Our loved one has passed, but during her time at Briarwood they were very good to her and us as a family. The facility was clean. We were even able to eat there a couple of times and the food was pretty good and if she wanted something different they got it for her.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I am very happy with my decision. I find the staff and everyone enjoyable and helpful. There is a lot of activities and the staff is considerate and helpful. The decision to come here was the best time of my life.

My loved one was previously a resident at StoryPoint Rockford and this was a very nice facility. The staff was great. The food was great. My loved one loved it here! Based on our experience, I would highly recommend StoryPoint Rockford to others.

StoryPoint Wyoming is a friendly environment with caring staff. It is in a convenient location, and is a little more affordable than some other places in the area.

The office might recommend someone to befriend a new resident. They are very friendly , [name removed] is in the office and [name removed] is maintenance and does much more than that. He's great! I had to be very gentle with my mother in law and luckily someone I know lives there and kind of took her and made her feel like she had a friend. They can help with that too. I actually like the food, my mother in law isn't too crazy about it. I know it changed a little when they changed the head cook. And my mother in law doesn't eat pork for religious purposes so anything seasoned or with bacon or pork, she won't touch so it's mostly her that doesn't like that but there is a lot she likes as well.

What our family likes the most about the Dominion Senior Living community is the staff. The staff team their really cares about the residents, they have been very good so far. The food that is prepared is outstanding and the community itself is just beautiful.

I shopped around to several facilities. I really feel like God led our family to Sunrise of Gahanna for my mom. My mom even stated, “God is showing us some very special people.” I think she is right. The one thing I find that is very consistent is that everyone cares. My mom immediately adjusted. I like that this facility is not too big. It’s very much like family. I made that comment to one of the patients and one of the other patients commented, “oh no they are much better than family.” We all laughed. I’m glad we made the decision to come to Sunrise!

I would say it's the best and I researched them all. Love the one straight hallway with only 16 rooms. Staff always 2 or more. Showers for privacy in residents rooms. So many other goods.

I toured with a friend a couple of weeks ago to seek options after I sell my home. I toured the cottages as a rental option. The two bedrooms are a good size, nice amenities and the location is quiet. I will be coming back once I get my home sold.

This Assisted Living Community meets or exceeds everything I need for ongoing care. A friendly place where the staff clearly are concerned that our needs are met. It is a cheerful place where coffee is always available.

They do a wonderful job with the residents. I sometimes have to clean Mom's room myself, but the community areas are always very clean. I sometimes get frustrated because of the door and having to wait to be let in, but I certainly understand the need for people to be extra careful.

For the value for cost - It's expensive, but my aunt likes it there, they are good to her. However, based on the experience we have had so far with Devonshire Retirement Village, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I toured many places for my parents as their needs were increasing as they aged. Riley’s Grove was my first choice hands down. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful from the greeter, kitchen, cleaning and maintenance staff, caregivers and administrators. They are doing a wonderful job caring for my parents which gives me such peace. The room is lovely and the food is good and nutritious. Activities are varied and available daily. I couldn’t have found a better place.

When Dad couldn't live on his own anymore, moving to assisted living was a huge step. We needed a place that was safe and secure. We also wanted a place where he would feel at home and be in community. He wanted to stay in West Michigan where he lived for many years. Briarwood was the answer. Facilities are very nice, clean, cozy and easy to navigate with walkers or wheel chairs. The staff is incredible, professional and caring. Medical and personal care come to him as needed. High quality communication with the family is greatly appreciated as well. When he recently needed unexpected surgery, the Briarwood team was terrific in helping us coordinate medical care, rehab coordination and ultimately a successful return. As we got Dad resettled on his return, he couldn't stop smiling and just kept saying "It's so good to be home!" That's the best endorsement I could possibly have.

My dad moved into Briarwood in 2023. His stay there ended up being unexpectedly brief, but the Staff were five-star all the way. Everyone that we came into contact with were always helpful, kind, and never made you feel as though they didn't have time for you. The afternoon that he passed, the Director stopped everything she had going on and sat with me to comfort and support. In 2024, my mom also stayed at Briarwood for a short time. This situation brought with it very challenging circumstances with family estrangements. Again, five-stars all the way. Everyone, and I mean everyone at every level, went above and beyond to help with making her comfortable despite the extra challenges our family dynamics brought. The community is very nicely appointed/decorated, the rooms are nice sized, everything is always clean. And there is *always* something fun going on with activities for the residents...the Activities Director is so fun and creative! I would highly recommend this little as

Riley’s Grove is hands down the best senior living community in Zeeland MI. I moved my mom into the assisted living and then into memory care at Riley’s Grove almost 3 years ago. It has been the best decision for both my mom and for me. The staff at Riley’s Grove is amazing. The facility is well maintained. The food is prepared on site and looks delicious. There are lots of activities to keep the residents busy. Staff is very attentive, caring and really get to know each resident. I am so happy that I was able to find such a great place for mom!

5 for all. They are very happy, love the activities, staff and food. We are comfortable with the safety and security. Only complaint has been some maintenance issues (elevator out for awhile, cable was out for awhile, some plumbing issues). All were resolved but dad felt they took too long to resolve.
