I don't think it could be much better. Food is wonderful. People are kind. I don't know what else to say.

I think it's wonderful here. The nurses are wonderful, helpful, and kind. The food is very good. I have been to others and this is perfect they can't compare.

Choosing a senior living facility for mom was daunting task but North Canton Danbury Made the process easy. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The Facility is clean and comfortable, Mom is happy and living her best life!

Good place to meet friends

Everyone is so kind and helpful. The food is great and very tasty. I enjoy the activities and outings.

I do not regret moving my MIL here. For the most part it's been awesome. We chose StoryPoint Union because of the fact that this seems like she can stay here and avoid a nursing home if she gets worse. We would be able to add more medical aid should the need arise. I think they are all fantastic. Just a couple newer aids seem less friendly. I think more exercise activity (something like sit and be fit) would be great. However, my MIL is really not a social person, so I can't say that it's all on the staff that she doesn't do much. Hope this isn't confusing. The dining room people are awesome. They get right down to the residents levels and make sure they understand what they want to order.

It is a wonderful place to put your loved one and you feel good that they are in a place that is like home. The only problem I have is the variety of food. What they have is good but it is repetitive. Need to switch it up more or have more options.

5 in all categories. They did everything that was promised, and they really did a great job with our loved one. Based on the experience we had with Independence Village of Brighton Valley, we would recommend this community to other families.

It's under new management since around October of 2023, when my mom passed away. But while she was there (late January to early October), they were very accommodating to my mom as her medical condition deteriorated. Based off of the management back then, I would recommend to others looking.

The staff is very friendly. In one year there have been many changes to employees and managers but all have been friendly. I would say everything is great except for the inconsistency with the meals. They run out of food a lot, some things don't taste well sometimes like they are over or undercooked. But then sometimes it's great. That's why it's a 3 just not consistent.

I'd say it was the best place we looked at (and we looked at a LOT) and overall Mom is happy there. I think the facility struggles with staffing (especially in meal prep and dining services) but I would imagine most other places do as well. Overall I would highly recommend StoryPoint.

My loved one is currently a resident at River Ridge Retirement Village and most everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and meals are also great. It's a great place with great people. A very nice facility. I would recommend River Ridge to everyone.

My loved one is currently a resident at StoryPoint Saline and the overall experience has been very good. The staff are generally kind, helpful and friendly. The facility is clean. Communication with the family is good. The food is excellent. I would recommend StoryPoint Saline to others looking for Assisted Living options.

Director and assistant put a lot of time and thought into today's event and most interactive! Excellent food too!

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities with a good variety and range to suite everybody's indicual needs.

I've look after Coming here for months to look after my best friend's mother.The staff is what sets this place part. They are loving people. The building is clean and beautiful. The residents are happy.

My mother truly enjoys being a resident at IVP. She is able to live comfortably with her cat. The staff is very friendly to everyone including guests. Staff always addresses her name. She loved the live entertainment fitness classes and church activities.

Not new to Danbury, my aunt and 2 uncles lived here as well as my brother. Wonderful staff and making lifetime friends here! Loving my apartment!! The grounds and building are extremely clean and well kept.

Independence Village of Waukee was a very nice place, but it was just too expensive for me. Everyone there was so friendly. They offer a lot of fun activities to stay busy.

So pleased with the memory care unit for the care of my family member. The memory care director is amazing and caring, and my billing questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly by the property administrator. The staff take great pride in what they do to make the residents' lives better!
