We moved our loved one into StoryPoint Fairfield and it has been a great experience. They have great staff, with a beautiful environment The staff take great care of my mom! For example - when she asked for a glass of wine, they now get her a glass of wine with dinner. The reason we gave the value for cost a 1 star is because it is terrible expensive. However we obviously are willing to pay for it, but don't know if we can afford it after a year or two. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend StoryPoint Fairfield to other families.

Nice Place - Warm Hearts.
It's a wonderful place! The care is great. Activities aren't as many as I'd hoped and the food is average. Nothing negative. They have a nice living area and dining area. There is a hair salon. They offer; Bingo 2 times a week and happy hour at 4:00 everyday. Occasional buffet dinners, and holiday celebrations. I would recommend to others, and we have already.

My Tour Experience at StoryPoint Grove City
This was a very good tour and an acceptable tour. We found StoryPoint was more expensive, perhaps worth the money for someone in good physical and fiscal health, but more that my mom needed. Overall, it was not right for our needs.

Independence Village is a wonderful place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. It fabulous to see all the activities they have for all the residents. When you want the best for mom
They have very helpful staff, the facility is always very clean and they do an excellent job if you need extra help. When comparing other facilities, against this one I still give a 5 out of 5. In my opinion the cost seems to be a little high but isn't everything these days.

Love this place!
My mother has been living there for 10 years and she loves it! She loves the food and the dining experience in general. The staff is so wonderful and everyone is just so kind. My mom loves to be busy and she has enjoyed all the fun activities at The New England Club. Beautiful facility. Great staff. Unfortunately a very short experience with my cousin. Costly for the short time my cousin spent there due to her sickness.
