My sisters & I toured Sunrise to find a place for our 96 year old mother who has dementia. We toured the Gahanna location with the Admissions director. We all sat down to discuss our mother’s current condition before we toured. The director answered many questions we hadn’t even thought of! The tour was complete & it felt very comfortable & friendly. We met lots of staff as we walked around. I came away feeling this would be a safe place & a good fit for mom.

I would recommend Maple Lake. The staff is wonderful. Move in, and then a second move to a room with a view, was great. My parents will be 98 this summer. Mom has dementia and doesn't eat much. Dad has always been an extremely picky eater. They both say the breakfast is great. I have eaten lunch (the main meal) there many many times and have found it very very good. Thoughtful and ample servings. I personally have never had anything that wasn't great! Anytime I have had a question, the appropriate person has always made time to answer, especially if I am there in person. Housekeeping is great! Always accommodating. I like that it is in a smaller town and the staff is mostly from smaller, rural towns. I don't know why, but they seem more pleasant and caring than "big city folks". They are there for the job, but really seem to like what they are doing and the residents.

I am relieved that mom is in their care. Fortunate to have learned of this facility. The first thing you notice, as my brother said, it doesn't smell like a nursing home. Caring staff. I would definitely recommend StoryPoint Powell North.

My mom was previously a resident at Independence Village of Petoskey and she loved it there.

We liked the fact that for the future they offer dual lift. In all of the areas they ranked near the top and we liked their location . I would recommend them to a friend but I would tell them to stay on top of them and to install cameras.. Early on their was too much staff turnover but they have been set for a while now are are doing a good job.

Dad moved in a month ago. Every time I visit the staff is very welcoming. The place is very clean, no odors. My family loves this place.

My experience has been nothing but good. The staff is polite, congenial, and caring. Activities are fun and helpful. I've made friends and I feel as though my finances are well spent.

What a lovely surprise to receive a Christmas sack with a lovely lap robe just the right size and weight to use while I am watching TV. Needless to say, the treats were delicious too. My family is so grateful that I am living here at Meadow Lane and not living by myself. I definitely agree! I can only think of all the wonderful things here at Meadow Lane; great staff, love my apartment, delicious food, choices, services provided and the opportunity to meet new friends. I love looking out my west window and seeing the beautiful sunsets. Thank you again for all you do.

I placed my wife in Assisted Living about 3.5 years ago when I could not take care of her. I moved in about 2.5 years ago into Independent Living so I could be closer to her and would not have to drive everyday to see her and knew how great a place to live. My wife received excellent care until her death in 2022. I have stayed on after that with excellent service and very nice employees who would do anything for you. As I leave StoryPoint I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for Memory Care, Assisted Living or Independent Living. If you want the best care StoryPoint is for you.

I feel welcome everyday and feel at home living in this community. You have the freedom to be independent and to participate in a variety of activities of your choosing.

My mom is a resident at Holiday Wescourt and everything is great. I would recommend this facility to others.

I have recommended to others. It is the best place of the 3 she has been in.

The first thing that struck me was the staff all were smiling and friendly. The second thing was I saw people walking around the building who lived there. They weren't just in their rooms. The third thing is the dining room has a menu and round tables like a restaurant. The fourth thing was the place is clean, new, beautiful and at least $[removed] a month less than far worse facilities in the area. The fifth thing is the level of care from day one. They're the only facility with cameras that show images but not pictures, and will set off alarms on all workers cell phones if someone falls. People are in the door almost before she can hit the ground. My mother went on hospice three days after entering provision. That was a year ago! Between the staff at provision and hospice care, she is in an excellent place. They're friendly and they care. The facility is beautiful and she has a private room. No complaints. I feel fortunate she was allowed to stay after being put on hospice.

The staff is friendly; professional and helpful. Housekeeping is good. Communication is good. The meals are good quality and taste good, however they could possibly be healthier. I would recommend this facility to others.
