My loved one was a resident at StoryPoint Libertyville and overall things were great for him at this facility. They have excellent, friendly staff and a great Chef. Feels like home
The kind of compassion that you get here is what makes it feel like family. We decided to put my Aunt here after we were looking at options for months, and we all wish we would have done it sooner! She is so happy and healthy. The moment you walk in the door, the receptionist is so sweet and friendly. The sales marketer is very helpful and nice. Later, you’ll meet the executive director and nurse director, they are both so quick to jump in and help wherever it’s needed. Never had one trouble with a caregiver or a nurse, as they are just as willing to help as management is. I’ve worked in this industry for awhile and have been to many facilities, and nothing compares to StoryPoint. Oh, and the activities are plentiful, food is great, and it is CLEAN.

amazing
what an amazing facility! not to many places can you not stop in for 6 months and the front desk still recongizes you. All staff are happy and residents smiling. At one point it was as if I was looking at my future of where I'd want to be!
