My aunt was only there a couple weeks, and I only a few days. I thought staff was nice. They offered to check in on her throughout her first night in case she got confused. She said all the food was good. Always seemed clean. Saw many communal places to "hang out" with others. Assisted living is expensive, but Danbury was equal in price, maybe a bit cheaper, than other places. Would definitely recommend Danbury.

I was there almost every day and never witnessed anything but loving care. He was always clean and satisfied with the staff and his care. They have something going on almost every day for the residents. Everyone has a positive attitude. I would highly recommend this facility. I can't say enough about how wonderful my husband's last days were with their loving care. He never complained, ever! That in itself says everything.

It was the first place and only place we looked at. We had heard good reviews from a dear friend of mine. The price and close location to our house and my work sold it as well.

I like when they play music. The food is really good, it's better than I'd have at home.

The sense of community is real with the residents and most are very happy to be at LS. As far as the staff is concerned, from the manager to the busboys, they are genuinely kind and caring

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Willow Park. I would recommend this facility to others, it's a wonderful facility.

My mom resided in Candlestone for almost 3.5 years. She loved it there from day 1. The staff were so kind and caring not only to here but to us as a family. They were family to us. The facility itself is kept exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate to refer someone to Candlestone Assisted Living.

The current residents spoke very highly of the place! I would recommend to others.

Satisfied overall, however many times they seem to be understaffed. They say that the number on duty is what is called for but it doesn't seem to be enough for the number of residents . They admit there is often times a shortage of workers on the weekend.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Story Point. I would give them 5s in absolutely every category. Unfortunately my mom wasn't there long enough for me to get to know everyone by name which made it even more impressive that they were all so kind and caring with my mom. The original contact was [name removed] who again was so professional and welcoming when she took us on the tour.

StoryPoint Rockford was worth every penny! My dad thrived in this community. He developed so many friendships with both residents and staff members. The staff knew him as a person and not just another resident. Activities kept him busy - which he loved. The food was fantastic and I loved that he had a table with "his guys". When his health started to decline the support from the onsite Laurus care staff allowed him to stay in his apartment and provided and treated him with dignity and respect. I can say without a doubt that this facility gave us 6 years with our father that we would not have had without him moving there. Thank you to the staff and friends of StoryPoint Rockford!

What an amazing community! I have never felt so welcomed before. Every staff member I came across said hello and welcomed me. Every resident that was in site had the biggest smile on their face. This community gives you the most warm, happy, feeling in your stomach!

The staff are awesome. The Lauri's Health Care Company they use has already raised rates. He went in August of 2023. I think they should lock in for at least a year. I would recommend Storypoint Rockford to others looking.

My 89 and 90 year old parents moved in IV of A 2.5 years ago. They initially took some time to acclimate themselves since they had only lived in one house for 60 year. That said, they were loved and care for beginning their first day. So many staff, caregivers and residents touched their lives on a daily basis. They both considered IV their home and the staff and caregivers their family. Not to mention the support and love that my family felt when both of my parents began declining in health. We will always be grateful to everyone at IV for their love and kindness. If only Independence Village had been our first stop in searching for a new home. We could have saved a lot of days.

The staff is dedicated to providing a clean and lively home for residents and has so many fun activities for residents! I love seeing the facebook pictures for all the themed events and the facility is very well maintained!

I just can't say value for the money is a 5, because it's hard to fathom how it can be so expensive. I don't think that's as much a reflection on Woodlawn Meadows as it is on the industry itself. The staff is always patient and kind when I visit no matter what time of day. The atmosphere is very calming. We toured another facility that was more 'upscale' with more amenities, but this place just felt more like home.

There are many group opportunities available. I liked the all inclusive option.

I would give a 5 for every category. They are fantastic, caring, professional and gentle people. I love them! Very highly recommend this community to other families and in fact we already have.

My family has had my 94 year old mother and 92year old aunt under the care of the StoryPoint team for over a year. We have been very pleased with the care provided by the resident assistants and responsiveness of leadership to resolving any concerns. The facility clean and the daily food service and special events meals are excellent. StoryPoint offers a daily activity schedule for residents that is beyond our expectations.

Springvale Assisted living has a warming environment, care staff are kind and caring, the building is beautiful and management are present. They have a new Life Enrichment Manager, resident are very active and attend outings.
