I was very pleased with everything that i found at Story Point Portage. [name removed] was knowledgeable and very helpful in all steps of application, [name removed] was wonderful ,warm and answered all my questions fully. [name removed] was very professional direct sand informed. Even though I was unable to bring my father in due to his passing, I would recommend Story Point o anyone. It felt calm relaxed with staff that enjoyed their job and caring for residents [name removed]

Great place. I would recommend it. We picked this community because of the price, location, personable and friendly staff.

Based on the experience we have had so far with StoryPoint Chattanooga, my mother in law likes the activities which they have plenty of. She has made friends and we know she will be well cared for. We would recommend this community to other families!

Story Point is an exceptional community located in the heart of Union right next to Kroger. Their facility is gorgeous, clean, and the staff is always welcoming. They offer so much under one roof for their tenants - dining, activities, and healthcare services to name a few.

Although I do not have a loved one living at StoryPoint, I am in the senior living facility on a weekly basis and see and hear the staff interacting with those who live there and they are kind, patient and caring. StoryPoint is a place I highly recommentd.

Every time I go to Storypoint I always notice how clean and tidy everything is. I also love how all the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I’ve never heard the residents complain about one single thing either. If I choose this route later in life, I may very well choose this facility.

I am part of a networking group that meets at StoryPoint in Union, KY once a week. I have always been extremely impressed with the staff that we see in the mornings. They are always extremely nice and welcoming. I have also watched the staff with the people that live in the community, and it just seems like the staff is always very friendly to the people that live there and are always helping them with breakfast and their morning workouts. It is very nice to know that people are treated well there and that the staff is always so friendly to everyone that walks in the door.

So we are very happy and so is my mother. No complaints. The staff, [name removed] was such a huge help and was there for me with every question I needed answered. So far every staff member I've met has been VERY happy and so kind.

It's a great place for my parents. They are given their medication daily. They wear a device to touch if they need help. The meals are wonderful. They had a two bedroom available immediately.

Really nice place to visit our family members [name removed]. Excellent for grandkids Trick or Treating. Had a real nice 100th Birthday Party for [name removed] also. The place is always decorated real nice for every Holiday. The outside is always really well maintained. During the winter also. The sidewalks and pavement is always clear of snow and ice. Inside is real clean. The elevators seam cheaply built though.

It was recommended by A place for mom who had recently placed others there who had gone through aid and attendance process and were happy. I had toured it a long time ago with my dad and perfect location and great reputation. It's been absolutely awesome! My mom lost her husband in July and my sister and I were so worried about finding a safe place for her closer to me and Glen Eagle has been absolutely perfect. My mom loves it. She talks about how cozy her apartment is and how kind and friendly the staff and other residents are. Glen Eagle was a miracle for my mom!

I toured with my wife and found the community to be a warm and inviting place. I loved the food! I also enjoyed how friendly the staff are. Great visit. They have a yearly car show that is lots of fun!

My wonderful experience with StoryPoint Union started the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm beverage on a cold rainy day. The Executive Director Brook came out first and welcomed my husband and I to the community. She was kind, compassionate and made us feel at home immediately. The sales team greeted us next and showed us around the community even introducing us to other residents that live at the community. We ended our visit in an area called the bistro where there was live music and appetizers. A great visit start to finish! My husband and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for senior living!

Going way better than I expected. Everyone is very knowledgeable.

Manor at Steeplechase has been a wam, welcomg place to live. The residents are the friendliest and the staff is helpful as can be.

Meadow Lane is a caring, compassionate place for your loved ones, with activities that stimulate, the opportunity to make new friends, and share life with people who care about you!

Very happy, knowing mom is well taken care of. Medicines are always given and assistance is given when needed. Staff is caring. Keep up the good work. Would recommend this place.

All is well here at Glen Abbey. Everyone is friendly. Staff is great. Meals is good. Timely assistance if needed.

I am a certified community educator for the Alzheimer's Association. As such, I have visited this community on multiple occasions, presenting educational programs to the staff and for Lunch N Learn programs with the greater Millersburg community. I am always impressed by their kind and caring staff - always a smile and a 'hello'. The food is great, the place is beautiful and really clean. They are constantly putting on activities and programs for the residents. Overall, I'd give this location an A++!
