This is a well run facility. Staff tries to accommodate everyone even in trying times. If there is a problem in your apartment, it is taken care of in a reasonable time.

I would put 5 for all. My only negative feedback is some information was missed being related to her when she moved in. But we kind of did things backwards in that she got the apartment and did the health assessment when she was still in Texas due to her specific situation. Also has a problem with one of the caretakers but that's also more a personality clash than a problem with the facility. The positive things would be that they did do things backwards for me. My mom was not in a position to visit here to tour and do the health assessment so they figured out a way to do things virtually. If they had not been flexible and willing to think outside the box, my mom never would have come up here and I truly believe would not have lived another year. In my opinion, StoryPoint saved my mom's life.

The homey and non facility feel that I got when [name removed] took me on the tour was the main reason I chose this facility. Majority of the staff is amazing! Caring and going the extra mile to help and comfort the clients. I am allowed to spend the night, mom can go on overnight trips with us. Does not feel overly structured.

My family and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Cascade Trails Senior Living. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff's genuine care and compassion for residents are evident in every interaction. We are grateful to have found Cascade Trails Senior Living and highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional care and a nurturing environment for their loved ones.

For starters, this place is just beautiful and very well kept. A lot of amenities and the staff is super polite and helpful. I was just visiting a resident and I was treated wonderfully and felt like I was at home. If anyone is reading this and needs a place for their parent(s) this is it. Thank you so much for taking great care of my friend.

mom was guardedly reserved about looking at senior communities. We toured. Mom's head was lowered in her wheelchair, [name removed], the Exec dir immediately got down on her knees, and "I know; it sucks" independently living in her own home. I knew right then this was the place for mom, And, I never spent a night worrying if the was being properly cared for. ,

In the 3 years Ive been at Springwood, Tampy has been special. She helped me every step of the way to movehere. She is sincere, Kind, efficient, encouraging and fun. [names removed],are a great team With [name removed] & the friendly residents this is a very Special place my Home!

I toured this facility to see options for my future. I was shown a couple cottages and the main building. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Would recommend for friends and family to tour if looking for senior living options.

This is one of the greatest places that you could find to live out an active and productive retirement. This place is not for a person that just wants to sit in their apt and watch TV. This place is for the young at heart that wants to engage in gardening, wood working, stain glass projects, glass fusing, pottery work, travel, bus trips, movies, concerts, painting, hand bells or chimes, fitness workouts, exercise regiments, church outings, and more. You have a great indoor climate controlled garage with plenty of storage. There is an indoor car wash (how convenient). Food is really top notch with plenty of it! Even your apartment cleanings are done for you. This leaves you with only the responsibility of being a friendly and engaging resident.

My mom has been at Danbury for over a year. She has made many friends, enjoys the activities, and feels safe. The staff is caring and attentive.

My experience here has been good. My room is quiet. When I have needed help they have taken care of me. Even though I put 4 on food I can always find something good with all the choices.

Even though my physician said I can live alone, I have chosen to stay here.

I instantly fell in love with the staff, building, and residents upon visiting my loved one. The staff are always welcoming and outgoing. They will do anything they can to ensure my mom needs are met 24/7.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating as well. AS far as the food goes, the meals could have more flavor and they could offer more options. I think they need to hire a better chef. I would recommend StoryPoint Powell South to others.

Riley's Grove is a perfect fit for my mom. I toured other places and knew this was where she needed to be. The facility is very welcoming and clean. The staff is very caring and she likes them. Her room is beautiful. She has a big window to watch the birds out of. The food is very good. She is happy there.

I've been extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the ease of talking with staff throughout the complex to answer questions and the ability for my mom to stay socially connected with the daily and weekly activities. I view StoryPoint as Cruise Ship on land. Residents can pick and choose whatever fulfills their interests. Great and Safe place for mom to live.

They are not only helpful but very pleasant whenever you need something or whenever you meet them in the hall, dining room or wherever. The location of the facility is great!

I love all the friends and all the fun things to do.

Satisfied with living here. Highly enjoy care staff and all the activities. Looking forward to warm, sunny days in the courtyard and going for walks with the walking club.
