Overall I'm very pleased with the Danbury. The facility staff, services, and food are all very high quality. The nurses and nurses aids especially are all very friendly and helpful and always willing to do anything. The levels of care could be explained in a more clear way, especially the cost by level.

The facility is really well laid out with their elderly clients in mind. Dining room and hallways are designed to allow room for wheelchairs/scooters. They must emphasize to their employees to be friendly because everyone of them greats me with a smile and a hello even in passing. The only complaint I would have about service is when I try to call. I'm the family member so calling from outside the facility to reach the nursing staff is a little awkward. But the clients are given a fab and if they push the fab someone on staff gets to them very quickly.

We are needing to move a parent to memory care. This place was very nice, clean, pleasant , and personal. The team members have worked there a long time, which tells us a lot. And the food looked and smelled so good ! The rooms were very nice and big. A nice outside area too. As hard as it is to have a parent needing additional care, this is a great place for them to go
