We love Dominion! It was the best choice for my mom. The Staff is amazing! They are friendly, caring and very supportive! They treat the residents with respect. They go out of their way to have fun filled activities for their residents and events that include the families as well.

It's great. Everyone is helpful all the time. The food is fabulous. If we need something they get it right away.

Independence Village is amazing! My moved one is back to her old self. She is so happy, socializing, and perky. She loved living here and I love visiting! It is wonderful!

My mother has been in Storypoint for a year and a half and she loves it. The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and capable. when we need help, they come through. The setting is lovely as well. It is close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities, but is also removed from traffic. The area is very quiet and safe.

We shopped around and I haven't found one I liked as good as this! Country setting for country people

For the 14 mo my mother was in residence she was cared for and supported by every employee at WM. From helping her bathe to nutritious meals she wanted for nothing. For the family [names removed] were always available to consult and discuss. They have been so much help!!

Care for our mother was excellent, The Capable, knowledgeable staff treated her like family. I especially appreciated it their ability to communicate with family & friends about our mother's welfare & needs

The staff and management at Cascade Trails are incredibly friendly, making my mom feel like part of the family. I'm beyond impressed with the services provided. We were recommended by a good friend whose loved one lived at Cascade Trails, and we feel very fortunate to have chosen it.

I would give 5 on all of them. It is an excellent facility. Except for a few exceptions my moms stay went very well. They do an excellent job of communicating and comforting the residents in the memory care village. Food is quite good and they have regular visiting entertainers. They did a good job of distributing prescribed medication. Every resident was encouraged to be involved with activities.

We are so glad we chose StoryPoint Gahanna for our loved one. We even moved another family member there because we were so happy with the experience. She has since died, but we were so glad she could be there, too. It is difficult to get and keep housekeeping staff, anywhere. I know StoryPoint has been short handed at times, but I have been happy with my loved one's housekeeping. The common areas are also clean and tidy. There is no "smell" in the hallways, even in the assisted living side. The staff at StoryPoint Gahanna are amazing. From the reception team, the kitchen/dining staff, the maintenance staff, the nursing/caregivers staff (assisted living) the management team and ESPECIALLY the life enrichment team! I can only speak to the quality of care with our second loved one who was there for 6 months. We had to work with the Director of Nursing several times to sort out things related to coordinating meds with her doctor and then with sorting out who was in charge of what when hospice was involved... but the Director of Nursing was very responsive. I love all the meal options for our loved one. Food is probably the biggest complaint in senior living, but we have been very happy with choices for the meals and the added options available in the bistro. We can have meals delivered for a fee for independent living residents or they can pick up carry out for free or dine in. if I could rate them a 10 I would for activities!!! We love all the activities, trips, carts that come your way your door, music, demonstrations, groups, etc! I keep telling my loved one that I want to live there because of all the activities! Our loved one is engaged and busy and as a 96-year-old, this makes her family happy! When we looked at senior living communities we chose six to look at and found our top five favorite communities to be about the same price. We would happily pay even more as long as our loved one was happy. Our loved one appreciates the responsive staff and the pretty facility. We are so happy we chose StoryPoint Gahanna for our loved one. We chose it for the feeling we had each time we visited. The staff seemed warm and caring and the residents seemed happy. We appreciate that the staff helps us when we have questions and is responsive when we need to solve a problem.

Independent Village of Waukee ( IA) offered a Continuum of care! Independent Living (my father using now after our mother passed [date removed]) She started in Assisted Living and was transferred to Skilled Nursing when her health declined. Memory Care also on same "Campus". Too many other facilities send clients " off site" for Rehab and Skilled Nursing. I knew that would not be acceptable. It took a huge effort to move them from small town of 60+ years to a supported living community, we did not want our dad driving across town to visit mom. Continuum of care was essential!!

All are a 5. What our family likes the most about Provision Living is the staff. The staff has been great, tends to all my dad's needs. They have a lot of activities for him if he chooses to do them. He likes his meals. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I’ve never lived in a more relaxing environment. The grounds are well maintained and landscaping is wonderful. Every staff person I’ve met has been very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment has been the loss of health care services on grounds. I’ve had to go outside for for service for my elderly mother who lives in Apartment with me. This has made my stay more costly than I had anticipated.

The management is fabulous! There are so many independent living facilities in the east end of Louisville, that it is really hard to keep the kitchen staff… Especially the chefs. There's always somebody willing to pay more. I don't think you would find a group of seniors that would agree on what's the best food, anyway. [name removed], the Executive Director is amazing. I think they are all seriously overpriced, but really love StoryPoint. She does not want to leave, so hopefully there won't be any more significantly huge increases next year. We are very happy with our decision. My mother-in-law has settled in really well.

When meeting with director please explain to the family that is considering living there that money, income should be more deeply explained, plan. We were told price, but never income explained. Now, praying daily we can all afford the extend of stay. Better communication between staff to keep family informed of their loved ones. residents. Better communication of STAFF between one another. Never knowing who are staff or who are visitors because of attire and name tags. Better ways to enter facility, with codes working correctly. Better ways to keep different personality's and stage of dementia of residents separated if conflicts. Conflicts are not just one residents fault. Many residents cling to favorites, not mingling with others. Names such as sweetie, dear, honey, etc. call by name. As a residents needs vary, prices should meet that care more so, as that care is drastically different from others, should consider that more as should be looked at more seriously. Overall a great place.

I have had a good experience so far! I do miss reaction to "assisted living" activities, finding it, mostly, lacking interest.
