I have lived here almost 3 years and am very pleased with my experience here.

I have been here for 4 months and everyone is very sweet. They take great care of me and I am very impressed by everyone.

Our room is always efficiently cleaned by caring staff. The living room area is a comfortable and pleasant place to relax and communicate with others. The food is nutritious and flavorful.

I like it that I don't have to buy groceries and carry them.

I enjoy living here. Everyone is friendly and is always willing to help me. I love all of the music we have.

Staff are friendly and conversational. Meals are plentiful, evolving and the staff know the residents preferences . My family did not participate in activities, but there was always something going on. That was just them. It is a beautiful place with kind staff that know your parents. The management, nurses, aides, maintenance, kitchen staff, they all know your parents. They talk to you about events, how they respond to situations, what they discuss. Your parents will have many favorite staff. They keep staff. They add new after training, so the new staff already know your parents. They all talk to your parents, and keep you informed with as much as you want to know. We like to know , so they will call us with any issues, falls, broken glasses, etc... We are all thankful for the care the staff provide our parents.

WE chose Independence Village of Columbus because they had larger rooms with more storage. I.E. the 2 bedroom apartment was much more spacious and homey than we had at [facility name removed]. The dining room was more welcoming and the menu has a bit larger of a selection to choose from. I would tell others to work with the sales manager. We found more prompt service when we went through her.

My husband had a heart condition plus some other issues. After hospitalization and rehabilitation I could no longer care for him at home. After much research StoryPoint offered what I was seeking. Unfortunately his condition deteriorated rapidly followed by more hospitalizations. Ultimately he was failing and was then accepted into hospice care. The nursing staff was great in recommending Traditions Hospice Care. The short time [name removed]was there I felt as if we were family. Everyone was kind, helpful and caring. After [name removed] death on [date removed] every time I drove by the facility I felt a twinge of homesickness. Storypoint gave me ample time to remove all belongings and furniture. Had my husband not died we would have chosen StoryPoint’s Independent Senior Living apartments because everything I was seeking was available.

Very friendly, easy to arrange visits.

Very impressed with the facility, the happiness of the residents and the employees. Did not see that at any of the other locations we visited. A friend and I were searching for independent living for [name removed] and this was where we knew she would be happy. She is there and happy and we are thrilled for her.

I would 100% recommend them.

I would recommend Danbury Senior Living to a friend. Our biggest complaint was the 8% price increase in January. When we originally looked, we were told maybe 2% each year. The 8% was a shock.

I have done programs at the Gaslight Village Since it's beginning, more than 10 years. What a beautiful facility! The residents are receptive and appreciative and the Director and staff are so dedicated. Wonderful living at Gaslight!

This place is amazing!! It is very well maintained and clean with modern decor. The food is excellent and prepared by an executive chef! There is a wide variety of activities throughout the day that residents enjoy! The staff are so kind, loving and welcoming! Very impressed and highly recommend!!

What we like the most about StoryPoint is the entertainment provided, maintenance and cleaning services. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

While my loved one wasn't at Danbury very long as he was in end stages of Parkinson's/Alzheimer's and passed after only a few months, the care was wonderful, the nursing staff was wonderful, they were very accommodating to his needs as well as ours. They do encourage family to be a big part of their lives and I was there every day. They were happy to see me every day and were always interested in talking about his care. The head nurse at the time [name removed] was amazing and caring. I would recommend this facility highly to anyone who needs a memory care unit.

[name removed] and I have been here since November. We are very happy here…our apartment is spacious, the gals that clean are so friendly. everyone here is very friendly and helpful.. I enjoy water exercise… we both enjoy Bingo, LRC, euchre. Dinners are mostly delicious, but once in awhile left something to be desired .we are recommending Story Point to our friends.

We moved my mom into memory care a few months and have noticed an improvement in her overall health and well being. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They never leave her in her room and encourage residents to participate in activities. Danbury is clean and well maintained. The move in process was simple

Right from the time I first visited to now over two months later, Devonshire has exceeded my expectations. From the office staff to the caregivers, the friendliness and caring has been terrific. [name removed] , the Executive Director, takes the time to listen to my concerns about my mom and her experience there. I don’t know how long my mom will be there, but I can’t imagine any place I would want her to be.

Bayfield fit the needs of my family perfectly - currently my father is able to live more independently but if/when that changes he can stay in place and receive the appropriate level of care. My father is able to enjoy his retirement without stressing about cooking, cleaning, doing his laundry - all of those things he didn’t have to do until my mother was no longer able. The staff is top notch - all of them caring professionals. I could not be more confident and relieved that my father has a supportive and comfortable place to live.
