, we saw little lack in their care and everyone worked generously to cover. Even the management worked the floor! Both Mom and Dad died recently and their deaths at RG were gentle and sacred. We grieved together with the whole staff. We would choose Riley's Grove all over again and recommend them to all who ask. Each staff person there and the organization that guides and supports them truly make a place of honor and love for our aged ones who need great care.

We were referred to Riley Grove by a friend whose mother is in the memory care unit. We toured the facility and immediately felt good about the choice to make this a home for dad. It took about a month for him to adjust, but after that he has loved everything about it there. The food is excellent. The daily activities and special programs keep them as busy as they want to be. ( he liked to keep busy ??) What especially got our attention was how the staff treated him like family. [name removed] and [name removed], the directors are second to none. If you have a question or a concern, day or night, they are there to help and address it. The most important thing, obviously, was dad’s happiness and that’s what he had for as long as he was there! the staff has been very helpful and friendly. Shortly after we moved in, I become aware that anything we needed could be found here. While the facilities are outstanding, the staff is what makes our living here so enjoyable and comfortable

delightful experience for mom

Everything with Independence Village of Fishers East has ben as nice and as lovely as possible. They have been helpful getting our loved one settled in and are great at getting back to me with answers when needed. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Seems like a nice place for memory care. My sibling picked this community. Home was what she needed. She seems more relaxed. We are able to sleep at night, as our Mom had a habit of wandering away in middle of night.

My mom is thriving which is saying a lot. She's been more active in the past two months than the past 14 years. I couldn't be happier with the care she is receiving! We picked this community because it had the most caring staff when I toured. It was the only independent living place that had easy access to some of the assistance my mom needed.
