My mother has been living at Danbury for a few years now and throughout the years the staff host many wonderful events for not only the residents to enjoy, but all of their family as well. Most recently they hosted an event to resemble the Summer Olympics. It was great to see staff and management out there playing games with the residents and everyone having such a great time. It truly shows their heart and dedication to our loved ones.

Good staff (professional, friendly, responsive). Buidling kept clean. Outside kept up great.

I always enjoy when I do programs at Storypoint. Residents are always so warm and welcoming.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff seems to really care about the residents. There are many planned activities. The staff does a good job of keeping families up to date on how my Mom is doing. The rooms are small but my Mom really doesn't need a lot of space.

The people who work at Ludington Woods are the best. Caregivers, food service, maintenance, etc - all of them have gone above and beyond for my loved ones needs. My family greatly appreciates the care he is receiving.

The community as a whole is beautiful! Recent renovations and leadership change has given this place a new life! Residents, staff, and loved ones operate as a family, there always something fun and exciting to do on the daily here. Very caring staff and amazing atmosphere. Definitely one of the best communities in Avon.

My mother remembers the places that she put her mother and father, and didn't want to be anywhere but her own home as she got older. After a fall in January she couldn't go home by herself from the hospital, and after a few weeks there we moved her to StoryPoint "for a couple of months of recovery." Mom likes the other residents and quickly made some new friends. After one week she told us to sell the house, because she didn't want to go back. I don't think that she realized until then how isolated she had been at home by herself. She really enjoys the music recitals, and using her walker, can go outdoors and walk around. Her room is sunny and pleasant, and we brought furniture and put pictures on the wall to make it feel more like home.

A Place for Mom helped me find Cedar Stone. It was a perfect place! He had the best care and loved it there. He passed away in November....complications from Parkinson's and dementia. They were very knowledgeable, caring, and professional.

The complete staff are friendly and kind to all residents. They try to work with us with any problems or complaints.

My dad's friend was a resident @ Gaslight. When I came to visit, everyone was very nice, the place was clean, the residents had smiles on their faces. Right before I left, lunch was being delivered. It smelled great & looked good.

Everybody here is great, have not had 1 bad apple. Very friendly staff. They are helping us so much during my time of need.

The facility was very well maintained. The rooms and bedrooms are well-kept and very clean. The staff were very friendly and responded very well to a request for service.

I have always had a nice experience here! Everyone is so kind and friendly. It's a joy to visit and I love seeing so many smiling faces.

My loved one is a resident at Danbury of Columbus. These folks are stellar. The most important thing to say about them is that they are kind, competent, and they are dealing with my mother in a manner that would imply that they are walking Saints on the planet. I would recommend this facility to others.

Danbury in Tallmadge y is overall a great place for memory care. Overall very clean. Very rarely, but it does occur that once in a while you get that 'hospital' smell. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities daily. Comparable for the market for memory care, and overall memory care costs are high.

I toured StoryPoint Novi and it was truly amazing! The community is beautiful and clean with great amenities. The food looked delicious and was presented nicely. One of my favorite spaces was the golf simulator my grandkids could use when they come to visit. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a high-end feel at an affordable price.

The food is extraordinarily good. The move in process was a bit bumpy, but not bad. The staff shine with affection and kindness. The overall cleanliness is great. I highly recommend this facility. The cost is bearable given what we are getting--great food, kind and competent staff, lots of activities and a good apartment. My elder person is treated well and has been content to live there.

The place is amazing. Everyone is friendly, finances are flexible they really work with you. They go out of their way to make sure everyone has what they need and really help those with dementia get around.
