My loved one came here for a respite stay and they were awesome! The facilities are all on one level and basically like in a huge circle - the staff is extremely helpful and everyone I came in contact with was very personable right up to the director.

We've been very pleased with her experience so far. I think the facility was head and shoulders above any of the others we toured.

From the beginning application process to move in day, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff at Story Point did everything they could to make the transition for my Father easier. They were, kind, caring and professional. They went above and beyond to find solutions to unique challenges. Story Points facility offer a lot of opportunities. But most importantly the people will make my Fathers new life better. It is obvious that Story Point takes pride in selecting and training it's staff. I can not thank Story Point enough. I am very happy that we made the move and content with our choice.

Danbury senior living is so clean and beautiful. My mom moved from owning her home and feels so comfortable there. The community of residents and resources available exceeds expectations. The meals offered are very nutritious with so much variety.

They were all very good to my mom and made us feel very good about her being taken care of. They was also good to us (her family) when we visited.

I cannot say enough about my mother's RA. She is a rock star. Her interactions with mother are specular and mom listens to her and has faith in her experience.

Dad, my sister, & myself are very pleased with all areas of this Danbury. Staff & residents are all so very nice & helpful. We have always taken care of Dad & was worried how he would be. Each day is like a miracle with him here!

Everyone has been extremely pleasant. Room is nice. Food has been good. Well pleased.

The patients all seem to be very happy. The rooms are very clean & light. The caregivers are all so nice & very concerned & helpful to all the residents.

My mom has been at IVP for 3 years. They have continued to take the best care of her and I love so may aspects of it. The staff is very friendly and caring, the housekeepers are little miracle workers. The whole community is very supportive, even the fellow residents even look out for one another. IVP management has always been responsive and great at problem solving. The convenience of having a kind hairdresser on site and a visiting podiatrist has been very helpful. IVP knows how to have fun and has frequent live music and entertainment venues in the lobby which my mom loves. Mom uses a walker but still enjoys getting her steps in, cruising the long halls daily. IVP provides lots of love and caring, good physical care and hygiene, clean & attractive apartments and wonderful social engagement. As a daughter and retired RN, I feel lucky and grateful for all they have provided. They are making an often not-so-easy time of life for folks much more doable! Thank you IVP!

It hasn't been long, however I am well pleased. Caring people, good food, new activities. Can leave and go with my sisters. Shopping, visiting, for a ride.

Springwood is a wonderful place to live and interact with interesting individuals who live in the facility. There are varied activities run by the residents and the springwood staff (both inside and outside the facility, which you are free to attend as you wish, so a low pressure environment.) Utilities & maintenance included along with in the apartment washer & dryer, twice a month cleaning, two monthly meals provided by springwood, and indoor climate-controlled garage make it a very easy and comfortable place to live year round.

My experience at Springwood has been excellent with a professional and knowledgeable staff.

I have lived her for 6 months now and from the very first day I have loved living here. The manager has a true heart of gold and goes way above the duties of a manager to make sure everybody is well taken care of. The apartments are very spacious.

I had an amazing lunch tour. The food was delicious. The activities I saw seemed fun and inclusive. The director was incredibly nice and thoughtful.
