So far we've had no bad luck with anybody everybody's been really helpful and friendly.

My family and my Mom had a great experience at Sunrise of Gahanna. Sadly, Mom passed last July; but, the care she received while there was amazing. I also am impressed that the staff is trained on the many effects of dementia; and, the ways in which to handle each without upsetting the resident. The staff is very loving and caring. I would highly recommend them.

Crestwood is excellent. . Mom says the meals aren't as good as when she first moved in. She seldom goes to the dining room to eat, she mainly stays in her room unfortunately. She takes part in some activities but not many. Lots are offered.

It was a good experience.

The nurses are so kind and personal and attentive. The organization keeps the facility sparkling new with attention to swift repairs. As a family member, I am known, included, and always always helped quickly and competently My mom is supremely happy!

I was able to move back home after my stay at Independence Village. I had a fair sized studio apartment that had a fully equipped kitchen. The layout was easy for me to navigate with my wheelchair and walker while I was undergoing rehab and recovery from a broken ankle. The staff is very caring, friendly, and helpful. They are willing to go a step beyond when needed.

Having worked in the industry for several years, I was delighted to visit one of my residents at this community and observe how much "life" there is. The energy, smiles, and laughter left a lasting impression. Rarely do I find this in the other communities I visit.

Very friendly management staff. Nurses were very caring. Dietary was very good to Mae sure people had eaten. Food is delicious. Compliments to the chef. It felt like home for my dad. They were also welcoming to family and guests. It was the perfect fit. It was not too large so staff seemed to know all the residents.

My Mom has been a resident here for about two and a half months now. She is in assisted living so her caregivers make several visits checking on her each day. They also make sure she is keeping a good hygiene schedule as well as assisting her with dressing and getting exercise. She needs personal stimulation and companionship to keep her thinking straight. I appreciate the phone updates as well, between visits. Happy Mom, happy daughter!

Overall, Independence Village delivered an outstanding experience. My mother suffered a bad fall and subsequent injuries that forced us to find an assisted-living facility to move her into. We had to do it quickly and chose IV since it's minutes away from my home and we've heard great things about it. They took tremendous care of my mom, made her feel welcomed, offered flexibility and the staff was all remarkable. It was a great decision and my mom made amazing progress while there. I highly recommend Independence Village Aurora.

We appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of staff and the aroma from the kitchen is really nice and comforting We feel Evelyn received very god care and is content living there. (We feel it is a bit pricey though)

Toured the community a few weeks ago. Staff and residents were very friendly and the community was beautiful. The independent living apartment I looked at was very nice and spacious. I think my dad would really enjoy this community.

Dad is happy there, well-cared for, and safe. The staff is friendly , kind, and respectful in all of the interactions we've had and witnessed. That is the most important take-away here. The 4s were because of some blips in organizing his limited onsite healthcare requirements, like allergy shots, which were eventually resolved. And it's expensive. We're blessed to have the resources available to keep him there for the foreseeable future, but it is a lot of money.

My friend moved here the beginning of may. She was determined not to like it but fell in love with the place. The people here are wonderful, the staff is outstanding. They really treat you like family. The food is wonderful, they have all kinds of activities.

Independence Village is a wonderful place to be, the staff are so friendly and makes sure everyone is happy, it's just like home .The food and service is excellent. Housekeeping makes sure everything is crean. Best part is the residents have made a lot of great friends in a short time.

In the past few years, as my wife's Parkinsons disease worsened, it became essential that we find a very facility to enhance and improve her life. As a retired CPA, she was accustomed to a active lifestyle encompassing many. After interviewing multiple facilities it become obvious that IVBV would become her new home, Infortunately as her health continues to decline she has heen unable to participate in many of the offered activities. Nevertheless, the entire staff Continues in their attempt to find ways to assist in her care, The process of any organization is very dependent. on the strength of their management team. My. observation of the Executive Director, [name removed], and her team of directors, managers and playport staff. is a very positive. very problem. Supplement and always helpful no matter what the request. If an immediate solution isn't available For a problem, they will find a way to solve it. Their compassion for the well-being of the residents turns into friendships.In my opinion, that helps define the definition of community and caregiving.

My dad quickly settled in and I am thankful for the kindness of the staff.

It was a very great experience. I will come back if I can. Too many people making the food and even different ingredients. It's never the same.

Riley's Grove staff have impressed us in every way in assisting and caring for our elderly mom. Staff are always kind and courteous, taking the time to provide empathetic and detailed assistance to Mom, showing how much they care.
