Staff, for the most part, is amazing. And I witnessed an issue one weekend, communicated it with the management, and it seems to have been resolved. The only issues that we really have had have been some lack of communication from management. Housekeeping is good and the move-in process was smooth. I would say 90% of the meals are really good, but Mom has found a few that weren't so great. I would and have recommended the facility to others, and trust me, I'm picky when it comes to my mother.

My loved one always remarks about the food. Loves their deserts. She really hasn't made herself do any activities because she had the hip surgery and she is reluctant to go out till she can at least walk with only her cane. The move in process went well. We thought it wouldn't, but the movers said what furniture she had was well made and could get in the smaller elevators. Housekeeping has been good and staff as well, when mom has asked she gets the answers or we do for her. She is very good at calling us to do this or that done. Since the end of January mom has been there after rehab she just needs to work harder at her exercises more, but that's being 93 and she doesn't want to exercise. But her place, we finally got everything in the place plus pictures up to make it homey. She is very pleased where she is at. Likes it a lot. YES I would recommend this place to others.

I've bee here for almost 3 years and I absolute love it here. The people who live here and the staff are so wonderful and friendly. I love all the activities we do and all the places we get to visit. The food is good and the staff is outstanding.

We recently moved Dad from Florida into IVP. The staff at IVP made the transition easy for him and his family. He has adjusted very well and I truly believe it’s because of how wonderful the staff is. They genuinely care about their residents and it really feels like a family atmosphere. I’ve been here 3 months and I love it! Everyone is very friendly and feels like home. They are also pet friendly. The food is good, The staff is great and everyone cares for everyone here. I definitely recommend anyone to come here

I've been here for about 5 months now, and it has been great, I was very nervous moving here because I didn't think it would feel like home, But boy was I wrong. Its like living in a big house with all of your bestfriends. Everyone welcomed me with open arms. I love spending the day with all of my friends and the staff. We do so much here from dancing to bingo or arts or crafts, even bible stuff and that's importin. I'm very blessed to to live in a place like this

It's a safe, clean and friendly environment that is great for my mom and gives her family peace of mind that she's well looked after.

I would recommend. We picked this community because of the location, they have a care level in between independent and assisted living.

I'm very satisfied with my experience of living at Storypoint Naperville. Although the building is beautiful inside and out and there are so many activities and services for the 90-year-old younger mother and me, it's the friendly and caring staff that we are most grateful for.

My daughter and I had a tour of Briarwood and were impressed with the staff, cleanliness and overall comfort feeling we had. My wife of 69 years is a happy resident as I am for her. Have no regrets.

My mom is very happy there and I'm extremely happy too. I'm so grateful for the way everything worked out! I was so worried she wouldn't like it. But she has thrived. She called me today and said she went on a bus trip to Hartville Kitchen, her favorite place she frequently went with her siblings. She said she had so much fun!I'd highly recommend Danbury at Cuyahoga Falls!

I felt that the staff relieved a lot of stress from the first interview. They reassured us that this is what they do, what their staff is trained to do; care for my loved one, in my case in memory care. There was always the question in my mind 'Should I be trying to do this care myself?' I am NOT trained to do it, so am most thankful there are compassionate, wonderful people who are. During the transport process, a non-emergency medical transport, the staff stayed in contact until they pulled up to the front doors, and greeted them with smiles. I have been included every step of the way and again, reassured that it would be figured out, if I didn't have an immediate answer to a particular question. I have eaten with my mother a few times now and the food has been very good. The meals were delicious, balanced, and presented in a visually pleasing way. I would definitely recommend CedarStone Senior Living to others. It is a colorful, joyful place with a wonderful, joyful staff.

I come to Woodlawn Meadows Hastings and care for many residents here. I see firsthand how the staff here genuinely care for their residents and provide excellent patient care daily.

Very clean facility and very helpful in many ways for my sister. I think the staff has been very good for my sister.

From our first phone call until today, we have had a very positive experience with everyone at Jackson Meadows. Their marketing lady was the initial contact person and was very informative answering all of our questions. We were shown a couple apartments to choose from. The manager and assistant manager have been wonderful to work with. They care for my dad as well as the other residence. Our family has observed all the staff treating each resident with kindness and respect. They have activities planned and encourage everyone to join in. Their maintenance person handled all issues we had in a timely fashion. He was even there very early to check on the pipes so they wouldn’t freeze when the temperatures were so cold. Even the food choices have been delicious I can’t say enough positives about this facility.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. My father is in the Independent section and has not yet participated in any activities that I know of. Some of this might be due to not as many men around but he's only been there a short period of time and I'm hoping he will participate more as time goes on. I very much like this facility and feel the cost is probably appropriate for what is offered and the high ratings I gave it above, but I do wish it was a little less expensive!

My loved one moved from a level, one care to a level two recently, and that was an increase of close to $1800per month. And because of the dementia which is progressing that my loved one is not interested in activities. I did purchase a TV set to put in his room. Absolutely had cable. But it's what is affordable at this time. The nurses and aides are very caring and respond quickly to my concerns. They contacted me when I loved one refused to shower and he definitely needed one.

My mom loved to participate in activities, such as crafts or playing bingo, there was plenty to do. They had a great life enrichment department . As well as she loved to eat and she never missed a meal. She enjoyed the variety that the Story point kitchen offered and at times could even order something specially made just for her. It made her smile. We made the right choice, choosing this community

The facility is very nice and the staff are very attentive. But they do not have a transportation van. They have a cost scale based on degree of assistance needed, and given our situation, we are optimistic that costs will decrease over time as the resident improves.

They were great! I can't recommend Anthology Novi enough. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Very friendly and attentive staff. In particular, [name removed] was great both with checking in anytime I was visiting my parents and keeping an eye out on my father after my mother passed. Anytime I visited there were always residents out and about, and they always seemed to have something going on, from regular activities to special events around holidays. The Mother's Day and Father's Day breakfasts were a nice touch as well as the community dog parade. They work hard at making it a warm and friendly place and it shows.
